Sous la responsabilité du Chef d'équipe, vous participez à nos chantiers de construction ou modification de réseaux électriques extérieurs dans le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Mettre en place la signalisation et le balisage des chantiers
- Implanter les poteaux (béton/métal/bois/composite) d’un réseau électrique
- Réaliser les travaux sur les réseaux électriques
- Dérouler et déposer les conducteurs aériens ou souterrains
- Réaliser les raccordements et les mises en service
- Réaliser les reprises des branchements
- Respecter les règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement
Des déplacements seront à prévoir sur le périmètre de l’agence.
Vous êtes notre candidat idéal si :
Titulaire d’un CAP ou Bac Pro en électricité, réseaux ou TP, vous avez idéalement une première expérience sur des chantiers TP et réseaux électriques extérieurs (HTA / BT / EP) travaux sous tension).
Vous avez le goût du travail en équipe et en extérieur et vous êtes à l’aise avec le travail en hauteur.
Requis : CACES Nacelle 1B, habilitations électriques à jour
Autonome, doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous avez le sens du résultat.

Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons un.e : Technicien(ne) Automation (H/F/X)
De ce fait, vous allez intégrer le Pôle OT d’EQUANS Digital : 550 collaborateurs – 80M€ de chiffre d’affaires
Plus particulièrement, vous serez rattaché à une agence de 60 personnes, pilotée par Julien Laurent, et serez suivi et encadré par un Responsable d'Affaires.
Vous travaillerez en lien avec des chefs de projet en multi-projets dans un environnement technique varié pour des projets à envergure nationale voire internationale.
Vos missions :
- La définition du besoin client (l’analyse fonctionnelle)
- Les études (l’analyse organique, grafcets, organigrammes…)
- Le développement de programmes automatisme et informatique
- La réception du bon fonctionnement
- La mise en service chez nos clients
- La réalisation du dossier technique et la formation des clients
Des déplacements sont à prévoir (entre 30% et 50% de votre temps).

Votre profil :
Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac+2 minimum en automatisme et/ou informatique industrielle ou vous avez plus de 3 ans d’expérience.
Vos compétences :
- Maîtrise du développement de logiciels automates et interfaces homme-machine (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell)
- Connaissance de certains logiciels de supervision serait un plus (Wonderware, PCVue, WinCC, Citect ).

Sommaire du poste
Sous l'autorité du gestionnaire de site, le titulaire du poste doit gérer les contrats en vigueur et maintenir les relations d’affaires avec les différents clients sous sa responsabilité. Il doit également assurer la gestion d’une équipe multidisciplinaire ainsi qu’une organisation et une planification efficaces des services à rendre. Il est responsable des entretiens préventifs et curatifs des différents systèmes électromécaniques de l’immeuble sous gestion.
Description
- Superviser des projets de réparation et/ou d’installation des équipes techniques sous gestion en conformité avec les règles d’entreprise, notamment au niveau de la santé et sécurité.
- Rencontrer le représentant du client lors des réunions pour établir les besoins, présenter les solutions disponibles, superviser les contrats d’entretien en vigueur et maintenir d’excellentes relations avec les clients en validant périodiquement leur satisfaction.
- Produire un rapport mensuel des activités de son équipe.
- Établir et faire respecter les procédures de travail et de gestion des appels de service.
- Se tenir informé de l’évolution technologique et transmettre l’information à son équipe.
- Assurer la coordination des activités avec les autres départements de l’entreprise et combiner les compétences des employés avec les travaux à exécuter.
- Exploiter le système d'entretien préventif en vigueur et s’assurer que les cédules d'entretien préventif sont suivies afin de respecter les contrats en vigueur.
- Assurer le service à la clientèle concernant les plaintes de confort telles que la température, l'humidité, les odeurs et la qualité de l'air, afin d’ajuster les services en conséquence et satisfaire le client.
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes de fonctionnement des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation et apporter des solutions.
- Suggérer à son supérieur immédiat toute modification visant à améliorer la protection et le fonctionnement des systèmes ainsi que la qualité du milieu de vie.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches relatives à l'entretien et la maintenance des systèmes de chauffage, de ventilation et de climatisation de l’immeuble.
- Superviser l’équipe d’exploitation de l’immeuble sous gestion en accord avec les conventions en place et s’assurer de l’intégration, de la formation et de l’évaluation de son personnel sur le terrain.
- Approuver toutes les dépenses et les propositions de services sous sa responsabilité dans le respect des autorités d’engagements et appliquer les politiques d’achats en vigueur.
- Aider à l’élaboration du budget de son département en collaboration avec son supérieur immédiat.
- Acheter tous les produits et services requis par nos engagements selon les politiques en vigueur.
- Analyser et évaluer les risques inhérents aux activités sous sa responsabilité et mettre en place les équipements et les procédures pour assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire sur le site et en assurer le contrôle régulier.

Exigences
- Posséder un DEC en mécanique du bâtiment ou une équivalence acceptée par la Société;
- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience dans l’entretien d’équipements mécaniques, électriques et de contrôle de bâtiment;
- Posséder un minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience dans la direction d’ouvriers d’entretien mécanique, électrique et entretien général;
- Posséder des connaissances en informatique et connaître l’environnement Office;
- Être en mesure d’assimiler rapidement des logiciels d’entretien préventif et de systèmes d’éclairage;
- Posséder une expérience dans la gestion et la surveillance de travaux.

Contract Manager

General Overview
The role of the Contract Manager is to directly manage a designated workstream on the contract, as a member of the senior management team you will ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, to a high-quality standard, with exceptional customer care. Acting as a role model for your teams and instilling the Equans culture to all colleagues.
Key Accountabilities
To take ownership and manage your workstream ensuring all task are carried out to a high standard, including but not limited to:
- Ensure that EQUANS all safety policy and procedures are followed by you and your team, ensuring all works are carried out in a safe compliant manor across all disciplines required on the contract by both the in house and supply chain.
- Manage effectively all working at Height carried out by your team including scaffold inspection and management.
- Record all accidents, near misses, Safety observations and HIPO’s on AIMS
- Coach and train your team to enable them to carry out their role on the contract.
- Manage absence in line with the policy for your work stream, update HR.net with all relevant cases.
- Manage Employee Relations, e.g Investigations/Disciplinary’s/Grievances.
- Ensure your teams have the correct tools, equipment, and materials to carry out their work including imprest kit management in vehicles.
- Manage your team’s productivity, including holding meetings with supervisors, record actions and when necessary, implement performance improvement plans.
- Carry out pre, post and in progress inspections (MSV) and record findings on AIMS.
- Hold regular one 2 one meetings and PDR meetings with your teams.
- Ensure your team carry out all mandatory training and support any ongoing training for team members including apprentices.
- Auditing Subcontractors and operatives in respects to quality and compliance to Statutory Regulations and company procedures and record on AIMS.
- Resource planning and supporting any recruitment for your teams including carrying out interviews, induction and ordering of tools and equipment, uniforms, and ID.
- Manage the Annual leave for your team to avoid peaks and troughs and have a consistent workforce including Christmas and summer periods.
- Manage the fleet allocated to your workstream.
- Own the KPI’s relevant to your workstream and drive performance to exceed targets.
- Support management of complaints
- Manage subcontractors including compliance and profitability.
- Ensure your team support the ECO rota to provide adequate cover for all shifts.
- Take responsibility for your workstream tracker, ensuring this is updated daily and the relevant information is cascaded to your teams.
- Support the social value activities on the contract to ensure we meet our commitments.

Equans is looking for x2 Electricians to join our team in Rotherham on a permanent basis.
This is a full time role to carry out repairs and maintenance work to the homes and properties repaired and maintained by the Company in a multi-skilled environment whilst achieving high standards of customer care and satisfaction.

Project Manager
EQUANS is looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Barnett Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
This role is fundamental to the delivery of all projects and lifecycle works on behalf of Equans and the Client. Meeting the Clients needs and ensuring works are delivered within budget and on time is paramount and the post holder needs to reflect this in the day-day operations. All projects must ensure a favourable financial return.
As part of the Project Management team you will take full accountability for the delivery of projects across the PFI site. Your role will be fundamental to the efficient delivery of projects to both the SPV and Trust who you will build relationships with as part of your role. You will be expected to work well with the remainder of the team and support the wider Operational team to support the business in its Contractual delivery.
We are looking for a driven individual to add expertise and dimension to the team at the Hospital. The individual will be able to demonstrate flexibility and efficiency in responding to a changing workload and business imperatives while able to establish excellent working relationships within the existing team and clients alike. Experience within a contractual, KPI-driven environment and exposure to a hospital PFI environment a pre-requisite.
The ideal candidate will have an M&E or construction background and previous experience of end to end project management, being responsible for development through to completion.
What will you deliver?
- Take profit and loss responsibility for those projects allocated to you. To own each project and delivery with a high degree of attention to design, construction and financial detail. Deliver projects without LADs being applied
- From resources available, draw together matrix managed teams to deliver owned projects. These may be from a combination of in-house and out-sourced resources
- To be accountable for the service delivery in accordance with business systems, such as quality assurance, environmental management system, financial systems, administration and policies
- Through a recognised process (usually identified by the client process e.g. RIBA plan of work) create strategic, operational and tactical programmes to demonstrate how projects will be delivered. Set and manage management and client expectations through clear communications centred around programme/construction programme, budget (internal / external) and the quality of services delivered during live projects until completion and post completion assessment
- To Manage the development of detailed Work Method Statements, Risk and COSHH and CDM assessments for all work activity undertaken by in-house and contracted staff ensuring complete compliance. Maintain high and statutory compliant health and safety standards on project sites at all times
- To appoint, manage, monitor and co-ordinate consultants as required and the on site activities of all sub-contractors with regard to programme and ensuring that appropriate planning consents, CDM requirements, Method Statements, Risk and COSHH Assessments and Permits to Work are in place prior to work commencing
- In accordance with contract forms, manage projects within the specified terms. Ensure risk is appropriately considered for sub-contract transfer or reviewed in conjunction with procurement / legal departments to agree risk share
- In conjunction with Purchasing Department colleagues prepare and issue documentation for schedules of rates, quotations, tenders and term contracts as appropriate. Carry out tender evaluations and check that returned documents conform to requirements
- Promote effective and efficient co-ordination and integration between the projects team(s) and other departments on the contract and wider Equans managers. Promote effective and efficient co-ordination and integration. Ensure projects delivered do not compromise TFM/PFI KPIs or render space unavailable
- Provide urgent management information when required, weekly up-dates and monthly management information for pipeline, cashflow, budgetary and ‘Gesion’ purposes

- Produce business approval & revue documentation for the launch of new tenders at bid stage, tender receipt and analysis stage and documentation for board ‘Bouclage’ approval to proceed to submission
- To ensure that SLAs from subcontractors are met and exceed the requirements of the TFM contract and that sub-contracts are negotiated, reviewed and renewed actively and in line with the needs of each individual project
- Gather organise and provide information required for report purposes to meet all contractual obligations including KPI’s and maintain such records as are required by the contract. Work closely with supply chain on all appointment and monitoring activities
- To ensure that all contracting companies plant and equipment is maintained in a safe condition and is ready for use at all times
- To participate in out of hours management team as part of Contract business continuity plan

Mobile M&E Engineer
Equans is looking for a Mobile M&E Engineer to join our team in Isleworth for our HMCTS contract on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package - we also offer for an additional call-out allowances/rate.
General Overview:
To work as a Mechanical engineer with electrical qualification. This Role is to provide both reactive and planned maintenance task as well as replacements though minor works and lifecycle. The role is to maintain the HVAC systems. To manage the sites BMS. And to over see daily operational of cooling towers.
Qualifications
Desirable to have an NVQ (or similar) in electrical and Mechanical studies.
Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.
Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE.
Ensure the professional image of Equans is presented to clients at all times
Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of Equans are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site carrying out associated with electrical and all FM related tasks.
