Sommaire du poste
Sous l'autorité du gestionnaire du portefeuille d’affaires, l’analyste procèdera à l’analyse de performance des contrats opérationnels et participera lors des nouveaux contrats aux niveaux processus et outils financiers. Il s’occupera de faire la clôture financière mensuelle d’un portefeuille de contrats. Il sera un support aux gestionnaires opérationnels pour les aider à bien utiliser les outils financiers d’Equans et à comprendre la performance financière de leurs contrats. Finalement, l’analyste aura comme responsabilité de développer de nouveaux rapports et d’analyses, d’améliorer les tableaux de bords et les indicateurs de performance en collaboration avec son gestionnaire.
Description
- S’occuper de la clôture financière mensuelle d’un portefeuille de contrats (écritures comptables, analyses, etc.).
- Présenter et expliquer les résultats financiers aux responsables des contrats/sites qui lui sont attribués.
- S’assurer de l’exactitude des informations financières, surtout quant à l’imputation comptable et de projets/centres de coûts.
- Analyser et expliquer mensuellement les écarts entre les résultats réels, budgétaires et prévisionnels.
- Participer à la mise à jour de différents rapports financiers pour le groupe.
- Accompagner les gestionnaires opérationnels dans les aspects financiers de leurs contrats.
- Participer à l’analyse de la performance des résultats financiers des nouveaux contrats tout en comparant celle-ci à la soumission initiale afin de proposer des solutions d’améliorations.
- Contribuer au développement de nouveaux rapports et analyses, améliorer les tableaux de bords et les indicateurs de performance en collaboration avec le gestionnaire du portefeuille d’affaires.
- Participer activement au processus budgétaire.
- Collaborer au dossier de fin d’année en collaboration avec l’équipe Finance.
- Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les clients internes et externes.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche nécessitée par ses fonctions ou demandée par son supérieur.
Exigences
- Bac en administration des affaires (B.A.A.) avec spécialisation en comptabilité ou équivalent.
- 5 à 7 années d’expérience de travail dans un rôle similaire.
- Titre comptable (CPA) ou en voie d’obtention est un atout.
- Connaissance de Microsoft Excel (niveau avancé) est obligatoire.
- Bonne connaissance des nouvelles normes IFRS.
- Bilingue (FR/EN), parlé et écrit.
- Connaissance de D365 est un atout.

Description
LEADERSHIP
- Supporter les décisions opérationnelles clés, notamment la préparation du budget, la gestion des performances, le recrutement, la rétention, la productivité, le développement des compétences et d'autres responsabilités de gestion.

- Expérience en aéronautique (un atout);

- Expérience avérée dans la gestion d'un service de maintenance dans des environnements industriels lourds, complexes et automatisés;
- Connaissances informatiques. Capacité à utiliser facilement Microsoft Office;

Equans is looking for a Part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Chelmsford Magistrates, 10 New St, Chelmsford CM1 1NT, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Compliance Officer
EQUANS are recruiting for a Compliance Officer to be based in Manchester. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
The post holder is accountable for compliance delivery of the hard services contract and specifications for:
- Manchester City Council – Public Buildings
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the day to day monitoring of performance & operational performance in line with contract requirements
- Support the Planning Manager by producing monthly deduction and service reports, daily updates and weekly dashboards & other reports as required.
- Preparation and completion of invoicing for all work streams
- Monitor contract performance daily to identify trends and prevent KPI failure.
- Feed into commercial report as required.
- Develop agree and review processes required to deliver the contract
- Ensure all supplier invoices are accurately and efficiently processed in accordance with relevant policies and procedures
- Monitoring contract performance (including SLA performance, chasing work down, processing KPI contract requirements - service request management)
- Identifying issues and pro-actively offering solutions to improve performance & include implementation.
- Raise purchase orders as required in line with policies and procedures.
- Attend Meetings, take transcribe and distribute meeting minutes in line with contract KPI’s.
- Liaise with management teams to resolve queries
- Ensure material purchasing is processed end to end in line with contract requirements to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Order stationary when required
- Ensure labor is effectively recorded within agreed timescales
- Monitor and track progress of potential overdue orders, closing down of orders, cyclical maintenance activities and monitor/track and report KPIs as required per contract.
- Producing contractual monthly reports and presenting within the agreed service meetings.
- Monitoring operational equipment its compliance & status reports – arranging calibration
- Ensuring 100% statutory compliance and ensuring a remedial programme is in place & monitored
- Carry out sub-contractor audits and awareness (MSV)
- Ensuring H&S compliance to legislative and EQUANS standards
- Financial performance of the contract in line with contract KPI requirements
- Identification of additional works
- Supporting the growth of the North-West Region through engagement and participation in tenders
- Supporting and developing the contract business plan with the Account Manager
- Seek customer feedback and identify opportunities to enhance satisfaction levels and organic growth opportunities
- Provide miscellaneous management reports for the Account Manager and SLT as required
- Support the contract through sponsoring and championing central projects, PIP implementation and identifying process enhancements
- Oversee the day to day orders, monitoring target dates, completions for invoice and KPIs. Monitor and arrange appointments and report back to the client as required.
- During periods of staff holidays you will be expected to provide cover for planning and commercial officers.
- You will also be responsible for the production and presentation of contract specific performance reports for both internal and external use monthly for all contracts.
The post holder will be required to deal with various challenges, including but not limited to PPM, RW, Projects, Minor Works and Statutory compliance. The post holder will be required to deal with any issues that arise as works and resolve any associated budgetary or commercial challenges. Typically, the post holder will be required to work closely with the Operations Manager and where appropriate escalate any decisions requiring financial approval over their LOA (as per EQUANS DLAs), or where a commercial consideration is needed.
The post holder will be required to understand both the contract and its associated specifications to ensure delivery to customer expectations.

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Cardiff Magistrates Court, CF24 0RZ , on a permanent basis working 20 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 15.00 - 19.00pm
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Catering Assistant
EQUANS is recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team in the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is salary of £24,647.00 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday- 7.5hours a day between the hours of 06:30am and 20:00pm
This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential
What will you deliver?
- To provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and to assist in all general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
- To assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation.
- To prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager.
- To assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with the day to day running of the site, and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team.

Payroll Administrator
EQUANS are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to be based at Callflex Business Park, Wath upon Dearne. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week to cover a period of maternity leave (12 months). On offer is a salary banding of £23,400 - £28,000 per annum dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.
You will maintain effective procedures and processes to ensure accuracy of salaries, statutory payments and reporting in line with agreed SLAs. As a Payroll Administrator you will process payroll for the Regen population and provide high-quality administrative service.
As a member of our Shared Services team, you will have the ability to work flexibly from our office space at the Callflex Business Park for 2 days each week, with 3 days at home. - Producing costing reports for Management Accounts team.
- Processing employee absences in line with entitlements, legislation, and company policies.
- BACS and manual payments.
- Updating information into HRnet system.
- Provide support to line managers and staff in relation to payroll queries.
