EQUANS are recruiting for a Decontamination Engineer to be based at the Queen Alexandria Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. What will you deliver?
- Support in the provision of 24 hr maintenance services within the Hospital Estate
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post
- After training - diagnose faults, repair and maintenance complex equipment.
- Carry out weekly process control testing and maintenance of all decontamination plant
- Ranging for Automated Endoscope Reprocessers , Washer Disinfectors , Porous load Sterilizers , Small Load sterilizers , Ultrasonic Cleaners , Reverse Osmosis Plants & steam generators.
- Be part of the shift pattern including day shifts, late shifts and 1 weekend in 4

Part Time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Chelmsford County and Family Proceedings Court, CM2 0PP, on a permanent basis working 10 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

Monday to Friday 16:00pm - 18:00pm
What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

Equans is looking for a Static Technical Operative (Mechanical) to join our team in Strand, Holborn for our HMCTS contract on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
To work as a Mechanical engineer with electrical qualification. This Role is to provide both reactive and planned maintenance task as well as replacements though minor works and lifecycle. The role is to maintain the HVAC systems. To manage the sites BMS. And to over see daily operational of cooling towers.
Qualifications
Desirable to have an NVQ (or similar) in electrical and Mechanical studies.
Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.
Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE.
Ensure the professional image of Equans is presented to clients at all times
Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of Equans are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site carrying out associated with electrical and all FM related tasks.
To arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns.
To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training.
Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
Ensure CAFM system, e.g. Maximo, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.

Application Engineer
De komende vijf jaar, en misschien zelfs tien jaar, werken wij bij Equans aan de onderhoud van vijf bekende Nederlandse tunnels. Te noemen: Leidsche Rijntunnel, Schipholtunnel, Velsertunnel, Wijkertunnel en Zeeburgertunnel. En daarvoor zoeken wij onder andere een application engineer. Je komt te werken in een vast team en een vast project voor langere tijd. Heb jij enig idee hoeveel technische installaties er in een tunnel zitten?
Equans is betrokken van voorontwerp tot aan de realisatie. Wij voeren activiteiten uit ten behoeve van het upgraden van verschillende systemen in meerdere tunnels. Denk aan systemen als CCTV, audio, noodstroomvoorzieningen, tunnelventilatie, etc. Deze systemen zijn inmiddels verouderd en dienen vernieuwd te worden. Alles dient zoveel mogelijk te voldoen aan de laatste normen en richtlijnen, maar moet ook worden ingepast in de bestaande systemen. Om dat passend te maken, werken we het concept uit, samen met de opdrachtgever Rijkswaterstaat in één team. Equans vertaalt met zijn leveranciers de conceptuele vraag naar een technisch uitvoerbaar ontwerp en voert deze vervolgens uit.
Dit ga je doen als Application Engineer
Als application engineer bij Equans kom je aan afwisseling niets tekort. Je komt namelijk terecht in een grootschalig concern met al haar mogelijkheden en bij de specialistische afdeling op engineerings- en automatiseringsgebied.
Met je specialistische kennis van systemen of technieken ben je de ‘technische spil’ binnen het projectteam. Je vertaalt de functionele eisen en wensen van de klant naar een automatiseringsoplossing en maakt een conceptueel, functioneel en technisch ontwerp. Je werkt samen met collega application engineers en programmeert en test de PLC/SCADA en/of DCS-applicaties. Ook de acceptatietesten (FAT/SAT), het functioneel testen op de locatie van onze opdrachtgevers en het verzorgen van de documentatie behoren tot je taken.
Een uitdagende functie waar je de nodige ruimte krijgt om je verder te ontwikkelen in één of meer technologiegebieden binnen de industriële automatisering.
Je voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden en werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
- het analyseren van functionele en technische eisen van onze opdrachtgever
- het programmeren van de software, op basis van het ontwerp
- het zelfstandig ontwerpen, uitwerken en testen van het systeem
- op projectlocatie samen met de inbedrijfstellers verzorgen van de inbedrijf name
- tijdens het gehele project zorgdragen voor een juiste administratie en documentatie
- het meedenken en uitbrengen van verbetervoorstellen
- het verstrekken van kennis en informatie bij eventuele storingen
Jouw werkomgeving
De business unit Infra is een van de business units van Infra & Energie. Bij Infra & Energie maken wij infrastructuur voor mobiliteit en energie slimmer, veiliger en duurzamer. Deze infrastructuur maken wij niet alleen functioneel, wij voegen ook intelligentie toe en maken netwerken integraal toepasbaar. Dit breng je mee

Elle conçoit des solutions globales et performantes dans le domaine du Génie Climatique, de la Réfrigération et de la Sécurité Incendie pour accompagner la transition énergétique et numérique des bâtiments, des environnements et des process de ses clients.
Leader en protection et prévention incendie, notre Pôle Sécurité Incendie accompagne ses clients au plus près de leurs installations et équipements de sécurité, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.
Vos missions :
Vous participez au développement de notre activité auprès d'une clientèle BtoB. Vous êtes autonome dans votre organisation avec une présence à l’agence en fonction de votre activité.
De la prospection commerciale jusqu’à la signature des commandes, vous réalisez les devis et le suivi commercial auprès de nos clients.
Afin de satisfaire les objectifs de prise de commandes et de rentabilité, vous exercerez les missions suivantes :
Développer puis fidéliser un portefeuille de clients
- en prospectant activement sur votre secteur
- en commercialisation une offre de produits et de services
- en rendant régulièrement visite à vos clients: fort enjeu de proximité et réactivité,
- en anticipant leurs problématiques et détectant leur besoins,
- en étant réactif quant à la proposition et conception des offres techniques, réponse à appels d’offres, rédaction des devis, chiffrages …
Vendre nos produits et services
- en proposant en permanence des améliorations sur les solutions vendues, déjà installées ou sur les nouveaux services associés,
- en proposant des solutions et des technologies complémentaires aux clients acquis afin de développer votre activité (chiffre et volume),
- en diversifiant les services sur les sites déjà équipés en proposant des nouvelles technologies,
- en rédigeant les propositions commerciales et les négociant,
- en assurant un rôle de conseil.
Votre profil :
Ce qui nous plaira le plus chez vous ? C’est vous-même ! Alors bien évidemment on vous préférera :
Issu(e) d'une formation technique (Génie climatique, génie mécanique, CVC, économie de la construction…) ou commerciale, vous vous intéressez au domaine de la sécurité incendie et disposez d'un expérience réussie dans un poste similaire : vente de rpoduits, solutions et/ou services auprès de clients professionnels (B2B).
Votre talent commercial se caractérise, par un esprit et une personnalité de « Chasseur » : prospection terrain, négociation de nouveaux contrats, rechercher des projets/affaires.

Chef de projets MOA (H/F)
poste basé à Courbevoie
En charge de la coordination du déploiement de l'outil E-PROC (COUPA) choisi par le Groupe au sein de la Direction des Achats Corporate, vous aurez pour missions de :
- Prendre le relai de l'intégrateur désigné lors de la phase de sélection pour les pays suivants les Pilotes ;
- Participer aux sessions de cadrage et design ;
- Participer au design des formats de collecte de données ;
- Accompagner les diverses BU dans la collecte et formalisation des données ;
- Elaborer les supports de formation et d'information conjointement avec la direction IT, l'intégrateur, l'AMOA externe et l'éditeur ;
- Participer aux réunions de travail et de suivi du projet ;
- Contribuer à la gestion du projet, de manière générale.
Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure, vous avez 3 à 5 ans d’expérience. Une expérience sur un projet similaire et/ou une expérience de Product Manager ou Owner seraient appréciées.
Doté(e) d’excellentes qualités relationnelles, vous savez travailler en transverse et faire le lien entre les équipes métiers et informatique. Vous avez une grande capacité d’écoute, êtes force de proposition et aidez à la prise de décisions. Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et êtes curieux.
Connaissance d'outil E-PROC, COUPA ou autre, appréciée mais pas indispensable.
Vous parlez lisez et écrivez français et anglais couramment, à un niveau de pratique professionnelle. L’espagnol serait un plus.

Votre Aventure Quotidienne :
Rattaché à la Division Industries des Procédés et au sein d’AXIMA CPS - Segment Life & Food Tech, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et la gestion de nos projets industriels complexes. Vous aurez l'opportunité de piloter des projets d’envergure pouvant représenter jusqu’à 25M€ TCE (dont 15 M€ réalisés en propre).
Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Pilotage technique de projets d’envergure, en garantissant leur maîtrise technique et financière, dans les délais impartis ;
- Coordination d'équipes internes et externes, incluant le personnel de bureau d’études, d’encadrement chantiers et l’ensemble des intervenants pendant la réalisation ;
- Participation aux études techniques : PID, spécifications matériel, calcul, dimensionnement ;
- Gestion des demandes contractuelles, incluant le respect des spécifications, des CdC clients, des normes et des plannings ;
- Suivi financier et contractuel, avec reporting régulier à votre hiérarchie ;
- Garantie de la conformité aux exigences en termes de qualité, santé, sécurité et environnement.
Ce Que Vous Apportez à l'Équipe :
De formation technique Bac+3 à Bac+5 en génie climatique, en ingénierie ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 années minimum au sein d'une activité industrielle, sur des projets HVAC/Utilités dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
Vous possédez :
- Une expertise en gestion de projets d’envergure, notamment en chantier TCE (> 15 M€).
- Des compétences avancées en planification, coordination interdisciplinaire et suivi financier.
- Une expérience reconnue en management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires et en gestion de groupements.
- Une connaissance approfondie des processus spécifiques au secteur pharmaceutique, incluant les réglementations et le suivi de chantier.
- Une maîtrise technique des systèmes HVAC et utilités.
- De fortes qualités relationnelles, de coordination, ainsi qu’une gestion efficace des priorités et du temps.
Un anglais professionnel (niveau minimum B1-B2) est requis pour interagir dans un environnement international.
Une expérience en management de grands projets en fluides industriels sera un véritable atout pour votre candidature.
