Equans is looking for a part time Morning Cleaner to join our team Staines Magistrates Court, Knowle Grn, Staines TW18 1XA, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00am - 09:00am
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
These checks typically include:

Project Accountant
Equans is looking for an Project Accountant to join our team in Newcastle on a 12 month FTC. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Identify and lead on process improvements in the Financial Accounting Team, working with the wider finance community to ensure that any changes to central processes represent the best outcome for them. Deliver assigned month end and other BAU requirements
- Develop policies and procedures that align with the project conclusions.
- Provide stand in support to the Financial Accounting Team Leaders.
- Support system changes by understanding the impact of the change on the financial processes, working collaboratively with the technical and transactional teams to test any changes.

Mechanical Building Services Engineer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with solid mechanical maintenance experience to join our estates team at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent full-time position working from 07:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Key activities
- Reporting to the Technical Services Manager
- Act as Lead Technician for the site providing a thorough understanding of mechanical ventilation building services installation and maintenance techniques, including Medical Gas and F Gas.
- Apply trade skills and experience, including one to one training to members of the team.
- Ensure the satisfactory completion of statutory obligations and the completion of allocated maintenance, breakdown repairs, installation, new and refurbishment works, all within the SLA and KPI’s applied to site.
- To be an Authorised Person for up to three disciplines.
- Carry out maintenance/repair on mechanical ventilation services to plant and equipment across the site, including supervising both in-house staff and contractors
- Carry out refurbishments and new works across the site all within KPI and SLA targets
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm with a requirement for participation in the on call rota
Skills, qualifications & experience
- Must hold a recognised mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience;
- Must have a proven track record within maintenance / hard services
- Must be strongly Client focussed and able to take ownership of projects
- Must have good IT skills with experience in the use of CAFM systems, word and excel

Als werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek & Instrumentatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een optimale technische en organisatorische voorbereiding van meerdere kleine projecten of één groter en complex project. Kosten en kwaliteit zijn bij jou in goede handen, jij zorgt ervoor dat deze gewaarborgd zijn én blijven. Je werkt nauw samen met de Projectleider en Chef-monteur om een gedegen plan van aanpak op te stellen, projectmappen samen te stellen en projectrisico's te inventariseren. Daarnaast lever je werk- en detailtekeningen aan, en maak je financiële overzichten, inclusief wijzigingen in meer- of minderwerk. Het bijhouden van ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied en het voldoen aan de voorschriften en procedures van het kwaliteitshandboek behoren ook tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden. Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus ook bij het:
- zelfstandig of in teamverband opstellen van gedetailleerde planningen en schema's met betrekking tot personeel, materialen, materieel en onderaannemers om een optimale projectvoortgang te realiseren
- samenwerken met de Projectleider en Chef-monteur om een plan van aanpak op te stellen, projectmappen samen te stellen en projectrisico's te inventariseren
- aanleveren van werk- en detailtekeningen
- maken van financiële overzichten, inclusief wijzigingen in meer- of minderwerk, en het bijhouden van ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied
- onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers omtrent bestellingen van materialen, levertijden, prijzen en innovatieve ontwikkelingen
- voldoen aan de voorschriften en procedures van het kwaliteitshandboek

Jij komt te werken binnen het E&I team in ons kantoor op het businesspark te Terneuzen. Het team bestaat uit technische vakmensen die voornamelijk onze klant Dow Chemical voorzien van de juiste service. Je gaat onder andere samenwerken met één andere werkvoorbereider. Je werkzaamheden vallen onder onze businessunit Heavy Industrial Solutions (HIS). Binnen deze businessunit zijn ook andere werkvoorbereiders werkzaam voor andere klanten. Wanneer er een groot project is kan het voorkomen dat je jouw collega’s gaat ondersteunen. Samen zijn wij Equans.

Au sein du centre de travaux de St Avé, proche de Vannes, Bouygues Energies & Services (Groupe EQUANS) réalise des travaux de terrassement et d'aménagement des infrastructures des réseaux extérieurs : Electricité (basse et haute tension), éclairage public (dépannage et travaux neufs), télécom (fibre optique), Eaux Usées, Eaux Pluviales, APE, Gaz. Nous intervenons également dans le domaine de réseaux électriques aériens (levage de supports béton/bois, déroulage et raccordements de lignes basse et haute tension).
Votre challenge à nos côtés ?
Vous réaliserez des travaux de construction ou d'extension de réseaux secs (chantiers de lotissements, de gaz, d'électrification rurale et d'éclairage public) et/ou de réseaux d'eau potable.
Plus précisément, vous assurerez :
- Des travaux de terrassement (mini-pelle)
- La pose de canalisations
- Le déroulage de câbles et de gaines
- La communication au quotidien avec votre Chef d'équipe et les intervenants sur les chantiers.
- Le respect des règles de sécurité et l'application des procédures internes.
Votre profil ?
De formation CAP/BEP à BAC dans la filière Travaux Publics ou autodidacte, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative dans un poste similaire.
Vous avez de bonnes connaissances en réseaux (implantation des réseaux).
Vous avez le sens du contact (proximité avec les riverains) et l'esprit d'équipe.
Rigueur et organisation seront de bons atouts pour mener à bien votre mission
Vous disposez du Permis B.
