Conduire un véhicule poids lourd,

Summary

The Technician II, Maintenance will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will also support troubleshooting, investigations and reliability engineering for GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will be the first responder to equipment issues and must follow through to ensure resolution by either self-performing the work or directing the activities of service providers.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities including simple calibrations as directed by schedule on all process equipment and systems, with established procedures and/or approved practices. Lead efforts in developing remediation for follow-up and emergency work.
Troubleshooting on equipment and systems, including development of remediation activities for issues with multiple systems and equipment and repair malfunctioning equipment. Work with equipment owners/engineers and direct the performance of work by equipment vendors.
Maintain cGMP records, both paper based and electronic.
Understand Asset Management and routine reliability concepts.
Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing and support systems/equipment such as autoclaves, washers, TFF, Chromatography Columns and skids, mixers and stainless tanks.
Lead performance of maintenance activities and small projects.
Provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis. Support regular 24-7 operation of facility and respond to facilities issues as needed.
Maintain Qualified Trainer qualifications on OJTs assigned. Develop OJT records.
Ensure that spare parts, tools and equipment are available to complete all assigned tasks.
Manage contract service providers; including scheduling, training on required SOP’s, coordination and ensuring all work and documentation is performed in accordance with cGMP requirements.
Administer and perform hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entry.

Summary

Command Center, Utility Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of utility systems within a facility. They are responsible for operation and monitoring of equipment throughout campus. The technician must possess extensive knowledge and experience in utility systems, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Regularly monitor BMS and CMS dashboards and control systems to detect and respond to alarms, irregularities, or fluctuations in building conditions (e.g., HVAC, water systems, critical utilities).
Promptly investigate and resolve alarms or anomalies in equipment operation, escalating issues as needed to minimize downtime or discomfort.
Maintain accurate logs of calls, alarms, incidents, and resolutions, and acknowledge as required within cGMP systems.
Operate equipment within the BMS to support preventative maintenance and end user needs. Acknowledge any alarms created by the maintenance activities and document appropriately following cGMP regulations.
Conduct regular inspections of utility systems to identify potential issues and develop preventive maintenance plans.
Troubleshoot complex problems with utility systems and equipment and provide technical expertise to resolve issues.
Support the maintenance team with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs as required to maintain optimal facility operations.
Collaborate with other facility and maintenance staff to report issues and ensure efficient coordination for system repairs or improvements.
Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to oversee repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in utility systems, and implement relevant changes as necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
Track and analyze data trends from BMS and CMS, identifying potential inefficiencies or performance issues and suggesting corrective actions.

Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Seaham, County Durham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.

What will you deliver?

Responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of repairs and maintenance at Anchor sheltered, retirement and Care Homes for the over 55s
This role involves overseeing the site team with conjunction with the Delivery Manager
The Site Manager is accountable for monitoring daily repairs for further works, including ordering materials, monitoring progress of repairs ensuring that KPIs are met in compliance with all relevant regulations
Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Maintain strong relationships with client other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the repairs process
Address any concerns or requests promptly
Make decisions to keep repairs on track, escalating issues to the delivery manager when necessary

What you will deliver?

Provide strategic and tactical building services commissioning management support for the engineering process of a project from conception to completion
As an expert, provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure operational excellence
Be able to interrogate Engineering Schedule, Verification & Validation requirements etc.
Manage the commission process with the verification and operation of electrical plant and equipment. This includes liaising with specialist sub-contractors and package managers to follow the specific commissioning process from Level 1 to Level 5
Review and input the commissioning procedures and commissioning activities
Monitor and advise when all commissioning documentation has been reviewed and signed off
Compiling and preparing of commissioning test documentation
Ensure that work is carried out in full conformance with quality environmental and safety requirements
Chair site commissioning meetings
Provide information for Progress Reports

Als Engineer Piping & Mechanical bij Equans heb je de uitdagende taak om bij te dragen aan onze technologisch interessante projecten in de industrie.

Dit ga je doen als Engineer Piping & Mechanical
Je krijgt bijvoorbeeld de opdracht om het werktuigbouwkundig ontwerp van een stoomsysteem bij een energieproducent te realiseren. Onze procesengineer bedenkt het procesontwerp en jij houdt je bezig met het leiding technisch ontwerp. Votre profil :

Vous avez une première expérience en ventilation nucléaire et mécanique. Vos habilitations suivantes sont à jour : PR1CC / SCN1 - 2 / CSQ / RP1 - 2 RN / Travail en hauteur - Port du harnais / H0 - B0.

Consciencieux et ordonné, vous savez travailler en équipe et respecter les règles et normes de sécurité.

L’étude et la conception électrique et automatisme d'installations de ventilation et fluides process,
