Au sein de notre équipe travaux et sous la responsabilité du Chef de chantier, vous participez à nos chantiers d'entretien et de maintenance d'Eclairage Public dans le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
Vos missions principales :
- Mettre en place la signalisation et le balisage des chantiers
- Faire la maintenance et le dépannage de l’éclairage public
- Poser et déposer les illuminations
- Remplacer des luminaires
- Implanter les poteaux (béton/métal/bois/composite)
- Réaliser les raccordements et les mises en service
- Réaliser les reprises des branchements
- Respecter les règles de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement
Des déplacements seront à prévoir sur le périmètre de l’agence.
Vous êtes notre candidat(e) idéal(e) si :
Titulaire d’un CAP à BAC Pro en électricité vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 3 ans sur des mission similaires.
Autonome et dynamique, vous aimez le travail en équipe, au grand air et en hauteur.
En complément, vous possédez :
- Permis B
- CACES Nacelle 1B
- Habilitations Electriques à jour : B1V- B2V – H2V – BR – BR
- AIPR

Rattaché(e) au chef de chantier, vous participez aux travaux et encadrez une équipe sur des chantiers en infrastructures de réseaux (éclairage public, électrification rurale, enfouissement de réseaux / travaux aériens et souterrains) :
- Assurer la préparation du chantier (balisage,…),
- Encadrer et superviser une équipe d'électriciens, dans le respect des règles de sécurité et des objectifs du chantier,
- Centraliser les besoins en matériels,
- Participer à la réalisation des travaux et maintenance en éclairage public, et divers travaux électriques,
- Procéder à l'ensemble des raccordements (armoires, coffrets, boîtes, …),
- Prendre en charge le suivi administratif des chantiers,

This is a full-time role working in Partnership with Birmingham City Council on their repairs and maintenance contract on social housing. Trainee Customer Experience Liaison Officer

General Overview
Equans are looking to recruit a number of trainee Customer Experience Liaison Officer positions which will be based on sites supporting customers throughout refurbishment works to their home across the North East of England. We are particularly looking for candidates with strong customer service skills who would be willing to train in the construction industry. The purpose of the role is to provide effective liaison between the Site Team and members of the public affected by our work and to assist in the smooth running of contracts and provide a personalized Customer Liaison
support.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure implementation of all Company Policies and Procedures.
- To keep all tenants fully informed as to the programme of events regarding their particular dwelling
- To regularly visit tenants to establish and resolve any problems that may arise or have already arisen
- To work closely with the Client and their representatives in ensuring good relations are maintained with tenants and the expeditious execution of the works
- To immediately inform the Site Manager of any serious problems arising
- To contribute to a report every week for the Site of events occurring / affecting tenants. This report is to include: All complaints or problems encountered and how they have been remedied, confidential notes on addresses where issues may occur
- To deal with customer complaints in accordance with the QA Procedure
- To attend site meetings / team meetings or any meetings relevant to site
- To provide Handover Packs and instruct on new installations
- Advise Site Manager directly and immediately of any situations that have, or are likely to, cause conflict with tenants
- Be responsible for your safety and others around you, including public protection
- Make every effort to attend all mandatory courses related to your role
- Comply with all the roles and responsibilities as set out within the SHEQ management system

Security Officer
Equans is looking for multiple Security Officers to join our team, working on the Southern Water contracts in Otternourne, SO21 2SW, on a permanent basis. This role involves working 42 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £26,280.07, along with an attractive benefits package. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of a critical site, its staff, visitors, and assets. This role is based in remote locations, primarily outdoors, overseeing the protection of water reservoirs. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring and controlling access, conducting regular patrols (up to 10 km), responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment, deterring criminal activities, and preventing unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel are granted entry.
- Conduct regular foot patrols over varying terrain, covering distances of over 10 km per shift.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.
- Operate and monitor security systems and access control software to detect potential risks.
- Maintain high levels of situational awareness and assess on-site security challenges.
- De-escalate confrontational situations and manage conflicts with professionalism.
- Liaise with management, emergency services, and other stakeholders during escalated incidents.
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate with members of the public as required, ensuring a courteous and professional approach.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) License.
- Proven experience in a security role or a related field.
- First Aid Certification.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience with access control and patrolling systems ie “redetrack” and other security technology,
- Clear criminal background check.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for logging reports and accessing security systems.

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Milton Keynes Magistrates Court, MK9 2AJ, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 16:00am - 18:00pm
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.
