Wat doe je als Payroll Services Officer ?
- uitvoeren van verschillende services en procedures binnen het payroll services team, waarbij je jezelf als specialist ontwikkelt
- beantwoorden van vragen en optreden als specialist voor de procedures waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent
- nauw samenwerken met collega’s om taken te verdelen en prioriteiten te stellen tijdens de loonafsluit
- bijwerken van werkinstructies om de efficiëntie en duidelijkheid van het team te vergroten
- controleren van testloonstroken van bepaalde personen en ondernemen van actie indien er fouten zijn, in samenwerking met payroll case officers

- kennis van SAP HR is een troef
- diepgaande kennis van payrollprocessen
- ervaring met Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ...)

Fitter / Plumber
EQUANS are recruiting for a Fitter / Plumber to be based at the Queen Alexandra Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. What will you deliver?
- Support the Estates Management in the provision of a 24hr maintenance Service within the Portsmouth Hospital Trust for the service provider.
- Undertake any training as required

- Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post

Engineering Manager - Planned Maintenance
Equans is looking for an Engineering Manager - Planned Maintenance to join our team at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth, PO6 3LY on a permanent basis. What will you deliver?
- Maintain and develop Statutory/Mandatory compliant systems to support the delivery of a professional Hard Facilities Management function at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, to ensure compliance with the Contract, relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
- Coordinate and plan remedial repairs by contractors and site staff which require parts or services with lead times.
- Give technical support to Control Room staff in the correct allocation of Planned Maintenance Tasks to appropriately qualified engineering staff or sub-contractors.

- Develop and maintain the 5-year Asset Life Cycle replacement plan for agreement with THC.

Static Technical Operative - Mechanical
Equans is looking for a Static Technical Operative (Mechanical) to join our team in Strand, Holborn for our HMCTS contract on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
To work as a Mechanical engineer with electrical qualification. This Role is to provide both reactive and planned maintenance task as well as replacements though minor works and lifecycle. The role is to maintain the HVAC systems. To manage the sites BMS. And to over see daily operational of cooling towers.
Qualifications
Desirable to have an NVQ (or similar) in electrical and Mechanical studies.
Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made.
Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
To develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.
Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To always include the wearing of uniform and PPE.
Ensure the professional image of Equans is presented to clients at all times
Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of Equans are kept in a clean and tidy condition.
Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site carrying out associated with electrical and all FM related tasks.
To arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns.
To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training.
Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
Ensure CAFM system, e.g. Maximo, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.
To carry out any other task as directed by the account management team.
The position will require you to provide support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity.
Client / Customer
•Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests
•Production of information for quotations
Helpdesk - PPM
•Support the Helpdesk as required when reporting or updating planned and reactive activities
•Be available for out of hours call-out support for the contract if required
Compliance
•To gain Technical Appointments as required e.g. LVCP and Water Hygiene CP to permit Lamp changing and L8 activities e.g. tap flushing
•Produce Condition / Dilapidation Reports as required for fabric assets
•Ensure supervisor is informed immediately if dangerous circumstances occur
SHEQ
•Comply with requests for information from SHEQ manager
•Ensure you work to company health and safety policy
•Ensue PPE is safe to use
•Report accident and near misses in a timely manner
•Ensure your test equipment is within calibration
•Ensure you follow Method Statements & Risk Assessments for all works
Impact:
Working to high standard of service, we require a fully reliable and competent Handyman/Fabric Tech who can work on own initiative, within a team or oversee subcontractor’s, producing good quality reports on their findings and work. The role will involve being the face of EQUANS so smart appearance and being able to discuss findings with others including customers is required.
Complexity:
The successful candidate will have the ability to work unaided and build rapports with end users and customers, promoting EQUANS’ values.
Have an excellent knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and/or painting/decorating techniques.
Have an eye for detail and be conscious of quality standards.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
Qualifications and experience
• Recognized Mechanical qualifications essential.
• Recognised Electrical engineering qualification essential.
• 18th Edition wiring Regs. essential
• City & Guilds 2391/2394/2395 (Desirable)
• Obtain AP status within 3 months (EQUANS LV and Mechanical rules)
• First Aid at Work.
• Experienced fault-finding skills in BMS, LTHW systems, CLTHW systems, pumps, motors, HVAC, LV power systems,
• Experience in working with Cooling towers (Desirable)
• IPAF Certificated for 3a & 3b machines (Desirable)
• Experience in fault finding of BMS
• An understanding of the L8 ACOP
• A robust understanding of Health and Safety is required.
• Knowledge of the Permit to Work system & experience issuing PTW (Desirable).
• To maintain effective communication with the customers at site level
• Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general.
• Be able to manage and prioritise the workload.
• Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Engineering Supervisor.
• Participation in the account out of hours call out service on a rota basis.

Dit ga je doen als Onderhoudsmonteur
In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verrichten van onderhoud, het verhelpen van storingen en het uitvoeren van technische werkzaamheden aan eenvoudige gebouw gebonden installaties. Denk hierbij aan elektrische storingen, spanningsuitvallen defecte verlichting, loodgieterswerkzaamheden etc. Ook voer je inspectierondes uit, waarbij je een grote hoeveelheid gelijksoortige installaties controleert en storingen signaleert.
Jouw werkzaamheden zijn verder:
- kleinschalige storingen (E/W) signaleren en oplossen aan eenvoudige technische installaties
- het verrichten van technisch facilitaire werkzaamheden
- jouw bevindingen en acties noteren en rapporteren in Planon
Dit neem je mee
- een afgeronde technische MBO opleiding, op minimaal niveau 2
- je werkt nauwkeurig, veilig en je hebt goede PC vaardigheden
- je bent een teamplayer en je neemt een flexibele houding mee
- in het bezit van of bereid tot het behalen van een VCA certificaat en NEN 3140
