Les Directions Technique et Travaux disposent de spécialistes qui bénéficient d’une longue expérience dans le domaine et cherchent à se renforcer pour faire face aux demandes de ce marché croissant. A cet effet, nous recherchons notre futur(e) Assistant(e) T&C.

RATTACHEMENT MANAGERIAL :

Au sein d’une BU en pleine croissance, vous aurez pour rôle d’assister le Directeur de Travaux et/ou le T&C manager dans les missions quotidiennes de suivi et de mise en service

MISSIONS :

Depuis la phase design et jusqu’à la réception des travaux, vos missions seront orientées sur de la coordination entre les acteurs et interfaces du T&C :

  • Intégrer les exigences clients en termes de méthodologie, d’indicateurs de performances et de programme d’essais ;
  • Déployer la stratégie des tests, essais et mise en service afin de remplir les objectifs contractuels de planning et contrôles ;
  • Démontrer de façon documentée que l’installation remplit les objectifs du design contractuel et réglementaire de sécurité, fonctionnalité et performance ;
  • Vérifier en cours de travaux la conformité aux prérequis permettant d’assurer l’enchainement des tâches en respect du planning général, un travail en sécurité et d’éviter l’apparition de non-conformités tardives et lourdes à corriger ;
  • Suivre le planning d’essais prévisionnel et planning à 3 jours / 3 semaines en cours d’essais ;
  • Assister aux propositions d’optimisation méthodologique en phases commerciale. 

Interlocuteurs principaux :

Vos principaux interlocuteurs seront les directeurs de projets, responsables de lots techniques et équipes en charge des tests, essais et mise en service, l’équipe de la Direction technique (conception et étude de prix), planificateurs, Design managers, les référents techniques clients, Cx agents, ainsi que les fournisseurs d’équipements majeurs (HT/BT, Groupes électrogènes, production frigorifique…).

Des déplacements fréquents seront à prévoir en Ile-de-France, sur chantiers.

Dans le cadre de votre formation généraliste de niveau Bac+5 ou avec une dominante en Génie électrique, vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage d'une durée de 6 mois.

Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et organisé(e). Vous aimez le travail en équipe et avez un bon sens de l’observation.

Un niveau d’anglais B2/C1 est requis.

Vous avez des connaissances en :

  • Lecture de planning Gantt ;
  • Reporting au travers de tableaux de bord sous MS Powerpoint, MS Excel ;
  • Lecture de schémas unifilaires et de principe ;
  • Notions de Mise en service et essais appliqués à des projets Power, Oil&Gas et/ou Datacenter ;
  • Normes d’installation électriques françaises...

Vous avez aussi des notions en installations critiques.

Mobile Electrician

Equans is recruiting for a Mobile Electrician on the HMCTS contract based from Swansea covering various sites across South Wales. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
 

What will you deliver?

  • Conduct routine PPM on electrical infrastructure and plant per site task schedules and CAFM system.
  • Promptly address and resolve plant faults and defects to maintain serviceable order.
  • Perform control and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary spares for maintenance and reactive works. Provide parts lists and estimated timescales for remedial works.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork and CAFM entries for PPM, reactive, and breakdown works promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and use Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks to ensure safe working practices.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all Equans staff, subcontractors, and client representatives. Maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Keep plant rooms under Equans' responsibility clean and tidy, and ensure up-to-date plant logs.
  • Monitor sub-contractors’ work while on site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be adaptable to changing working patterns.
  • Operate a Permit to Work System in line with Equans' Technical and SHEQ processes and client requirements.
  • Provide engineering support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by the account management team.

Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative

Equans is looking for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Sandyford Community Fire station, Stoke-on-Trent ST6 5ED on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of  £26,500.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Times:

1st April - 31st October - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 16:00pm

31st October - 29th March Monday - Friday 7:30am - 11:30am with the additional 4 hours been banked for gritting and snow clearance when required. 

What will you deliver?

The post holder will be expected to perform a wide range of duties covering all aspects of grounds and gardens maintenance across all stations. Tasks will include, but not be limited to mowing and strimming; weeding and pruning; seasonal planting; general upkeep and tidiness; winter gritting and litter picking. You will have a flexible approach with the ability to plan and manage your own workload, taking into consideration the changing needs of the Fire Service as well as the Community Users and evolving seasonal demands, and be able to carry out all works safely. You will also maintain footpaths, walkways, car parks and other hard standing areas as well as cleaning snow from pedestrian areas and carrying out any necessary repair work.

Control of Works Manager

Equans is a renowned energies & services contractor and a proud member of the Bouygues global industrial group. Our expertise spans the design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and critical infrastructure worldwide.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Control of Works Manager to join our Facilities Management team at the University of West London in Ealing. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to be part of the management call out rota.

The role:

  • Review of task Risk Assessments, Method Statements, competencies and task programmes to ensure appropriate controls and Safe Systems of Work are in place for all tasks conducted by contractors and non-routine tasks/ projects carried out by resident teams.
  • Supervise the Grounds, Fabric and M&E engineering teams. 
  • Delivery of HSSE arrangements for Control of Works, including the management, implementation and ongoing support of the quality, H&S and management systems.
  • Deliver Control of Works Health & Safety inductions for all non-resident contractors.
  • Conduct Assurance checks and site inspections of active work to ensure compliance with agreed Safe Systems of Work and existing controls are effective.
  • Administration of the UWL estate Permit to Work, site work authorisation and LOTO procedures.
  • Overall management of any small works, which may be as a result of remedial actions from PPM’s/reactives, or as separately instructed by the Client.
  • Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with inclusion in the management call out rota to assist constant high-level service to client.

The person:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Must hold a recognised electrical or mechanical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical or mechanical discipline with suitable industry experience
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety, minimum IOSH managing safely required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills including IT literacy
  • Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • Able to demonstrate use of initiative and judgement to resolve problems

Shift Electrician

Equans is looking for a Shift Electrician to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and in addition you will receive an excellent shift allowance & benefits package. 

What will you deliver?

  • Working directly to the Electrical Supervisor, the post holder will have the required skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mechanical, electrical engineering services and building plant as part of a flexible maintenance team, including specialist subcontractors to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients.
  • The main responsibilities include efficiently and effectively performing electrical maintenance of all relevant assets. Work will be assigned from a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule or in response to a reactive work order raised by our client representatives or our own personnel on site. All planned and reactive tasks will be managed through to completion, including fault diagnosis and sourcing parts where applicable. Must be able to demonstrate that awareness of best working practices and that these are always followed. Additional duties to include, working and managing backlog works, assisting when required for specialist projects.
  • Working as part of a wider M&E team, there may be a requirement to undertake other tasks that may not be specifically related to electrical systems.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must have successfully completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship and have a proven experience in a similar role carrying out electrical maintenance duties.
  • Hospital maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Be competent to undertake/assist work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
  • Be familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
  • Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.
  • Have an adequate knowledge of and within the preceding three years have received training in first aid (including CPR Training). If not held, training will be given.
  • Desirable but not essential to have some knowledge of all the relevant Scottish Health Technical Memoranda (SHTM) and to work within Permit to Work procedures as appropriate SHTM 06 - 01, BSRIA, L8, pressure systems Regulations 2000, etc).
  • Must be able to obtain a Disclosure Scotland at a Basic Level

Finance Business Partner - 12 month FTC

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner (Management Accountant) to join our team based in our head office in Waterloo on a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing a full management accounting services and delivering a professional, timely and accurate financial reporting & forecasting service.

Key activities: 

  • Produce timely, accurate, and compliant production of monthly management accounts pack
  • Monitor, track and evaluate the operational expenses in the month and recommend efficiencies where possible
  • Prepare and post monthly journals including accruals & prepayments
  • To perform forecasts, budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Support operational management with detailed contract reviews including cost analysis
  • Oversee the preparation and consolidation of schedules for year-end audit purposes
  • ensure invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and company policies
  • To manage debt collection, WIP recovery and review of BIA
  • Oversee the rolling cash flow reporting and evaluation 

Skills, qualifications & experience:

  • Previous experience with operational management accounts
  • Must be able to evaluate complex data and have sound problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively multitask and work unsupervised
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Must be willing to travel to multi sites to support operational teams
  • Ideally CIMA or ACCA part-qualified (or working towards)

Fabric Technician / Relief Janitor

Equans is looking for a Fabric Technician / Relief Janitor to join our team in Avondale House, Bellshill ML4 3LR on a permanent basis. This is a Full time Mobile role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £29,000 - £31,00 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

The role involves the maintenance of the fabric across17 x facilities. EQUANS is looking for a Receptionist to join our team based in Barbican, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,000 per annum and benefits package. 

 

This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of an office environment. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with general administrative support with reception being the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, offering a welcoming and professional presence, while supporting the office’s operational needs by performing a variety of tasks.

What will you deliver? 

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees with a professional, helpful and friendly demeanour.
  • Answer incoming phone calls via Teams, screen and direct to the appropriate department/individual.
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide support across the office.
  • Issue access cards to staff/visitors as required and manage the access control system.
  • Maintain visitors and staff logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.
  • Handle incoming mail and distribute to relevant department.

Helpdesk Team Leader

EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Team Leader to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, shift allowance and benefits package. 

 

Reports directly to the Workflow Supervisor. They will manager a team of workflow operators and strive to deliver all jobs within the contractual SLA's & KPI's.

The Helpdesk Team Leader plays a critical part in the Operational Team, the candidate will control all processes for the Helpdesk team and will take full control & responsibility for the performance of a shift team. 

What will you deliver? 

  • Ensure the Workflow Operators manage their Work Orders.
  • Monitor the Work Orders to ensure compliance with response and rectification times.
  • Input & prioritise service requests from users.
  • Planning & Dispatching of Reactive Work Orders within Maximo via radio & PDA.
  • Planning & Dispatching of PPM's within Maximo via radio & PDA.
  • Closing down of Reactive Work Orders within Maximo 7.5.
  • Preparation and issue of Planned Maintenance Work Orders within Maximo.
  • Closing down of Planned Maintenance Work Orders within Maximo.
  • Assist in the maintenance of Workflow records & filing system.
  • Purchase Requisition and Ordering processing for materials and Subcontractors.
  • Control & monitor flow of all job requests.
  • Assist in delivery of training to the Workflow Team.
  • Provide administrative support in keeping records (sickness/holiday absences, works, inspections, audits, etc.) producing reports and general office administration.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external parties providing information on departmental procedures where appropriate.
