Patient Services Team Leader

Equans is looking for a Patient Services Team Leader to join our team in Queen Alexandra Hospital, PO6 3LY, on a permanent full time basis working 35 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,899.34 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern:

Two week rota working every other weekend with a day with a day off in the week.
Start time 12:00 to 19:30 with 1/2 an hour unpaid break.

What will you deliver?

The Team Leader will be report to the Facilities Management Team and be responsible for the cleanliness of the hospital and the supervision of Ward Housekeepers and Patient Service Assistants. Be able to discuss and liaise with Trust management and our customers in a proactive manner daily to ensure the contract specification is met in relation to Soft Services. To organise all daily tasks and work as a team with your fellow Team Leaders.

For this role you must undergo a DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Resident Liaison Officer

Equans is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Silchester and surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent role. On offer is a salary of £26,000 - £31,000 depending on skills and experience, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • To provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Managing the customer/resident journey whilst following the client and company engagement procedures
  • To develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, local stakeholders, the local community and the Customer Care Department
  • Carry out choice events, consultation events and individual consultation with residents regarding future work.
  • Carry out individual resident inductions to include – introduction to Equans, the CLO/RLO
    process, scope of works, property and personal belongings condition surveys inclusive of photographs for evidence
  • Complete resident profiling and work with the site management team to implement effective working practices and discuss with the Client’s customer care team where appropriate
  • Agree access arrangements with the resident and book appointments to enable the work to their home
  • Organise and provide support needs: packing boxes, dust sheets, storage and other facilities
    as required and agreed.

Residence Manager

Equans is looking for a Residence Manager to join our team at the University of Brighton on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The post holder will be responsible for all operational staff for the University of Brighton’s accommodation which includes cleaners, waste management and ground maintenance. The Residence Manager will be responsible for budgets and performance of residence and cleaning services as well as maintaining a close liaison with the Client FM Function in ensuring day to day requirements of delivering the required services are met.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing soft services, ideally within the hospitality sector (hotels, student accommodation).

What will you deliver?

To manage the output of the cleaning functions, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
  • Responsible for administering and supervising the operation of the student residential experience, facilitating student / tenant issues in conjunction management support ensuring a positive, healthy, and safe living environment for students

General Overview

En tant que Chargé(e) d’Affaires courant faible - Sûreté, votre mission est d’assurer la gestion active d’un portefeuilles de clients publics et privés (env. 2M€) sur des projets de Maintenance Sûreté / Sécurité et Travaux, dans toute l’Ile de France.

Votre mission s’articule autour des activités suivantes :

  • Réponse aux Appels d’Offres,
  • Gestion contractuelle et commerciale,
  • Management et suivi des équipes (90% de technicien(ne)s)

Tel un(e) chef(fe) d’Orchestre, vous coordonnez l’activité de vos équipes, afin de respecter les plannings, dans le strict respect des normes de Sécurité du client et celles du groupe.

Votre profil ?

De formation technique supérieure, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d'environ 3 ans sur des chantiers variés à dominante tertiaire, en contact direct avec des clients attentifs aux détails.

Network Architect Lead (M/F - any location)

Key responsibilities :

The role reports to the SLS Infrastructure Engineering Lead who is based in France. The role will be part of the global IT team with IT colleague’s members across the globe.

Network Architect Lead for Shared Line of Service Infrastructure will lead the Architectural orientations and decisions for network & security infrastructure services for the EQUANS organisation, in alignment with the Corporate Architect and EQUANS strategy.

The role of Lead Architect is to drive Infrastructure direction for new services, improve the existing and ensure they are properly operated by partner “Business As Usual” (BAU) teams.

Architect Lead will manage the network experts responsible of products delivered by the SLS infrastructure, ensuring they can fully assume their role of product owners for their respective services under their responsibility. Experts can be localised worldwide in Equans organisation.

Key missions :

  • Managing Network Expertise Team
  • Prioritizing Network Team activities backlog
  • Defining objectives of each member of the Network team.
  • Organising communication with Network expertise team.
  • Defining SLS infrastructure Network & Security services
  • Supporting Service Catalog Product for Network Services of SLS infrastructure
  • Defining and following the right KPI for services catalog products.
  • Creating the process to monitor and measure satisfaction with network services catalog products.
  • Defining financial model prior to engage in a new SLS infrastructure service.
  • Ensuring regular communication and popularization of the services catalog products
  • Getting personally involved in Services design or support.
  • Leading RFPs with multiple vendors to select the most appropriate proposal.
  • Ensuring coordination of Experts activities following agile methodology.
  • Ensuring Architecture boards approbation for Services design (DA, ARB, CRB, IC)
  • Ensuring services are aligned with Equans SLA (BAU Support response, Backup, Monitoring)
  • Responding to customer requests and providing quotations in collaboration with the other teams and the Business Relationship Manager.
  • Collaborating and participating in other Services of SLS.
  • Participating to the meetings at SLS or corporate level to provide insights on the SLS Infrastructure services.
  • Taking responsibility as Network Champions in the Equans organization.

The role is an integral part of the business plan to move towards a fully integrated business with a service orientated ethic.

Experience

  • Likely to be an IT professional with at least 15 years’ experience.
  • Experience in managing teams with network expertise.
  • Experience in designing services based on market technologies to support business needs hosted in Hybrid Cloud environments.
  • Some experience in Agile methodology.
  • Significative experience in worldwide large companies
  • Expertise in designing network infrastructure services and their delivery (SWAN, Lan, Wifi, NAC, Internet Access, VPN, Firewalling, Backbone …)
  • Have planned and rolled out all the relevant ITIL processes as required.
  • Understand and has managed Service-level requirements as defined in the Service Catalogue – relevant KPIs will form the service management quadrant of the departments balanced scorecard.
  • Understand full compliance with security and Risk assurance assessments and resultant actions – following all relevant INCOME controls.

Responsable de Projet Fluides - Confirmé (F/H)

Bouygues Energies & Services filiale d'Equans Europe Centrale recherche son/ futur(e) Responsable de Projet Fluides pour ses activités Datacenters.

La Business Unit (BU) Grands projets Data Centers France assure pour le groupe EQUANS, le développement commercial, le montage et le pilotage de la réalisation de grands projets « clé en main » réalisés en partenariats internes avec nos agences de travaux.

Dans le cadre de l’accroissement de l’activité de notre Business Unit, la Direction Technique recherche son/sa futur(e) Responsable de Projet Fluides pour venir renforcer ses équipes, basées au siège social de Guyancourt (78).

RATTACHEMENT MANAGERIAL :

Au sein de la Direction Technique, et sous la responsabilité du Chef de Service, vous serez en charge du développement des études de prix pour la construction de bâtiments industriels (principalement des Data Centres) dans les domaines CVC, Désenfumage et Plomberie (environ 15M €) :

MISSIONS : 

  • La mise à prix des projets ;
  • La proposition de variantes techniques ;
  • La rédaction des volets techniques et méthodologiques des offres commerciales ;
  • Le pilotage d'une équipe projet constituée de Chargés d'études et de Projeteurs (ou pilotage des bureaux d'études externes le cas échéant).

Vous serez en relation directe avec les équipes internes (Chefs de Projets CET, chargés d'études, ingénieurs projet GO et CEA, responsable synthèse, coordinateurs BIM, planificateurs, commerciaux...). Vous serez aussi amené(e) à échanger avec des interlocuteurs externes tels que les équipes techniques du client.

Vous encadrerez une équipe de 2 à 3 collaborateurs.

En fonction des projets confiés, vous serez susceptible de vous déplacer en France Métropolitaine, mais également de façon exceptionnelle à l'étranger.

Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation de type Ingénieur, avec une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans le domaine de la CVC. Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en ce qui concerne les normes et la réglementation technique associée à ce domaine.
