Vos principales missions :

Vous êtes en charge de façon autonome de la gestion du magasin. 

Vous réceptionnez les livraisons et les enregistrez dans le logiciel de gestion INEO.

Vous assurez la gestion des litiges et le contrôle de la  conformité des produits au BL.

Vous assurez la gestion des déchets.

Vous prenez en charge le suivi des véhicules (location et véhicule agence)

Vous rangez et préparez les livraisons pour les chantiers, gérez les retours.

Vous suivez le stock de consommables et le réapprovisionnez en coordination avec le Responsable d’ exploitation.

Vous avez en charge la gestion des EPI, des EPC, des outils ( tailles, approvisionnements, distributions, contrôles ) et les contrôles obligatoires ( trousses de secours, extincteurs, bâtiment … ) en coordination avec le service matériel, l’ animateur QSE, etc …

Vous gérez le rangement du parc avec les équipes, et l’ entretien du bâtiment avec les prestataires externes, les rotations et la valorisation des bennes à DIB, métaux, palettes, lampes, etc …

Vous êtes au service des Responsables de Chantiers, tout en faisant preuve de fermeté dans le magasin et sur le parc.

Vous effectuez avec parcimonie des livraisons chantiers ou des retraits en magasin.

Votre profil :

Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation de type Bac+2 en logistique ou équivalent, vous avez des connaissances en informatique bureautique impérativement. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens du service, votre organisation, et votre réactivité. Consciencieux et méthodique, vous savez également faire preuve de fermeté. Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Technicien Dépanneur Frigoriste Froid Commercial et Semi-Industriel (H/F), rattaché(e) à l’agence du Mans.

Rattaché au Responsable SAV, votre mission consiste à assurer la maintenance préventive, curative ainsi que les dépannages des équipements frigorifiques en autonomie, pour le compte de nos différents clients (grandes et moyennes surfaces). Vous assurez également le réglage des installations. 
Débutant ou expérimenté, vous intervenez techniquement chez nos clients dans le cadre du respect des contrats de maintenance et dépannages. 
Vous manipulez les fluides frigorigènes dans le respect des normes en vigueur, et êtes capable d’intervenir sur les réseaux hydrauliques ou aérauliques, ainsi que sur les circuits et/ou armoires électriques (simples ou avec automates). 
Vous contribuez à garantir la satisfaction de nos clients dans le respect des engagements contractuels (temps, délais, qualité de service).
Des astreintes périodiques sont à prévoir.

Idéalement issu d’une formation technique spécialisée en Réfrigération ou Génie Climatique (Bac à Bac +2, tel que Bac Pro TFCA, IFFI, BTS FED…), vous possédez une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire dans laquelle vous avez su démontrer une réelle capacité à entretenir une relation de confiance avec vos clients.
Votre autonomie, votre rigueur, ainsi que votre capacité d’adaptation, atouts nécessaires sur ce poste, vous permettront de vous épanouir dans vos missions. Vous êtes doté de connaissances en installations CO2 ainsi qu’en hydraulique. Vous manipulez les fluides frigorigènes dans le respect des normes en vigueur, et êtes capable d’intervenir sur les réseaux hydrauliques ou aérauliques, sur les circuits et/ou armoires électriques simples ou avec automates.

Facility Coordinator

En tant que Facility Coordinator chez Equans Belux, tu joues un rôle essentiel pour garder l'environnement de nos différents sites (Fernelmont, Fleurus, Ans) en parfait état, des systèmes de chauffage à la verdure.

Ton quotidien dans ce rôle :

  • superviser tous les aspects de l'entretien des installations et planifier/superviser les réparations
  • gérer efficacement les prestataires de nettoyage, de vente et de maintenance
  • identifier les besoins de réparation et d'entretien, planifier des interventions et initier des projets d'amélioration des installations
  • assurer le respect des réglementations de sécurité et garantir la sécurité de tous

Security Officer

EQUANS are recruiting for a Security Officer to be based in the University of Essex, Colchester, CO4 3ZU. This is a permanent full-time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £29,565 per annum and benefits package.

Overview:

The Security officer/Concierge is responsible for security integrity of a student accommodation campus, with 1,260 residents. To guard, patrol and protect, buildings, liaising with the University’s in-house security team. To act as main front of house, welcoming and liaising with the residents, with the goal of delivering a memorable experience to all residents and visitors.

What will you deliver?

  • To deliver all aspects of security whilst providing a safe and secure environment for the student residents in all 5 accommodation blocks and external areas of The Pastures and operate within scope of site Assignment Instructions.
  • Support Reception and Helpdesk for accommodation, ensuring that every situation is handled in a courteous and professional manner and that all students and visitors are appropriately attended to.
  • Support the distribution of all post and packages, using the systems and software provided as and when required.

Essential Requirements:

  • You will be required to pass through a range of referencing and vetting checks.
  • You must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years with a 5-year work history unless you have been in education.
  • A background, qualification, or interest in the delivery of site security and/or customer service will be an advantage.

Mechanical Engineer

Equans is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The post holder will very much be involved with the maintenance and minor works service covering a wide and varied range of mechanical equipment servicing large industrial units such as dual fired boilers and heating and ventilation distribution equipment.

What will you deliver?

  • Undertake fault finding on complex medical gas systems, MTHW /LTHW pressure heating water systems, critical systems and equipment and pressurised steam systems
  • Using cause effect analysis and detailed examination to gain a solution and use of all relevant drawings and schematics
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance, inspections, commissioning and testing in accordance with published procedures, completing all report sheets and test certificates as necessary and mark up any drawing alterations
  • Use of all relevant tools and equipment within safety guidelines as necessary for the completion of works ensuring full compliance with EQUANS Guidelines and Controls e.g. Risk Assessment, Site Safety, Fire Safety, Control of Infection and Hazardous Substances
  • Work involves the use of analytical test devices, specialist tools, workshop fixed equipment, portable electrical equipment, welding equipment, emergency generators, medical gas equipment (patient use) suction units, geared drives

Financial Reporting Accountant

Equans is looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join us on a 12 month FTC at our offices in Newcastle Upon Tyne or Rotherham. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

To work in a team of qualified and part qualified accountants to support the delivery of timely, robust, high-quality statutory and group reporting, ensuring that all processes are as efficient as possible, highlighting areas for improvement where relevant.

What will you deliver?

  • Work both independently and in a collaborative team environment to deliver business reporting requirements – to include statutory, Group and ad hoc reporting.
  • Produce high quality statutory and group reporting deliverables.
  • Have good technical knowledge of IFRS and its application within the EQUANS business referring to senior management for clarity if in doubt.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and develop a continuous improvement culture; and
  • Deliver best in class customer service to internal and external stakeholders/customers.
  • Deliver accurate and timely statutory and group financial reporting and other ad-hoc deliverables for the Equans UK Services and certain corporate entities.
  • Produce the financial statements for assigned legal entities.
  • Perform technical reviews of draft statutory accounts.
  • Assist the team to ensure the accounts progress through audit in a timely manner.
  • Monitor developments in accounting standards to ensure that all statutory reporting is prepared in accordance with IFRS and FRS 101.
  • Provide technical accounting input relating to internal Group reorganisations as required.
  • Apply group financial accounting policy and procedures and contribute to their development as and when required.
  • Deliver in line with statutory and group monthly and quarterly reporting timetables.
  • Liaise with Tax, Treasury, Sector leads, internal and external auditors, as appropriate.
  • Comply with new accounting standards and refer to senior management for clarity if in doubt.
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance of own technical knowledge and continuing professional development.

Financial Reporting Accountant

Equans is looking for a Financial Reporting Accountant to join us on a permanent basis, located at our offices in Newcastle Upon Tyne or Rotherham. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

This is a key financial role covering the Equans UKBU perimeter, delivering specialist technical accounting the providing support to lead and manage a team in the delivery of statutory accounts and audit reporting as well as the management of technical accounting queries and changes to policies/IFRS standards.  

What will you deliver?

  • Provision of technical accounting support to the Business, demonstrating sound knowledge of the application of IFRS, addressing queries on accounting methodology, challenging proposed accounting and ultimately ensuring appropriate application of Group financial accounting policies, preparing technical accounting papers as audit evidence where necessary;
  • Review of a) new accounting standards, determining impact, adoption approach and any training needs, as well as b) existing UKBU accounting policies to ensure continued adherence and relevance and consistency throughout the UKBU;
  • Delivery of technical financial project work e.g. production of completion accounts, balance sheet reconciliation tidy-up, improvement of internal control processes, procedures and controls etc;
  • Supporting to lead, manage and develop the External Financial Reporting Team in the delivery of high-quality external reporting including the production of annual statutory accounts to statutory deadlines;
  • Managing an operational level relationship with the auditors, ensuring the quarterly, interim and annual audit requirements progress to agreed timelines and conclude smoothly;
  • Production of industry specific regulatory reporting including Cabinet Office submissions, Office of National Statistics reporting and IAS 19 pension reporting;
  • Assistance in the scrutiny of journal entries to ensure the source data is as accurate as possible prior to the audit process commencing;
  • Planning and execution of step plans in relation to the liquidation of surplus entities within the UK BU, performed in accordance with UK law and UK GAAP;

Who are we looking for?

  • Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and accounting skills, in IFRSs and UK law;
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills;
  • Highly developed project management and organisational skills, working to tight deadlines in a complex and challenging environment;
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams of qualified and non-qualified staff in a pressurised reporting environment;
  • Confident in building successful key business and client relationships;
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Strong reporting skills – statutory accounts preparation and for internal Group reporting;
  • Excellent planning and administration skills;
  • Experience in challenging the status quo and fostering an innovative mindset within teams; and

SHEQ Manager

EQUANS is looking for a SHEQ Manager to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. 

The main purpose is to ensure, in conjunction with the regional Head of SHEQ and local MD’s that adequate arrangements are made within each service provision for the effective implementation and operation of ISO standards and systems.  The Manager will also ensure that all resources either internal or outsourced are used effectively to support the business.  To understand, adhere and implement the company SHEQ policy / strategy, and ensure all those reporting to you do the same.

What will you deliver? 

  • Ensure equal SHEQ support is provided across all two service areas
  • Efficient management of resources allocated to the division.
  • Ensuring that data with regards to SHEQ performance is effectively captured and analysed to enable improvement plans to be developed and implemented
  • Work with operational teams across northern region to construct, implement and achieve standardisation
  • Providing support and guidance to the region on technical, legal and other issues as required.
  • Proactively working with operational teams during the project lifecycle to ensure that SHEQ is considered at all stages and that relevant control measures are identified
  • Assisting the business with the implementation of the ISO standards and systems
  • Monitor and manage SHEQ systems relating to the region
  • Undertaking ‘active’ monitoring and auditing, providing feedback via the company’s reporting system
  • Highlighting areas where poor practice and/or significant risk have occurred.
  • Manage incidents and the coordination of detailed factual reports identifying root causes and recommendations for improvement
  • Producing management reports detailing levels of SHEQ performance and other such information as required
  • Ensuring that any incident that falls within the scope of RIDDOR is reported to the HSE
  • Ensuring that any incident that is deemed to have posed a significant risk to the division or is reportable under RIDDOR is fully investigated and reported to Regional Managing Director
  • Assisting the individual service Directors with the implementation of the ISO standards and systems
  • Dealing with the HSE, the Environment Agency, insurers and other bodies in the event of a major incident or as required.
  • Managing responses to insurance claims relating incidents with the region they cover.
  • Working with the Individual service Directors on the development and implementation of local strategies for improvement
  • Work alongside broader Northern SHEQ team to produce trend analysis with regards to good and bad practice, near misses, dangerous occurrences and incidents.
  • Any other reasonable management request
