Enjeux et missions du poste

Nous recherchons un profil polyvalent et analytique disposant d'une expertise avancée de production et d’analyse de données pour accompagner le directeur financier de la Division Transport et les équipes opérationnelles dans l’optimisation de la gestion et du reporting financier.

Ce poste s’articule autour de deux dimensions complémentaires :

  1. Contrôleur financier – Niveau Division (mission principale)

Vous aurez pour principale mission d’accompagner le CFO de la Division :

.

  • Produire et optimiser les reportings et tableaux de bord de la Division (commerce, MRR/QBR, cash, performance financière…).
  • Assurer un support dans le processus budgétaire (Visées et BP) et garantir l’application du schéma de gestion.
  • Standardiser et harmoniser les pratiques de gestion au sein de la Division, en s’assurant d’une production de reportings fiable et pertinente.
  • Co-animer le dialogue de gestion en mettant à disposition des outils de pilotage performants et standardisés.
  • Identifier les dysfonctionnements, proposer des améliorations des processus et alerter le management en cas de non-conformité avec les procédures de gestion.
  • Réaliser des analyses ad hoc : rentabilité par segment/client, plan d’actions claim, SG&A, refinancement, contrôle interne…
  • Supporter les équipes à la préparation des comités de risque (niveau Division voire Direction Déléguée si besoin)
  1. Référent « Finance Data Analysis » pour la division et Support transversal aux Directions Déléguées

 

Vous serez également le référent « Finance Data Analysis » pour la division, et apporterez un support aux équipes finances voire opérationnelles des Directions Déléguées (France & International) avec un rôle clé dans l’optimisation des outils et des processus financiers :

  • Accompagner les opérationnels dans l’exploitation et l’interprétation des données analytiques de l’entreprise.
  • Accompagner les équipes financières (RCGO et CGO) ainsi que les opérationnels sur des revues d’affaires complexes, le suivi des indicateurs clés (EàT, marge nette, facturation, cash, ageing, R&O, cautions, etc.).
  • Supporter les RCGO/CGO durant les clôtures mensuelles des comptes, analyser les performances et produire des reportings mensuels précis afin de garantir la fiabilité des comptes et l’application des règles de Gestion Groupe.
  • Assurer la coordination  avec les stakeholders internes (Corporate, tax, EBS,  contrôle interne…),
  • Accompagner la direction et les équipes dans les changements d’organisation (fusion, restructuration, etc.).

 

 

Expérience attendue :

- Expérience en contrôle  financier / contrôle de gestion projet d'au moins 7 ans sur des périmètres français et internationaux

Compétences indispensables :

- Maîtrise avancée d’Excel : macros VBA, formules complexes, Power Query / BI.
- Capacité à automatiser et simplifier les processus

- Aptitude à structurer et traiter d’importants volumes de données financières pour faciliter la prise de décision

La connaissance de SAP serait un véritable atout pour ce poste.

Votre challenge à nos côtés : 

En tant que chargé d’affaires H.F, vous prenez en charge la gestion d'affaires complètes en ventilation et génie climatique pour de grands projets nucléaires (parc en exploitation ou en démantèlement), de la phase chiffrage jusqu'à la réception finale du chantier. 

Vous aurez en charge le pilotage d’une affaire dès les études de conception, de ce fait, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Pilotage technique : coordonner les études de conception et d’exécution en collaboration avec le bureau d’études ;
  • Relation client : être l’interlocuteur.trice privilégié.e du client ;
  • Gestion de projet : planifier, coordonner et suivre l’avancement des différentes activités ;
  • Suivi financier : garantir la rentabilité des projets et assurer le respect des engagements contractuels ;
  • Chantier : piloter les approvisionnements, organiser les travaux et s'assurer de leur bonne réalisation.

Le profil idéal ?

Issu.e d’un diplôme d'Ingénieur généraliste, mécanique ou en énergie, vous justifiez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience au sein d’une entreprise d’installation CVC et/ou dans le domaine du nucléaire en exploitation.

Vous avez une première expérience en HVAC (suivi de chantier/affaires) et êtes intervenus sur des installations pour des clients industriels, idéalement dans le domaine du nucléaire.

Vous aimez travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés et avoir une connaissance globale des actions et enjeux liés à votre activité. Vous appréciez collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés et avez une vision globale des projets.

Vos missions principales :

Relation client et suivi contractuel

  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et assurer le bon suivi des affaires.
  • Gérer les aspects contractuels, les métrés et la facturation des travaux.
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction et proposer des optimisations techniques.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation Bac à Bac+5 en électrotechnique, génie électrique ou équivalent.
  • Expérience d’au moins 5 ans en conduite de travaux, idéalement dans le secteur ferroviaire ou les infrastructures électriques extérieures.
  • Connaissances en HTA/HTB, postes de transformation, caténaires, signalisation ferroviaire appréciées.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs chantiers en parallèle avec un bon relationnel terrain.
  • Disponibilité pour des interventions de nuit et des déplacements fréquents en Île-de-France.

Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the D.C. Street Lighting (DCSL) – Asset Management Field Inspector (electrical) is responsible for managing critical subcontractors to maintain premier performance and reliability of the Improved Street Lighting System and associated assets meeting the requirements of the PPP agreement while also ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulatory and quality management obligations. The incumbent will supervise subcontractors, ensure value for money and client satisfaction, and constantly promote health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of lighting maintenance in compliance with the PPP contract.
  • Conduct site inspections daily to ensure workmanship and compliance in accordance with the contract and the electrical codebook.
  • Follow up and perform quality assurance on all subcontractor’s work.
  • Analyze system performance and develop tactics for improvement.
  • Assist in Renewal work to ensure assets are identified for replacement or upgrade just prior to reaching end-of-life.
  • Minimize response times for corrective repairs to operationally critical assets.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable environment, health and safety, and company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Be a vital member of the team, inspiring a team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Develop customer/partner relationships to facilitate effective working relationships with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), internal clients and other business partners.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and others to create optimal business agreements to deliver maintenance services, including management and oversight of contracts that support facilities and systems.
  • Assist in coordination of resources to ensure that the performance requirements, all key performance indicators, and contractual obligations are met.

Responsibilities on Occupational Health and Safety:

  • Deliver analysis and evaluation of risks inherent to activities under their responsibility.
  • Implement procedures to ensure a safe work environment and ensures regular monitoring.
  • Participate in safety inspections and analyses of occupational incidents and accidents.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Is authorized to work in the US;
  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience in operations of streetlight networks is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of both electrical and lighting systems.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in managing similar infrastructures.
  • Mature leadership skills to motivate and effectively support operations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering on contractual requirements in a customer-centric environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting multiple demands.
  • Solid ability to collaborate effectively and manage relationships with employees, PPP stakeholders, as well as internal and external partners.
  • A valid standard Driver’s License that permits the operation of a vehicle in the District of Columbia.
  • Able to be on-site within two hours of notice.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Able to utilize with ease Microsoft Office and CMMS (ideally CityWorks platform);
  • Excellent Organizational Skills (planning, goal setting, prioritizing, scheduling) — to handle complex environments and multiple contractual deliverables;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;

Grounds Supervisor

Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth.  This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.

 

The role:

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager
  • To supervise and assist with the maintenance of the hospital grounds to a professional standard, by means of litter and weed control, graffiti removal, and snow and ice removal
  • To oversee the day to day operations of the external Car Parking arrangements
  • Maintain close liaison with the Trust Facilities team members
  • Oversee the direct labour team and those of sub-contractors
  • Assist trade staff in maintenance, repair and installation / new works
  • To monitor and approve contractors’ work
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday

The person:

 

  • Must have supervisory experience and good people management skills
  • Strongly client focused, able to take ownership of projects/issues and resolve
  • Previous experience of grounds work is desirable
  • Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of work and attention to detail
  • Good organisation skills, including the ability to plan and prioritise work
  • Multi-skilled with a flexible, can-do approach
  • Familiar with Health & Safety procedures, manual handling and COSHH
  • A full driving licence is essential
  • Must be able to gain DBS clearance

We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment a Project Engineer – Electrical to join our innovative team in projects based in Newport. The Project Engineer – Electrical will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

What you will deliver?

  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
  • Assist with co-ordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
  • Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager
  • Assist the Site Manager in the management of materials
  • Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)
  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality environmental and safety requirements

Senior Technical Services Manager

Equans is looking for an Senior Technical Services Manager to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.

On offer is a salary of £68.000 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

Flexible location, preferably North of England (Travel Across UK is required)

The Senior Technical Services Manager will report directly to the Account Director.  You will lead, motivate, support, and provide direct guidance to the Site Facilities Managers, Supervisors and operatives in providing the technical service delivery across all the CCEP sites across the UK.

Ensure delivery of effective and efficient maintenance services encompassing mechanical, electrical, building fabric and small project management. Core elements will include management of the National Electrical Testing and Inspection Team, Health & Safety, communication between the internal technical team and client contacts on day-to-day activities, owning statutory and mandatory compliance.

The role holder will support in the procurement, setting to work and monitoring of key service providers, ensuring inspections, maintenance, testing, verification and repairs are carried out to the correct standard and corrective actions are raised and completion documentation received and verified in accordance with statutory and regulatory compliance.

What will you deliver?

  • Provide assurance of contractual and statutory compliance, identifying areas of technical risk, and ensuring these are highlighted and solutions sought and train our staff in compliance management best practices.
  • Ensure defined policy and procedures are adopted by the business, to evidence compliance with all engineering standards including Legislation, ACOP, British, European and International Standards and industry best practice inc SFG20.
  • To work closely with operational and other business teams to put in place the appropriate standards, systems, processes and ways of working, to deliver excellence in all engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure Equans safe systems of work, in line with contract specification and recognised codes of practice and carry out the duties of Authorised Person, as designated, in accordance with Company standards for the multiple systems designated to you (following training, assessment and formal appointment)
  • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both Equans and subcontractors’ activities and are regularly reviewed.
  • Manage compliance and ensure it is fully up to date from respective Facilities Managers/supervisors.
  • Manage and oversee external sub-contractors and professionals following company contractor management processes
  • Ensuring that contractor and the in-house engineering team are competence checked and they are appointed as Competent Persons.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships and liaison with internal/external stakeholders, i.e. Facilities and Utilities Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Senior Operations manager, site delivery team
  • To always observe statutory and other relevant requirements, in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations and Electrical IEE regulations, PSSR and H&S Guidance notes.
  • To carry out any other such reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post as may be required
  • Supporting FM’s interface between client communications and providing Technical/ contractual backup.
  • Working with direct reports to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues. – Ensure safe systems of work are in place and always used.
  • Ensure that the contract delivery team has sufficient appointed persons to undertake works as per Equans Safety Rules
  • Undertake AP/RP positions/duties such as L8, Pressure Systems. LV/HV – Ensure adherence to all Statutory Standards and Regulations.
  • Ensure that staff performance is managed as required through for example, performance appraisals, disciplinary proceedings, and grievances.
  • Proactively identify and manage the professional development and training needs of the technical staff.
  • Produce technical reports and evidence as required for assurance and auditing.

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship
  • HNC/ONC/C&G or equivalent in relevant mechanical/electrical/building engineering discipline.
  • Proven management experience of Hard FM teams.
  • Knowledge and understanding of SFG Specifications, British Standards.
  • Sound awareness of risk assessment and working safely with equipment.
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety. Preferably have IOSH or above.
  • Ability to measure, works to plans (method statements), read technical diagrams.

  • Experience working in a highly competent, multi discipline engineering team.

  • Technical Skills: NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in mechanical systems, including DHW, LPHW, CHW, and ventilation systems. Previous pipefitting and steam system experience is a plus.

Dit ga je doen als Hoofd Installatietechniek
Als hoofdmonteur installatietechniek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en realiseren van diverse kleine projecten en modificaties die voort komen uit onderhoudswerkzaamheden of aangevraagd worden door onze klanten binnen de utiliteit.
