Votre challenge à nos côtés :
Rattaché au marché nouvelles installations nucléaires et infrastructures énergétiques et en tant qu’Ingénieur Etudes Exécution HVAC H/F, vous aurez pour mission de piloter la réalisation des études de systèmes de ventilation du chantier EPR Hinkley Point C.
Vous assurez la gestion technique des études de détail et d’exécution et vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié du client.
Vous êtes garant de la satisfaction clients, des délais et du planning, de la qualité des prestations et de la rentabilité des études.
A ce titre, vous exercerez les missions principales suivantes :
- Analyser et consolider les données d'entrée client,
- Assurer la maîtrise technique et garantir la conformité des systèmes HVAC et de leur mise en service,
- Coordonner le personnel d’études et veiller à l’application des processus d’études,
- Suivre l'exécution des études,
- Identifier et proposer une réponse technique et financière pour les travaux supplémentaires et les modifications,
- Vérifier techniquement le contenu des livrables d’études, leur cohérence, leur qualité et leur conformité réglementaire,
- Veiller au respect des budgets et du planning,
- Identifier et communiquer les risques et opportunités techniques,
- Tenir à jour les documents de gestion d’affaires,
- Réaliser les retours d’expérience pendant et à l’issue des études et participer aux actions correctives inhérentes.
Vous pouvez également être amené(e) à participer et/ou animer des réunions techniques en anglais. Et à vous déplacer de façon ponctuelle à Bristol (UK), Tours et Paris.
Votre profil :
De formation Bac + 2 ou BAC +5, vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire (technicien ou ingénieur études) en pilotage d'études en milieu industriel.
Vous avez une connaissance du secteur nucléaire et vous possédez des compétences techniques en CVC/HVAC et en aéraulique.
Vous êtes intervenu sur des installations pour des clients industriels, idéalement dans le domaine du nucléaire.
Vous maîtrisez l’anglais.
Votre aisance relationnelle, vos capacités d'organisation et d'encadrement sont indispensables pour réussir pleinement dans ce poste.
Vous démontrez des capacités de planification, d’organisation, de suivi technique et financier d'une affaire.

Au sein d’une équipe projets à taille humaine, votre mission se portera principalement sur la partie études de 2 projets de rénovation de centrales thermiques strasbourgeoises alimentant un réseau de chaleur urbain ainsi que son réseau d’interconnexion.
Cette mission s’intègre dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire qui regroupe plusieurs corps de métiers (tels que l’énergie, le procédé, le génie civil, l’électricité, l’automatisme et installation générale) avec des enjeux techniques et planning challengeant.
Vous serez amené.e à travailler en équipe avec les différentes spécialités au sein de l’agence de Strasbourg mais également avec les différents intervenants extérieurs (clients, fournisseurs d’équipements et entreprises de réalisation).

Sub-Contractor Manager
Equans is looking for a Sub-contractor Manager to join our team in Hinkley Point B Power Station on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role holder will coordinate subcontractor activities on site. By setting and maintaining a high standard of SHEQ compliance from all subcontractors who operate on behalf of Equans at Hinkley Point B Power Station
What will you deliver?
- Manage Equans SMOC process and ensure any subcontractors working on site are fully approved on SMOC with relevant SMOC documentation in place.
- Conduct subcontractor inaugural meetings with subcontractors before work can commence. (Every annual)
- Oversee / manager any subcontractor supervisors/field supervisors, ensuring supervision is meeting expectations. (Suitable setting to work, pre job brief, spot checks etc)
- Meet/greet subcontractors working on behalf of Equans on day of work.
- Update subcontractor manager board
- Conduct a robust setting to work and pre job brief with subcontractors working for Equans. (Where required)
- Review subcontractor RAMS prior to work and review on day of work with subcontractors ensuring subcontractors understand their RAMS/SSOW and sign off stating they understand and will follow their RAMS when working.
- Ensure any high risk works subcontractors undertaken are approved to complete by local ISM, ensuring local ISM has reviewed and approved subcontractor RAMS prior to task commencing.
- Supervise and oversee works in the field by completing regular spot checks on subcontractor working. (active supervision)
- Liaise with operations manages/supervisors planning subcontractor works and build strong relationships with teams to support subcontractor works.
- Review subcontractor performance on regular basis and feedback to operation managers and local ISM on any Health & Safety concerns/issues.
- Core focal point for site overseeing contractor management on day-to-day basis.

Key activities
Equans Digital has a very exciting opportunity to deliver critical Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure upgrades / enhancements across a number of commercial, retail, healthcare, education & government sectors - across the country. In relation to scale, each project ranges from £1 – 2m worth of works and there are multiple projects available as part of a 3-4 year rolling programme so helping to define and grow the team to support will also be a significant part of the role.

- Key client and End user point of escalation, being the key Senior person responsible for the project delivery.

- Identify and set appropriate project controls, tracking and reporting delivery against milestones and budgets.
- Schedule and run project resources

M&E Project Manager
Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our Equans Digital Business on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver critical system upgrades / improvements to the Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure for our clients in the UK
In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolio of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.
In relation to scale, individual projects will range from £200k to £3m worth of works with multiple projects ‘live’ at any point in time.
Key activities
Equans Digital has a very exciting opportunity to deliver critical Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure upgrades / enhancements across a number of commercial, retail, healthcare, education & government sectors - across the country. In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolios of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.
You will provide leadership, direction, guidance, constructive challenge and coaching to Project Engineering and supporting project team roles in relation to project approach, activities, risks, issues and general management to ensure each task is delivered on time and on budget as a minimum.
In relation to scale, each project ranges from £1 – 2m worth of works and there are multiple projects available as part of a 3-4 year rolling programme so helping to define and grow the team to support will also be a significant part of the role.
- Multi stakeholder engagement to deliver the agreed project outcome, while adhering to our, customer and end user policy and procedures.
- Key client and End user point of escalation, being the key Senior person responsible for the project delivery.
- Supervise delivery of benefits against the business case and ensure appropriate approvals and assurance plans are in place.
- Hold team members accountable to key dates, quality and safety standards.
- Identify and set appropriate project controls, tracking and reporting delivery against milestones and budgets.
- Schedule and run project resources
- Manage project partners and connect with them at all levels Identify and supervise project risks and issues and ensure effective change management processes exist
- Develop and maintain clear communication channels with key stakeholders across all levels
- Awareness of all aspects of data lifecycle including data ethics and applicable legislation / standards such as GDPR, BS, ISO etc.
- Use industry best practice for project management
Skills, qualifications & experience
- Project management experience for public sector / central government client
- Contract variations and budget/scope management
- Deployment of standardised processes.
- Project Management qualification such as APMP / APM(PMQ) / Prince2 or equivalent.
- Recognised construction qualification (NVQ Level 5, HNC / HND or higher in a Construction, Infrastructure or engineering related discipline)

Cleaning Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge family and County Court CB1 1BA on a permanent basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of 22,367.80 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
A key operational role as the Cleaning Supervisor for Equans across the HMCTS portfolio.
Reporting to the facilities supervisor for HMCTS, the Cleaning Supervisor will be the lead for the cleaning teams for their HMCTS site.
Responsibilities
• To manage the standards to meet our contractual obligations
• To manage the standards by supporting in self-auditing
• To support in stock management/ordering
• To deliver of toolbox talks
• To lead and motivate the cleaning team to enable contribution to the best of their ability and maximise their potential
• Cleaning duties
• To organise cover for sickness/annual leave
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

Account Manager
Equans is looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The post holder will be accountable for the delivery of the contract and associated specifications for the contract and will be the point of client escalation dealing with all issues at site level. The post holder will deal with complex management of multiple interfaces, primarily managing multiple service lines on the PFI account on behalf of Equans.
