Pour Bruxelles et la Wallonie, nous recherchons un Account/Project Manager pour nos services de maintenance et d'installation des techniques du bâtiment (HVAC, électricité, régulation, etc). Vous vous occupez de manière proactive du suivi des clients publics (hôpitaux, piscines…) et privés (property managers, logistique, data centers…). Vous participez pleinement au développement de leur transition énergétique & digitale grâce à une gamme de produits innovants.
Votre quotidien en tant qu’Account/Project Manager ?
Vente et négociation :
- gérer les appels d'offre en collaborations avec les différents services (opérationnels, secrétariat, juridique, chiffrage)
- présenter nos produits et solutions de manière convaincante lors des visites clients, en soulignant leurs avantages techniques et économiques
- négocier les contrats et les conditions commerciales
Développement commercial :
- prospecter de nouveaux clients et identifier des opportunités de vente
- entretenir et développer les relations avec les clients existants en comprenant leurs besoins et en leur proposant des solutions adaptées
Reporting et suivi :
- documenter les activités de vente, les opportunités et assurer une communication transparente avec l'équipe
Pourquoi êtes-vous le candidat idéal ?
- vous disposez d'un master ou équivalent en expérience
- vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience, une fonction commerciale est un plus
- vous avez un intérêt pour la technique et pour apprendre de manière générale ?
- vous maîtrisez Microsoft 365 pour rédiger des offres
- vous possédez de bonnes compétences de communication et de négociation
- vous êtes une personne dynamique qui aime travailler en équipe
- vous êtes orienté résultats, proactif, ouvert à l’apprentissage et capable de prioriser et de planifier efficacement
- vous prenez des initiatives pour proposer des solutions
- vous communiquez parfaitement en français (le néerlandais et l'anglais sont des atouts)

- vous coordonnez et calculez les offres avec l’équipe opérationnelle pour préparer chaque projet sans accroc

- une expérience de minimum 2 ans en gestion de projets vous permet de mener des projets sous pression à bien
- vous êtes orienté·e résultats et savez gérer les budgets de manière efficace
- leadership et compétences sociales : check ! Vous n’avez aucun problème à rassembler votre équipe et êtes un·e coach enthousiaste pour vos collègues
- la maîtrise d’Office 365 et la capacité à lire des plans de construction et de montage sont requises

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of a critical site, its staff, visitors, and assets. This role is based in remote locations, primarily outdoors, overseeing the protection of water reservoirs. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access, conducting regular patrols (up to 10 km), responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, deterring criminal activities, and preventing unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel are granted entry.
- Conduct regular foot patrols over varying terrain, covering distances of over 10 km per shift.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
- Operate and monitor security systems and access control software to detect potential risks.
- Maintain high levels of situational awareness and assess on-site security challenges.
- De-escalate confrontational situations and manage conflicts with professionalism.
- Liaise with management, emergency services, and other stakeholders during escalated incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate with members of the public as required, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) License.
- Proven experience in a security role or a related field.
- First Aid Certification.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience with access control and patrolling systems ie “redetrack” and other security technology,
- Clear criminal background check.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for logging reports and accessing security systems.

Security Supervisor
Equans is looking for multiple Security Supervisors to join our team, working on the Southern Water contracts in Hardham West Sussex RH20 1LA, on a permanent basis. This role involves working 42 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £29.484 per annum, along with an attractive benefits package. Please note, you will be employed by Equans, supporting their Southern Water contracts,
Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off
Day and Night shift available
7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am
Candidates must have their own means of transport, such as a car, motorbike, or bicycle, as there is no public transport available near the site.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Supervisor to join our team, this crucial role involves maintaining high standards and ensuring the smooth operation for our facilities, you will manage our team of Security Officers . And will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access, conducting regular patrols (up to 10 km), responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, deterring criminal activities, and preventing unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with protocols.
- Conduct security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Act as the main point of contact for law enforcement, emergency services, and other stakeholders during incidents.
- Train security personnel on protocols, emergency procedures, and best practices to maintain readiness.
- Lead security operations, ensuring only authorised personnel access the site.
- Respond swiftly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring effective resolution.
- Experience with access control and patrolling systems ie “redetrack” and other security technology,
- Maintain situational awareness, addressing on-site security challenges proactively.
- De-escalate conflicts professionally, resolving confrontational situations calmly.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at all times.
- Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel are granted entry.
- Operate and monitor security systems and access control software to detect potential risks.
- Conduct regular foot patrols over varying terrain, covering distances of over 10 km per shift.
- Communicate with members of the public as required, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) License.
- Proven experience in a security role or a related field.
- Managing a security team
- First Aid Certification.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience with access control systems and other security technology.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for logging reports and accessing security systems.
- Advanced experience and comprehensive reporting.
- The Security Supervisor should consistently seek improvements in security
- processes and team efficiency.
- Flexibility is required to manage security operations during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.

Votre challenge à nos côtés :
Rattaché au marché nouvelles installations nucléaires et infrastructures énergétiques vous rejoignez le département Electricité – Automatisme – Essais. Dans le secteur industriel pharmaceutique et/ou nucléaire, vous réalisez les essais des installations chez nos clients dans le respect des exigences définies, des règles de santé-sécurité, qualité, environnement et vous êtes l’interface entre le Chargé d’affaires et le client sur le site.
Dans ce cadre, vous avez les missions principales suivantes :
- Réaliser les tests, les réglages, la mise en service et la qualification des systèmes de ventilation et fluides process,
- Effectuer les mesures, les essais définis contractuellement (contrôles électriques, essais fonctionnels d’automatisme, mesures de température, d’humidité, de bruit, de débit d’air…),
- Effectuer les réglages aérauliques et hydrauliques des installations,
- Participer à la préparation des documents nécessaires aux essais (procédures, fiches d’essais, dossiers de qualification …),
- Rédiger et renseigner les documents d’essais et/ou de qualification,
- Assurer les diagnostics, expertises, dépannages.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers sur nos chantiers sur la France entière.
Votre profil :
De formation technique en électricité, génie climatique, génie frigorifique et/ou supérieure type BTS CIRA ou BTS FEE, vous possédez une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un poste similaire. Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en électricité, instrumentation, fluides thermiques, fluides process, hydrauliques et aérauliques.
Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités d’analyse, de conscience professionnelle, et de rigueur. Vous avez envie d’exercer un métier technique passionnant et très polyvalent.

Rattaché au responsable d’agence adjoint en charge de la partie opérationnelle, vous intégrez une équipe passionnée par la technique, motivée et dynamique.
Vous aurez pour missions de :
- Réaliser des opérations de maintenance préventive et curative en fonction du plan de maintenance définit par le client sur des Groupes Frigorifiques de différentes puissances concernant le process,
- Traiter les interventions fortuites,
- Rédiger les rapports de fin d'intervention sous logiciel du client,
- Etablir les fiches de non-conformité ou constats,
- Respecter les délais d'intervention et les consignes d'exploitation,
- Intervenir dans le respect des réglementations en vigueur,
- Être référent dans un ou plusieurs domaines techniques,
- Assurer les astreintes éventuelles.
Votre profil :
De formation technique Bac professionnel à Bac +2, vous bénéficiez d’une première expérience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
Vous êtes déjà intervenu dans le domaine maintenance de Groupes Froid procédés, exploitation et dépannage. Et avez d’excellentes compétences techniques en aéraulique électrique, mécanique et essais.
Vous justifiez des habilitations : Attestation Catégorie 1 "Fluide Frigorigène" - PR1 CC - M1/M2 - B2V/BR/BC/H0 - Confidentiel défense.
Autonome et rigoureux vous savez respecter les délais qui vous sont donnés et savez entretenir une relation de confiance avec vos clients.

Rattaché a notre agence de Lyon et au marché nouvelles installations nucléaires et infrastructures énergétiques, vous rejoignez le département Electricité – Automatisme – Essais.
