Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef d'équipe, vous participez aux travaux d'agrandissement, de rénovation et/ou d'amélioration des installations sprinklers de nos clients :

  • Vous réalisez le montage des réseaux sprinklers et des équipements spécifiques sprinklers dans le respect des délais et des règles relatives au montage des tuyauteries (respect des procédures et des consignes),
  • Vous proposez des solutions de simplification ou d'amélioration,
  • Vous alertez la hiérarchie en cas d'écart technique détecté,
  • Vous respectez le plan de prévention ou PPSPS ainsi que les règles de sécurité.

Votre profil :

 

Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire ou dans le milieu du bâtiment ?

Vous avez (idéalement) des connaissances de sprinklers, RIA et/ou systèmes hydrauliques ?

Vous savez prendre en compte les priorités et les délais d'un chantier ?

Vos missions :

Sur chantier et en relation constante avec le Conducteur de travaux, vos missions principales seront de :

  • Interpréter les plans,
  • Evaluer les besoins matériels et humains,
  • Rédiger le carnet de bord du chantier et les comptes-rendus de réunions,
  • Organisation du chantier : contrôler le bon déroulement des travaux, la bonne livraison/réception des matériaux ainsi que la sécurité/propreté du chantier,
  • Encadrer et piloter une équipe de plusieurs personnes sur chantier ainsi que les sous-traitants,
  • Être garant des travaux du site réalisés par les sous-traitants éventuels et de la sécurité de toutes les équipes.

Votre profil :

 

Idéalement, vous avez acquis une expérience dans le milieu du bâtiment ou la tuyauterie industrielle.

Encore mieux ? Vous justifiez d’une expérience sur chantier, acquise dans le domaine de l’installation de protection incendie sprinkler ou dans un domaine proche type tuyauterie, plomberie ou CVC.

Garant des techniques de construction et d'assemblage des ouvrages et bâtiments, vous êtes à l'aise pour analyser les plans et les prix. Le respect des consignes de sécurité est une de vos priorités.

Vous savez communiquer les informations essentielles à votre équipe ainsi qu'aux autres corps de métiers présents sur le chantier.

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Resposable d'Affaires Services, vous assurez la maintenance préventive et corrective de nos installations de sécurité incendie (sprinkler, colonnes sèches, RIA, etc.) dans le cadre de nos contrats de service chez nos clients industriels, agroalimentaires, GMS, etc.

A la tête d’une équipe de monteurs, vous êtes le garant de l’ensemble des prestations de chantier (approvisionnement, montage, mise en service…) dans le respect de la sécurité, des délais et de la qualité.

Polyvalent, vous êtes également chargé d’assurer l’entretien et le dépannage (hydrauliques, électriques, asservissements) des réseaux sprinklers et RIA de nos clients ainsi que de rédiger les rapports détaillés. 

Votre profil :

 

Idéalement issu d'une formation technique (CAP, BEP, Bac pro, BTS) ou d'une expérience réussie dans les domaines du "sprinkler", de la tuyauterie industrielle, du CVC ou de la plomberie, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie dans le suivi de travaux ou de contrats de maintenance.

Vous maîtrisez impérativement les techniques de montage, la lecture des plans et les normes « métiers » en vigueur.

Autonomie, capacité d’adaptation, et disponibilité sont des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans cette fonction qui implique également une forte aptitude au management d’équipes de terrain.

Mobile BMS Service Engineer

Equans is looking for a Mobile BMS Engineer to join our Smart Buildings business, covering parts of Cambridgeshire on a permanent, full-time basis.

Smart Building have a very exciting opportunity to deliver critical Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure upgrades / enhancements across a number of commercial, retail, healthcare, education & government sectors - across the country. In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolios of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.

Smart buildings currently deliver project works ranging from £10k - £1.5m in singular size + variations via an evolving blend of inhouse delivery supplemented by a selection of specialist supply chain partners. With an aggressive growth strategy over the next 3 – 5 years, this role will be paramount in helping to define shape and grow the team to ensure we grow sustainably. 

Key activities:

The role of Service Engineer will include carrying out a number of tasks on contracted customer sites, including PFI Schools, PFI Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites.  Your day to day will include:

  • Install, configure, and commission BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
  • Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on our various sites.
  • Reactive call out rota will be worked (additional financial benefit included for being on call and attending)
  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS’s for our clients.
  • Prepare proposals and quoting of works as required.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • City & Guild / BTEC / NVQ Electrical.
    Extensive knowledge & experience of BMS / HVAC.
  • Knowledge & experience with Trend, Tridium Controls/Niagara/Distech/Siemens.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the electrical industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Mechanical schematic diagrams.
  • Understanding of IT networks.
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Controls training / experience.
  • Experience with fault finding in electrical panels.
  • Report writing skills.

Senior Application Engineer

Wij zijn op zoek naar een senior application engineer om onze afdeling in Halsteren verder vorm te geven. Wat ga je doen als senior application engineer

Als senior application engineer bij Equans verdiep je je in de gebouw gebonden installaties bij onze klanten in de complexe utiliteit en industrie. Dit doe je onder leiding van een Project Engineer of Projectleider. Je bent betrokken vanaf het ontwerp tot en met de uitvoering van een project. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de functionele uitwerking van de regeltechnische-installaties (waaronder HVAC) met toepassing van Siemens DDC controllers in combinatie met Desigo Insight óf Desigo CC óf Priva controllers.

De projecten waar jij aan werkt zijn nooit hetzelfde en bevinden zich binnen verschillende marktsegmenten. Denk hierbij aan technische installatieprojecten in ziekenhuizen, grote utilitaire objecten en industriële omgevingen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je flexibel bent en open staat voor afwisseling en diversiteit!

  • het vertalen van complexe klantvragen, opdracht en/of scope naar een basis ontwerp

Dit ga je doen

In deze functie pak je alle soorten werkzaamheden op binnen je expertise op het gebied van beheer en onderhoud die voortvloeien uit contracten. Daarom heb je een brede interesse in de techniek, hou je van aanpakken en draag je zorg voor een veilige werkomgeving.

Verder bestaan je werkzaamheden uit onder andere het:

  • zelfstandig onderhouden, inspecteren en het uitvoeren van reparaties aan (complexe) installaties
  • opbouwen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met jouw klant
  • ontzorgen van je klant en zorgen voor een maximale klanttevredenheid
  • zorgdragen voor een goede verslaglegging van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Dit breng je mee

  • afgeronde mbo opleiding op minimaal niveau 4 in een technische richting (aangevuld met een opleiding Service Technicus Installatietechniek is een pre)
  • aanvullende vakgerichte opleidingen en trainingen op het gebied van Installatietechniek en Beheer & Onderhoud gevolgd (bijvoorbeeld: F- Gassen en EBI/PO/PI in het kader van de Scios regelgeving)
  • technische kennis van het: service-, beheer- en onderhoudsproces, onderhoudsconcepten en assetmanagement binnen een multidisciplinaire werkomgeving of je bent bereid je daarin verder te (blijven) ontwikkelen

Onderhoudsmonteur, vaste projectlocatie Joure

Dit ga je doen als Onderhoudsmonteur

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van kleine en grote installatieprojecten, ter vervanging of uitbreiding van de bestaande gebouw gebonden installaties op onze project locatie in Joure. Daarom heb je een brede interesse in de techniek, hou je van aanpakken en draag je zorg voor een veilige werkomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere het:

  • zelfstandig of in teamverband werken aan vervangingen, aanpassingen en uitbreidingen van alle werktuigkundige installaties

Dit ga je doen

Als Servicetechnicus pak je alle soorten werkzaamheden op binnen je expertise op het gebied van beheer en onderhoud die voortvloeien uit contracten. Daarom heb je een brede interesse in de techniek, hou je van aanpakken en draag je zorg voor een veilige werkomgeving.

Verder bestaan je werkzaamheden uit onder andere het

  • zelfstandig onderhouden, inspecteren en het uitvoeren van reparaties aan (complexe) installaties
  • opbouwen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met jouw klant
  • ontzorgen van je klant en zorgen voor een maximale klanttevredenheid
  • zorgdragen voor een goede verslaglegging van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • aansturen van onderaannemers en/of toeleveranciers
  • controleren van de nieuwe en bestaande installaties of deze voldoen aan de geldende wettelijke bepalingen, kwaliteitsnormen en veiligheidseisen

Wie ben jij

  • je hebt minimaal een afgeronde technische MBO3 opleiding
  • aanvullende relevante vakgerichte- en veiligheidscertificaten zoals VCA, NEN3140 VP 
  • je hebt enkele jaren ervaring met het onderhoud van relevante installaties;
  • communicatief vaardig, gestructureerd, gedisciplineerd en je hebt de ambitie om je verder te ontwikkelen in het vakgebied
  • je bent in het bezit van Rijbewijs B

Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join the Energy Engineering team in the development of innovative renewable energy and retrofit efficiency projects. This role will report to the Senior Electrical Design Engineer, supporting the continued growth in our engineering and design function in light of our expanding pipeline of work.

The Electrical Design Engineer will contribute in the preparation of electrical design elements of multidisciplinary projects from RIBA 1 to 4, as well as provide technical assurance during construction. These projects will typically range in value from £1m to £5m an encompass virtually all forms of renewable energy technologies.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in electrical engineering, spanning conventional building services, infrastructure and renewable energies. The candidate will be conversant with modern design tools, such as Amtec, AutoCAD and REVIT, as well as key design standards, regulations and codes of practice. The successful candidate will aid in creative, innovative solutions to meet the diverse needs and ambitions of our projects.

Key activities

  • The Electrical Design Engineer will be dedicated and committed to delivering designs on time, on budget, satisfy project requirements and achieve compliance.
  • Will involve collaborative teamwork with adjoining engineering disciplines and colleagues.
  • Ability to take a Project Brief, potentially from pre-concept stage, identify design options and select the best available technique, through rigorous qualitative and quantitative assessment.
  • Develop robust yet efficient designs in unique project environments with immovable deadlines
  • Liaise with Statutory Authorities, including Distribution Network Operators, to obtain relevant consents
  • Work within internal and external design teams to achieve of deliverable

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (or equivalent qualification)

Planner

EQUANS are recruiting for a Planner to be based in Oldham. This is a 6-month FTC full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

The role of the planner is to support the contract supervisors by scheduling and planning the work for a team of multi-disciplined operatives/ engineers, ensuring the operatives / engineers are fully utilised, jobs are closed in a timely manner and appointments are booked in for any works not completed at first visit.

Key Accountabilities

Carry out various tasks to a high standard as instructed, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments through Equans IT system currently Castleton Maintain
  • Ensuring the operative / engineer is fully utilized throughout the day
  • Arranging follow on appointments for any jobs not completed on first visit.
  • Closing jobs in the system complete or cancelled as the day unfolds.
  • Clear critical numbers report daily
  • Communication with operatives / Engineers on site
  • Written and verbal communication with MCC / Northwards
  • Dealing with the repairs chase mailbox
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Work in any workstream as required
  • Any administration task to support the planning role

Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:

  • Compliance with Equans procedures and processes
  • Maintain and care for all Equans property
  • To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
  • To ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day
  • Liaison with all stakeholders
  • Material co-ordination
  • Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation
  • To oversee/assist in the training of new starters as required
