General Overview:

Impact:  
• Manage a team of Electricians, facilitating appropriate project work as well as repair to systems, plant or equipment to the required standard 
• Support the Hard Services Manager with day to day activities required to deliver work in line with the project plan including safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives
• Develop effective working relationships with appropriate parties
• Ability to accurately produce and analyse electrical technical drawings
• Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are handled accurately and on time ensuring a high standard of delivery to the business and client.
• Identify, implement and comply with applicable safety, environmental and quality standards, company procedures and policies and other relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining up to date knowledge 
• Prioritisation of work schedules and projects, delivering on time in full and to budget

Complexity:  
• Identification and reporting of areas and procedures that fail to meet expected standards (Safety, Technical and Environmental)
• Ensure appropriate risk assessments / method statements are in place and undertaken on all work
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner
• Interact positively with the client and their representatives, proactively sharing information with others
• Facilitate and chair regular progress meetings as required 
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including Project Definition Document, Quality Plans and other documents as required
• Produce and review technical specifications 
• Support the process of contractor selection and contract placement
• Ensure technical queries are managed in accordance with process and procedures
• Carry out financial and technical appraisals of project options, performing feasibility studies, site surveys and liaison with designers and station staff as required
• Prepare work packages including preparation of work order cards in accordance with site specific requirements
• Prepare Engineering Changes and manage the preparation of supporting and affected documents
• Prepare commissioning documents and act as test team leader where appropriate

Qualifications or Required Experience: 
• Minimum -City & Guilds / NVQ or HNC / HND Electrical Engineering -18th edition
• Preferably degree educated in an Electrical Engineering/Technical discipline - chartered or equivalent
• Proven knowledge of Health & Safety legislation 
• Budget monitoring, commercial awareness and experience at managing contractors
• Previous work experience in the nuclear sector / industrial environment advantageous, specifically high voltage plant / equipment
• Proven ability in the preparation of reports and information using packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Suitable relevant technical experience including the preparation of technical documentation, the review and approval of technical proposals and procedures, experience of construction, testing and commissioning activities
• Experience of supervising and setting contractors/sub-contractors to work in their roles and experience in leading a project team

Competencies:  
• Required to work as part of a team either leading or assisting in the performance of maintenance activities, installation and repair
• Experience to confidently diagnose faults, identifying spares and carry out the work efficiently
• Self-motivated and takes ownership of the work.
• Due to the complex nature of the site the team work to a strict maintenance instruction whereby a step by step method statement must be followed, failing to do this can cause a serious impact to plant and the safety of others so the post holder must be attentive and compliant at all times

Vos principales missions consistent à réaliser des travaux de montage de bâtiments :

  • Lire et interpréter les plans

  • Montage des panneaux sandwichs de bardage
  • Montage des portes en aluminium et des cloisons intérieures en panneaux sandwichs;
  • Montage de la toiture cintrée
  • Montage des accessoires de finition (tôles de finition, angles, cloisoirs…)
  • Pose du faux plancher
  • Pose du faux plafond
  • Montage des circuits de mise à la terre du bâtiment
  • Tirage des câbles d’éclairage et prise de courant
  • Raccordement de prises, luminaires, interrupteurs ….
  • Respecter les éléments de sécurité préconisés par l’entreprise (plan d’hygiène et de sécurité, EPI….) constitue un aspect important de votre mission 

Votre profil : 

  • Expérience dans le bâtiment / Tout Corps d’Etat exigé.

Une période de formation est prévue pour mieux appréhender le domaine des postes.

Votre challenge à nos côtés :

Rattaché au chef de chantier, vous assurez le montage de postes électriques PEI ainsi que leurs accessoires (transformateurs HTB/HTA, cellules et disjoncteurs HTA/HTB ..).

Aussi, au sein d’une équipe chantier, vous serez amené à réaliser des travaux électriques dans des milieux exigeants et notamment :

  • Les opérations de montage et maintenance des charpentes métalliques, la mise en œuvre des appareillages HT, connexions HT et circuits de terre
  • La construction de postes HTB et à la mise en place et au raccordement du contrôle commande
  • Les opérations de montage et maintenance des charpentes métalliques, la mise en œuvre des appareillages HT, connexions HT et circuits de terre
  • Les opérations de montage et maintenance d’armoire électrique : Montage, câblage, appareillage.
  • Le contrôle des installations avant la mise en service dans le respect des normes en vigueur
  • Le respect les éléments de sécurité préconisés par l’entreprise (plan d’hygiène et de sécurité, EPI….) constitue un aspect important de votre mission 

Votre profil : 

  • De formation BAC PRO/BEP Electrotechnique ou Equivalent ou expérience équivalente. 
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine de la HT/BT, contrôle commande et du grand déplacement. 
  • Le permis de conduire est requis. 
  • Vous êtes autonome et aimez les déplacements et le travail en extérieur. Vous êtes intéressé(e) par le domaine de la haute tension. Votre goût pour le travail en équipe, votre sens de l’initiative et votre capacité d’adaptation sont autant d’atouts qui vous permettront d’évoluer au sein de notre société. 

Vos compétences techniques :           

  • CACES Nacelles, chariot élévateur, habilitation UTE C18510.

Votre mission :                      

Rattaché au chef de chantier, vos missions s'exerceront sur l’activité des bâtiments industriels dont vous avez la charge d’assurer les interventions d’installation et de mise en service des équipements électriques d’un bâtiment, dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, de la qualité d'exécution et des délais.

Au sein d’une équipe chantier, vous serez amené à réaliser des travaux électriques dans des milieux exigeants et notamment :

Participer aux opérations de montage (hors électricité) du bâtiment à savoir l’ossature métallique, les panneaux de bardage, la toiture, les cloisons…

Lire et interpréter les plans

Réaliser le tirage des câbles des installations électriques CFO/CFA du bâtiment

Raccordement d’armoires électriques

Assemblage et câblage de tableaux électriques

Raccordement de prises, luminaires, interrupteurs ….

Vérifier et contrôler les installations avant la mise en service dans le respect des normes en vigueur
