Equans is looking for an Electrician to join our team at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
*The role will require you to work on a shift basis covering Early, Backs and Nights - this will be covered at interview stage. You will receive a shift allowance in addition to the annual salary.
What will you deliver?
- Provide delivery of Planned & Reactive maintenance activity of HV, LV, and Electrical Systems & Equipment, in accordance with the Schedule of Programmed Maintenance.
- Ensure all Planned Maintenance works are completed within the target start and target
completion timeframes. - Complete all Reactive Works in line with contractual SLA’s.
- Ensure all Corrective & Remedial works are completed and duly recorded.
- Report all Corrective & Remedial works that need to be undertaken by other skillsets, or external
contractors. - Ensure that the integrity of the Critical systems is always achieved minimising downtime of assets.
- Correctly & Accurately utilise PDA to accurately record information, data and details relating to all works undertaken and accounting for working day.
- Complete all maintenance documentation (electronic and hard copy) ensuring full and
accurate completion. - Deliver additional works requests to agreed scope and timeframes as directed by line
management. - Support internal and external audits and assurance to a high standard, completing, and
delivering on actions as required. - Attend meetings, toolbox talks and training as required and directed by line management.

Who are we looking for?
Essential:
- Completed a SCQF Level 7 Electrotechnical Qualification (or equivalent) in either installation or maintenance with at least 3 years post qualifying experience.
- Qualified to BS7671 18th Edition Amendment 2.
- Effective communication skills, and flexible attitude to work situations.
- Full Clean Driving Licence
- Excellent administrative and Software applications experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, PDA usage, etc…)
- Personable front facing individual with an ability to create good working relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Desirable
- Familiarity with the Healthcare sector, and day to day operation and maintenance of varying types of building/premises.
- Experience/Qualifications within a technical capacity relating to SHTM 06-01, 02, 03, with qualification at LV & HV Appointed/Authorised Person and/or Competent Person.

M&E Supervisor
Equans is looking for an M&E Supervisor to join our team in Uxbridge, Middlesex working on our contract with Coca-Cola on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. It is also expected that should a Shift Engineer be on leave or absent, the M&E Supervisor will cover those hours.
On offer is a salary up to £54,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package. An Electrical bias candidate is preferred.
What will you deliver?
- Ensure that works are conducted in line with the EQUANS SSoW & Permit to Work system, ensuring adequate procedures and processes are in place
- Issuing of Authority to Work and conducting Contractor reviews
- Provide input into the management of the planned maintenance schedule, ensuring associated work tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed PPM planner, SLA and KPI targets, including first hand support (where required) for contract update meetings with the client
- Complete PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirements, and arrange for the site team to complete tasks in line with the company competency appointment(s)
- Prepare Authorisations to work (as per Permit System) and Supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the FM Manager/ SHEQ Manager

Equans is looking for a Mobile Plumber to join our team in Birmingham. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, based on a two-week rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm & 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. There is also an on-call rota. What will you deliver?
- Carry out planned preventable maintenance (PPM) on plumbing, and all water systems; plant and equipment in accordance with the PPM programme
- Respond in a timely manner to breakdown requests
- Be proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings
- Assist with installation works involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works
- Work in accordance with Work Instructions, Safe Working Practices and Method Statements ensuring relevant paperwork is completed in an accurate timely manner

Equans is looking for a Mechanical Craftsperson (Water) to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £28,000 - £31,000 per annum dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Undertake the water system planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other maintenance related activities to the Estate
- The responsibilities will mainly be at the Acute Hospital but may also include duties at the Retained Estate and Mental Health unit
- Perform the complete range of Mechanical Craftsperson (Water) tasks as required or directed by management
- Be knowledgeable of and to work to the current regulations, codes of practice, Health & Safety regulations, and all safety rules both Equans and Statutory
- Have a knowledge of water systems within a commercial/healthcare environment and maintenance/ testing activities
- Have a knowledge of Legionella and other water pathogens
- Have a knowledge of water storage tank cleaning and disinfection
- Undertake temperature monitoring, shower head cleaning and disinfection, Tank visual inspections, water samples, calorifier visual inspections, TMV servicing, to name a few
- Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings, and specifications appropriate to own trade, without supervision
- Ensure all PPM work is carried out effectively in compliance with maintenance instructions

What will you deliver?
- Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator. Complete supplementary documentation / E-Forms relating to the maintenance task as dictated by your line manager
- Update customers CAFM system in real time with start/wait/stop completion times and
provide full description of works undertaken, advising of any follow-on works required - Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. Identify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and issue to line manager. This is to be indicated and recorded within the CAFM system
- Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. In accordance with the delegated authority with the applicable contract or authorised by the client
- Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works
- Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment (POWRA) prior to starting work evidencing it is safe to proceed. Note any safety concerns using the AIMS system
- Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times
- There will be a requirement to work out of hours to fulfil our maintenance commitments of
our customers and be part of the on call rota

EQUANS Chile (EQCL), se encuentra en búsqueda de EXPERTA/O HSEQ cuya función principal sera ejecutar e implementar el plan anual de trabajo en materias de seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente, a través de diagnósticos en esas materias y en línea con el sistema de gestión integrado y los aspectos legales aplicables, con el fin de asegurar su implementación, cumplimiento de las políticas vigentes y códigos de ética, y evitar accidentes del trabajo, enfermedades laborales y daños de los equipos materiales.

Profesión / Estudios:
- Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos
Conocimientos:
- Experiencia en subestación eléctrica de alta tensión

- Desde 3 años en proyectos de construcción o ampliación de subestaciones eléctricas.
Requisitos:
- Deseable que residas en Pozo Almonte o alrededores.

Technicien d'Etudes (H/F) - Axima Sécurité Incendie
Poste basé à Orléans (45)
Expertise et proximité pour EQUANS France, leader des services multi-techniques Axima fait partie de l’entité EQUANS France. Elle conçoit des solutions globales et performantes dans le domaine du Génie Climatique, de la Réfrigération et de la Sécurité Incendie pour accompagner la transition énergétique et numérique des bâtiments, des environnements et des process de ses clients.
Leader en protection et prévention incendie, notre Pôle Sécurité Incendie accompagne ses clients au plus près de leurs installations et équipements de sécurité, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.
Vos missions :
Au sein du bureau d’études de l’agence, vous assurez, en collaboration étroite avec les responsables d'affaires, les études d’exécution inhérentes à la réalisation et au suivi des extensions des chantiers d’installations de sécurité incendie (réseaux sprinkler, RIA, colonnes sèches, etc.).
A partir des solutions techniques définies au cahier des charges, vous avez pour missions de :
- Concevoir les plans (Autocad/Revit) et les schémas d’exécution (implantation de tuyauterie dans le bâtiment) suivant les demandes en respectant les processus,
- Réaliser les calculs de dimensionnement des réseaux hydrauliques (pertes de charge, débit, etc.),
- Consulter les fournisseurs et sélectionner le matériel en accord avec les responsables d’affaires,
- Procéder à des relevés sur sites.
Votre profil :
Idéalement issu d'une formation technique (BAC PRO/BTS/DUT), spécialisée dans le bâtiment ou la tuyauterie industrielle.
Encore mieux ? Vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie en Bureau d’études, idéalement acquise dans le domaine de la Protection Incendie par sprinkler, le CVC ou la Plomberie.
Vous maîtrisez les logiciels techniques (calculs hydrauliques) et la DAO (Autocad ou Revit).
Votre rigueur, votre méthode ainsi que votre aisance relationnelle sont des atouts essentiels pour une intégration réussie à ce poste.
