Nous intervenons pour un client unique, le ministère de la justice, dans le cadre de l’exploitation de 6 établissements pénitentiaires.

Nous recherchons un Technicien Courant Faible/Électricité (CFA)

Poste en CDI 35h, basé à Annœullin (59) au sein du centre pénitentiaire.

Rattaché au Responsable Technique, au sein d’une équipe de 10 techniciens, vous intervenez prioritairement sur les installations et équipements en courant faible et les systèmes de sécurité pénitentiaire (VDI, vidéosurveillance, interphones, serrures électroniques, fibre optique…).

Vous traitez les actions préventives et correctives.

Vous établissez périodiquement, avec le Responsable Technique, le plan de maintenance concernant les prestations en courant faible et veillez à son application.

Vous identifiez les besoins en matière d’achat.

Vous pouvez être amené à gérer et animer les équipes de détenus classés au service maintenance.

Vous veillez à la qualité de service et appliquez les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité en milieu carcéral

Vous effectuez des astreintes (1 semaine toutes les 4 semaines)

De formation technique de type BTS, spécialité électronique, courant faible, vous disposez de vos habilitations électriques BT et idéalement HT.

Vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée (minimum 3 ans)

Permis B nécessaire

Performance Manager

EQUANS is looking for a Performance Manager to join our team in Winsford on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

This is a senior role and will be responsible for the managing the performance framework of the contract. This involves, KPI management & reporting, contractual reporting (planned and ad hoc) and the application for payment process. Another main aspect of the role is the management of the helpdesk function. The role will also involvement benchmarking activities in line with the contract and also cost analysis to drive efficiencies and savings. This is a permanent full-time role (working 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Mon- Fri). This role will report into the Partnership Director.

What will you deliver? 

  • Production of benchmarking performance reports and scorecards for the EQUANS and Council management teams
  • Quality checking the performance data received to ensure accurate and high-quality information is always reported.
  • Supporting the Partnership Director, Operations Director, Contract Business Manager and the Cost and Commercials Manager to operate the contract benchmarking mechanisms, identifying financial and commercial risks, and working with service managers to document any mitigating circumstances.
  • Providing any other support as required to the Partnership Director.
  • Undertake other duties as may be reasonably expected at this level.
  • Managing the production of periodic and ad hoc reports and scorecards for EQUANS and the Cheshire West & Chester contract.
  • Managing the review of processes for collating and calculating performance data to ensure accurate and high-quality data is always reported.
  • Managing the performance-payment mechanisms, calculating any financial penalties accrued and working with service managers to document any mitigating circumstances.
  • Supporting the formal governance processes of the contract. This may include attending joint EQUANS-Council meetings to record discussions, actions and decisions agreed.
  • Overseeing the completion of annual service planning and the annual contract review, specifically the review of performance indicators and targets.

Semi Skilled Operative M&E

Equans is looking for a Semi Skilled Operative (M&E) to be based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Portsmouth. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, based on a shift pattern that includes days, evenings and weekends. On offer is a salary banding of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience, a fixed monthly unsocial allowance and benefits package.
 

What will you deliver?

  • Support the Estates Management in the provision of a 24hr maintenance Service within the Portsmouth Hospital Trust for the service provider
  • Promote a culture of customer service to both internal and external customers and partners and to liaise with other departments regarding maintenance issues if required
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post
  • After suitable training and guidance diagnose faults, repair and maintain complex equipment in accordance with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM’s) and other specialised hospital equipment
  • Carry out the work of other trades where there is an interface to the work in hand with a level of competence that’s outside core trade
  • Carry a radio or pager to facilitate immediate response
  • Work in highly unpleasant working conditions, unblocking drains and sewers, which include biological hazards of body fluids and noxious fumes
  • Carry out replacement of lamps and cleaning of all types of light fittings
  • Carry out  cleaning, labouring and driving tasks associated with Estates maintenance as instructed
  • Observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH regulations and Electrical IEE regulations

What will you deliver?

  • To be accountable for the financial performance of the contracts
  • To ensure personnel manage the contract to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • To ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and clients
  • To operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with Equans Technical and SHEQ processes and client requirements (or approved client system)
  • To review monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the portfolio director as necessary

  • To ensure all PPM and reactive tasks are carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the CAFM system

  • To maintain commercial understanding of the client contractual deliverables across all services
  • To work with operational management to develop performance measurement and improvement objectives in line with business plan through positive collaboration
  • To drive successful contract negotiations and business improvement initiatives
  • To attend and deliver monthly contract performance meetings with the customer and demonstrate agreed actions have been undertaken satisfactory
  • To drive profit improvement through both sales generation and cost saving initiatives in a collaborative manner with the operations teams

Als Engineer HVAC bij Equans in Roden ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor de engineering van uiteenlopende projecten in de regio Noord. Je ontwerpt niet alleen reguliere HVAC-installaties, maar ook klant-specifieke oplossingen. Of je nu aan de slag gaat voor een kantoorpand, een zorginstelling of een lichte industriële locatie: geen project is hetzelfde.   • behandelen van vraagstukken van vaste opdrachtgevers met geavanceerde technologieën. Je adviseert de klant direct over installaties en denkt mee bij de besluitvorming

Als Tekenaar Utiliteit ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons engineering- en projectteam. Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische ontwerpen nauwkeurig en volgens afspraak op papier (of digitaal) komen te staan. Of het nu gaat om de verbouwing van een kantoorgebouw of de nieuwbouw van een ziekenhuis – dankzij jouw tekeningen kan de uitvoering vlekkeloos aan de slag.

Je kunt hierbij denken aan de volgende resultaatgebieden:

  • systematisch ordenen van projectdocumenten en tekeningen in een (elektronisch) archief, zodat deze voor iedereen toegankelijk zijn

Dit ga je doen als (jr) projectleider building automation
Als (jr) projectleider building automation ben je verantwoordelijk voor het eindresultaat van ieder project. Je begeleidt de realisatie van de gebouwautomatisering- en meet & regelsystemen voor zowel utilitaire projecten als projecten in de high end industrie.

Dit ga je doen als Ontwerpleider
Als Ontwerpleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het ontwerpproces, zodat het ontwerp voldoet aan de eisen van de opdrachtgever. Je verzamelt zorgvuldig informatie over randvoorwaarden, uitgangspunten en geldende voorschriften en zorgt voor een optimale afstemming tussen deze eisen, technische mogelijkheden, planning en budget.
