Sommaire du poste 

L'agent technique agit comme ressource de support aux activités d'Equans et joue un rôle crucial au sein de l'équipe d'exploitation.

Sous la responsabilité du gestionnaire de site, le titulaire du poste est responsable de l’exécution des diverses tâches administratives liées au déroulement des activités du site, tels les achats, la facturation, les ressources humaines, le service à la clientèle, le logiciel de carte d’accès et la gestion du logiciel d'entretien du site (GMAO) et ce, en accord avec les programmes, politiques, et procédures établis par le siège social. 

Description 

  • Recevoir les clients et les contracteurs, configurer leurs accès et assurer leur intégration.
  • Gérer la facturation, les soumissions et les commandes avec les sous-traitants et avec les clients.
  • Entrée de données dans le système GMAO et effectuer le suivi des demande de services.
  • Communiquer et documenter les actions SSE dans la plateforme de suivi et veillez à ce que les objectifs définis par le département SSE soient atteints. 
  • Gestion de la documentation technique, tel que les différents formulaires et tableaux.
  • Exécuter différentes tâches d'ordre clérical (Rédaction, classement, photocopies, etc.).
  • Tenir à jour les listes opérationnelles (téléphone, sous-traitants, système d’accès, etc.).
  • Assurer l’approvisionnement des fournitures bureautiques.
  • Être au service du département opération et un point de contact pour nos clients.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son supérieur immédiat.
  • Horaire de jour en semaine de 8h00 à 16h00 en présentiel.

Exigences

  • Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en bureautique et/ou ressources humaines ou tout autres formations équivalentes;
  • Au moins deux (2) années d’expérience dans les tâches et responsabilités similaires;
  • Maîtriser la suite bureautique MS Office.

Strategy & Growth Director

Equans is looking for a Strategy Growth Director to join our Equans Digital Business on a permanent, full-time basis to deliver critical system upgrades / improvements to the Building Management System (BMS) Infrastructure for our clients in the UK

In doing so we naturally prime the sites to become ‘Smart enabled’, meaning we can then introduce further value across sites via our IoT solutions; driving social, economic and environmental benefits to portfolio of sites and more importantly people operating and living within them.

In relation to scale, individual projects will range from £200k to £3m worth of works with multiple projects ‘live’ at any point in time. 

Role overview

Lead the delivery of the Sales and Marketing Function of the EQUANS Digital UK business in order provide appropriate technologically advanced data driven solutions to our internal and external customers.

Customer leadership of the development of EQUANS Digital solutions to rapidly grow business turnover in the 5 year MTP period.

Key activities

  • Consult with clients, collaborators and stakeholders to capture requirements and probe into the desired outcomes.
  • Develop and drive the stales strategy to build strong market channels and build sales pipeline through to conversion.
  • Direct management / reporting line management of the Business Development Manager and Business Development Representative
  • Support UK Digital and Energy divisional activities
  • Deliver growth targets to exceed MTP and Current Operating Profit targets
  • Monitoring the performance of the senior sales teams by setting and reviewing goals and identifying any training needs
  • Devising and implementing systems to keep staff motivated and maintain a high level of morale
  • Recruiting and training sales staff and ensuring that the department is appropriately resourced to deal with fluctuations in sales volumes
  • Researching, analysing and setting price points to maximise sales and maintain healthy profit margins
  • Identifying opportunities by keeping track of competitor activity
  • Using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share
  • Maintaining sales records and design reports to ensure that the data collected is being utilised effectively
  • Creating sales campaigns including call centre scripts, in-store promotions and e-mail blasts

Skills, qualifications & experience

  • Relevant industrial qualifications and a desire to pursue professional registration with a relevant body.
  • In-depth knowledge of Digital Solutions for the Built Environment
  • Expertise in a specific field of information technology is important, ideally accompanied by design experience
  • Experience in a Technology role focused on the built environment.
  • Experience leading the development of technology infrastructures from brief through to specification and tender support.

Part Time Morning Cleaner

Equans is looking for a Part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Wrexham County Court, The Law Courts,  LL12 7BP on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.44 per hour and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 8am 

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public. 

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In this role you will be accountable and responsible for supporting a capital change programme off the back of the low-level design surveys in time and on budget as a minimum.

As a Senior Leadership Team member, you will be responsible for client and End user engagement during pre-construction, construction and Handover.

Key activities

  • Multi stakeholder engagement to deliver the agreed project outcome, while adhering to our, customer and end user policy and procedures.
  • Supervise delivery of benefits against the business case and ensure appropriate approvals and assurance plans are in place.
  • Hold team members accountable to key dates, quality and safety standards
  • Identify and set appropriate project controls, tracking and reporting delivery against milestones and budgets.

Equans Data Centers are seeking to appoint a Project Manager – Construction, to support our growing Data Centre business.

We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment a Project Manager – Construction to join our innovative team in West Drayton.  The Project Manager – Construction will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

What you will deliver?

  • Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence. 
  • Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
  • Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
  • Manage groundworks and internal fit out.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure that contracts are delivered in accordance with project agreements and best practice.

Technical Manager (Mechanical)

Equans is looking for a Technical Manager (Mechanical) to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The post holder will support the Estates Management team in the provision of a 24hr maintenance services within the Portsmouth Hospital University Trust, ensuring the efficient and effective operation and maintenance of hospital healthcare engineering systems and services and the promotion of good engineering practices, whilst ensuring compliance to statutory and healthcare engineering.

We are looking for an individual with previous hard FM experience, ideally within a healthcare setting, and a mechanical engineering background.

What will you deliver?

  • Ensure safe systems of work in line with HTM’s and recognised codes of practice and carry out the duties of Authorised Person, as designated, in accordance with Company and HTM standards for the multiple systems designated to you (following training, assessment and formal appointment)
  • Oversee the day to day management of the healthcare engineering systems under your control, ensuring all contractual and legislative Planned and Reactive Maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • To provide technical support in resolving complex and multifaceted issues with regard to the Estate
  • Monitor manage equipment maintenance records / service reports to ensure any follow on action is completed within promptly and recorded within the CAFM system and associated documentation, ensuring site document control process is followed for the healthcare engineering systems under your control
  • Manage and oversee external sub-contractors and professionals
  • Supervise and oversee the works conducted on healthcare engineering systems designated to you ensuring compliance with Good Industry Practice and HTM standards
  • Ensuring that contractor and the in-house engineering team are competence checked and they are appointed as Competent Persons
  • Develop and maintain close relationships and liaison with other stakeholders; i.e. Engineering Manager, Senior Operations manager, Head of Projects and Estates, site delivery team
  • Proactively assist in the ongoing development and day-to say delivery of a life-cycle plan, providing technical and managerial support as required
  • Implementation, action the day to day monitoring, and maintenance of risk management systems to ensure there is no uncontrolled clinical impact
  • To work within the quality (ISO 9001) system for the Estates Department
  • To undergo specialist training to meet the needs of the service
  • To work in areas occupied by patients and staff, having regard for the Health & Safety of occupants within that area
  • To observe statutory and other relevant requirements at all times, in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations and Electrical IEE regulations
  • To carry out any other such reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post as may be
  • To work as part of a multi-skilled team providing an efficient estates service
  • To be part of an out of hours on-call roster, must be able to be onsite within 1 hour

Who are we looking for?

  • ONC/HND in Engineering discipline (or Equivalent)
  • Previous experience in management of Mechanical Services
  • Good customer care and flexible approach to working practices, with the ability to develop strong credible internal and external relationships
  • Mechanical background  
  • Ideally have experience of working in busy Acute Hospitals and on Hospital Infrastructure
  • Experience of working on a PFI contract, within the PFI delivery model
  • Good understanding of HTM, HBN and relevant British Standards
  • Knowledge and experience of all healthcare engineering services would be an advantage

This role includes a DBS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.

Service Operations Manager

Equans is looking for a Service Operations Manager to join our Smart Buildings Team based out of our Midlands office on a permanent, full-time basis.

Smart buildings is an ‘innovative, disruptive and empowering’ SME positioned within a large multinational parent company, with an ambitious growth focus.

The brand improves daily user experiences by connecting people with disruptive digital technology, and uses the associated data insights to value for money delivery models back to customers – ultimately improving building and energy related performance. We achieve connectivity in a number of ways;

The Service Operations Manager will report to the Head of Maintenance and will work for the Maintenance and Small works (MSW) business stream which predominantly looks after service contracts, reactive works and small works. The role will be looking after a team of engineers based in Southern England.

Key activities

  • Attending client operational meetings
  • Customer development, relationship building
  • Customer retention and repeat orders – Help maintain order book
  • Planning of resource – Ensure efficiency of labour resource and correct staffing levels

  • Labour forecasting on a weekly basis as per the agreed time scales and dates

  • To ensure an adequate out of hours engineer coverage is available across the region
  • Ensure an adequate staffing level is available for regional call out rota’s
  • Technical help where necessary – Work with the Head of Maintenance to offer technical help to the team of field-based engineers

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

The candidate will be from a BMS background and will have supervisory experience particularly in the field of BMS service. Ideally, they will have an HND in engineering and will be competent in manufacturer’s equipment Trend, Siemens, Cylon or Priva.

Dit ga je doen als Leidinggevend Monteur Elektrotechniek

In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van kleine en grote projecten, ter vervanging, aanpassing of uitbreiding van de elektrotechnische installaties op locatie van onze klanten.

  • zelfstandig, of in teamverband werken aan vervangingen, aanpassingen en uitbreidingen van alle elektrotechnische installaties
  • waarborgen dat de werkzaamheden soepel verlopen en dat de projecten correct en op tijd uitgevoerd worden
  • het aansturen van een team van monteurs, waarbij je ondersteuning en begeleiding biedt bij het werken aan complexe installaties

Teamlead Maintenance

Onze afdeling maintenance groeit uit zijn jasje en daarom hebben wij een nieuwe functie gecreëerd. Bouw jij samen met de operations manager en het team verder aan deze snelgroeiende afdeling? Elke dag, waarvan geen enkel hetzelfde is, staan wij klaar voor onze klant ASML in Veldhoven.

Als teamlead bij Equans ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van alle onderhoudsactiviteiten op de campus van ASML, voor zowel de industriële productie-installaties als kantoorgebouwen. Hiernaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkste aansturing van het maintenance team en de ontwikkeling hiervan in lijn met de visie en strategische doelstellingen van Equans en onze opdrachtgever ASML.

De functie is nieuw en dat biedt jou de kans om samen met het team verder te bouwen en structuur aan te brengen door bestaande processen te verbeteren en nieuwe op te zetten.

Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden als Teamlead Maintenance bestaan uit:

  • het met jouw team verzorgen van het preventief onderhoud, verhelpen van langlopende storingen, assisteren bij calamiteiten en het werken aan continue verbeteringen van het gehele onderhoudsproces
  • het geven van input bij het opstellen van meer- jaren onderhoudsplannen/ verbetervoorstellen en je levert met de afdeling een belangrijke bijdrage aan technische investeringsplannen en het managen van de hieruit voortkomende projecten
  • het continue bewaken van- en sturing op de voorgang van het onderhoud i.c.m. het bijbehorende afdelingsbudget evenals de rapportering hiervan richting het management, dit doe je in samenwerking met de Operations Manager
  • het signaleren van behoefte van het team en ontwikkeling speelt een belangrijke factor, naast ons werkplezier
  • naast de operationele verantwoordelijkheden ben jij als teamlead gericht op het verder ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van de afdeling Hierin krijg je veel vrijheid!

Het team

In je functie ben je werkzaam binnen het Equans Service team en stuur je direct 11 collega’s aan, indirect 12. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Operations Manager.

Jouw werkveld: een hoogwaardige technische speeltuin

Jouw werkomgeving bevindt zich in de Brainport Regio, één van de slimste regio’s van de wereld, op het terrein van onze klant; ASML in Veldhoven. Hier worden high tech machines voor de chipindustrie ontwikkeld en gebouwd. Naast deze technologie moeten dus ook de faciliteiten waarin de machines worden gebouwd voldoen aan extreem hoge eisen. Nieuwbouw en maintenance met alle daarbij behorende technische installaties, deze moeten allemaal voldoen aan de hoogst mogelijke standaarden. Hierdoor kom je in aanraking met de meest hoogwaardige technologieën die de branche te bieden heeft. Logisch dat je technische hart hiervan sneller gaat kloppen.

Als Teamlead Maintenance ben je technisch natuurlijk goed onderlegd en neem je uiteraard sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten mee. Werken in teamverband past bij je en jij bent het type dat het beste uit zichzelf en anderen kan halen als de druk wat hoger ligt. Je overziet waar de prioriteit ligt en behoud de rust die nodig is om kwalitatief hoogstaand werk af te leveren binnen een zeer dynamische omgeving.

Overige functie wensen:

  • HBO werk- en denk niveau aangevuld met een technische opleiding zoals Elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek
  • minimaal 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een complexe industrie of utilitaire omgeving
  • je bent sterk in continu verbeteren en het neerzetten van sterke processen
  • je spreekt de Nederlandse en (bij voorkeur) Engelse taal
  • en uiteraard breng je veel energie en een gezond kritisch houding mee en ben je een tikkeltje eigenwijs
