Relevant du Responsable des Achats, l'acheteur sera responsable de diverses questions d'approvisionnement, notamment la gestion des réductions de coûts et le processus d’appel d’offre. Il/elle travaillera en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles qui lui seront attribuées pour soutenir leurs besoins en sourcing stratégique, maintenir et développer les relations commerciales avec les fournisseurs, et superviser le suivi des besoins avec les clients internes. L'acheteur appliquera les politiques, méthodes et objectifs établis par la direction des Achats d'Equans Services, dans le but de délivrer des économies et de la valeur sur les projets réalisés.
Description
- Gérer le processus d’appels d’offres (RFP) de la préparation jusqu’à la signature du contrat pour des projets de construction ou tout autre service;
- Négocier auprès des fournisseurs le prix des services et produits et les contrats;
- Faire des analyses de coûts comparées entre les contrats;
- Identifier des opportunités de réduction des coûts et les mettre en place de façon proactive;
- Négociation et Gestion des Contrats : Garantir le respect rigoureux des termes et conditions contractuelles, avec la capacité de repérer et d'adresser les déviations éventuelles;
- Produire les rapports sur les activités et travailler sur les indicateurs de performance clés;
- Appliquer les politiques et procédures du groupe et Participer à l’amélioration et la communication des processus achats dans l’organisation;
- Mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions afin de livrer le plan stratégique du département des achats (économies et valeur ajoutée);
- Conseiller et travailler en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles;
- Travailler avec l’équipe de développement commercial lors de soumissions;
- Collaborer avec les équipes approvisionnements des différentes entités du Groupe Equans pour déployer des solutions d’affaires et des projets d’achat communs;
- Toute autre tâche connexe nécessitée par ses fonctions ou demandée par son supérieur immédiat.
Exigences
- Être autorisé à travailler au Canada
- BAC en administration des affaires ou équivalent
- Minimum cinq (5) ans d’expérience pertinente en achats, gestion de de contrats et des coûts, logistique ou consultation
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel)
- Détenir un passeport valide
- Connaissance du domaine de la maintenance immobilière et de la construction (un atout)
- Expérience dans la gestion du process d’appel d’offres et dans la gestion de projets

Sommaire du poste
Dans le cadre des services d’exploitation aéroportuaires Equans situé à l’aéroport de Montréal, le technicien support en application TI aura la responsabilité d’adresser les problèmes et les demandes de soutient de la communauté aéroportuaire pour tous les équipements et services applicatifs opérés par Equans. Il sera responsable de paramétrer et administrer diverses plateformes de services opérationnelles aéroportuaires. Il sera le point de contact avec les opérations pour recevoir les demandes de support. Il aura la possibilité d’être sur appel en rotation pour le support aéroportuaire 24/7.
Description
- Traiter les requêtes des clients par email, plateforme de ticket ou appel;
- Effectuer et suivre les demandes de supports ouvertes chez les fournisseurs de services;
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement des équipements TI en effectuant des vérifications quotidiennes;
- Assurer le support niveau 1 et la configuration des équipements TI (tablette, pc, téléphone);
- Créer et gérer les comptes utilisateurs des applications de tri-bagages;
- Assurer le déploiement des mises à jour d'OS et d'applications;
- Administrer un inventaire des équipements TI;
- Surveiller les applications de tri-bagages (performance, alertes, logs);
- Répondre aux appels urgents de support niveau 1 à l'extérieur des heures de bureaux sur rotation;
- Former les partenaires à l'utilisation des applications de tri-bagages;
- Participer au processus d'améliorations visant l’efficacité des opérations et la réduction des problèmes liés aux équipements et infrastructures aéroportuaires.
Exigences

- Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC ou AEC) en informatique

Summary
As a Street Light Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the condition of street lighting throughout the area. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all street lights are in a good condition, base on specific specs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of street lights, using a mobile application to verify if they are compliant with safety standards.
- Identify and report any deficiency or maintenance needs to the appropriate team.

Authorising Engineer
Equans Data Centers are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Authorising Engineer (AE) in Electrical Engineering to oversee and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. The role involves providing expert guidance on safe electrical systems, reviewing designs, conducting audits, and authorising personnel to perform electrical work.
What you will deliver:
- Act as the designated Authorising Engineer for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Review, assess, and approve electrical designs and installations.
- Provide route cause analysis of non-compliance incidents to minimize performance deductions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents and failures involving engineering systems.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems.
- Lead and manage training sessions for electrical engineers and technicians, focusing on safety and compliance.

Mobile Fabric Engineer - Passive Fire

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Fabric Engineer - Passive Fire to join our Mobile Solutions Maintenance Engineering team based at Midlands Metropolitan University Hospital in Smethwick, West Midlands and covering other sites as required across the Midlands area. The mobile team supports reactive and PPM maintenance activities across all the sites we currently operate ranging from schools, hospitals and universities to major Government buildings.
The role:
- Reporting to the Passive Fire Service Manager
- To expand the passive fire services provided by Mobile Solutions
- To assist the Service Manager to compile passive fire surveys and related works and compile reports on findings
- To manage installations and repairs and ensure the quality of work delivered complies with BM Trada guidelines and relevant industry standards.
- To provide an advisory service for clients on relevant and fire related matters.
- To work closely with the Quality & Assurance department to ensure compliance.
- To work with the Service Manager to organise and deliver fire door training to other employees across the business.
- Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working and working away
The person:
- Good knowledge and understanding of fire doors installation and maintenance
- Understanding of Passive and active fire systems specifically fire door inspections and compartmentalisation firestopping; good understanding of the BM TRADA Q Mark Scheme
- Must hold a minimum NVQ level III carpentry or joinery qualification (or equivalent)
- Understanding of passive fire legislation
- IT Literate with good Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to show examples of using initiative and judgement to resolve problems
- Hold a full driving license and able to travel

Part Time Morning Cleaner
Equans is looking for a part time Morning Cleaner to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames Crown Court, 6-8 Penrhyn Road, Kingston-Upon-Thames KT1 2BB, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £12.10 per hour and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
Monday to Friday 06:30-08:30
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

In order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
These checks typically include:
- Identity Verification: Passport, photo ID, birth certificate, etc.
- Employment History (past 3 years): Any gaps will require HMRC statements for the period in question.
- Right to Work Status in the UK: Citizenship or valid share code.
- Unspent Criminal Record: Disclosure of any unspent convictions.

M&E Technician
Equans is looking for a M&E Technician to join our team in Barnet, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To maintain and carry out repairs on HVAC systems, gas appliances, Piped Medical Gas systems, steam plant/equipment and all other equipment in plant rooms, patient areas and other departments
- Works will involve working in a live Hospital environment, working at height (Podiums), using hand tools, power tools and workshop machinery/equipment for larger repairs (Doors etc)
- Responsible for the safe operation, planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical/electrical systems, associated plant/equipment installed throughout the Site
- Ensure that all works assigned are managed so far as attendance and completion times, and that works orders are completed and update to the CAFM system
- To take responsibility for all works issued and to ensure that all attendance and rectification times are achieved
- Work autonomously and as part of a team as appropriate – working day will consist of arranging works, access equipment as required and ensuring all safety protocols are In place
- Diagnose fault-find, debug and commission systems, utilising appropriate technical skills and system knowledge
- Monitor and assess ongoing machine/ facility performance
- Confer with other engineers and personnel to implement operating procedures are met, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information to the Helpdesk

Equans is looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager and team.
Manage escalation of calls, ensuring these are kept to a minimum.
Ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely manner by the most appropriate tradesperson.
What will you deliver?
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with client and/or client’s agent.
- Establish clear lines of communications with department managers
- Ensure key responsibilities are conducted timely & in line with expectations of the team
- You will provide regular reports for your Line Manager and respond to ad-hoc requests for information in a timely manner.
