Vos missions :
Rattaché(e) au chef de chantier, vous êtes le garant de la bonne réalisation de vos travaux dans le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité, de la qualité d'exécution et des délais.
Vous devez, entre autres missions contribuer :
- aux travaux de pose de chemins de câbles
- au tirage de câbles
- aux raccordements
- à la pose d'appareillage
- à l'installation d'équipements d'automatismes et de contrôle commande
- aux essais et mises en service des installations
Votre profil :
De formation CAP Electricité et/ou BAC PRO MELEC, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle en chantier de 1 à 3 ans minimum en électricité industrielle (courants forts/courants faibles, électrotechnique, instrumentation, process industriel).
Sens de l'initiative, autonomie et esprit d'équipe sont autant d'atouts qui vous permettront d'évoluer dans le poste et au sein de nos équipes.

Votre mission :
Vous êtes garant(e) de la bonne réalisation des travaux dans le respect de la Qualité d’exécution, des délais et des critères de rentabilité.
A ce titre, vous dirigez les équipes d’exécution rattachées aux chantiers dont vous avez la charge et gérez les matériels nécessaires.
Au quotidien, vous aurez la responsabilité de :
- Gérer les moyens humains et matériels nécessaires au chantier,
- Encadrer le personnel d’exécution et/ou les chefs d’équipes
- Garantir le respect des règles d’hygiène, de sécurité et la législation du travail
- Planifier les travaux avec les différents interlocuteurs et veille au respect des normes
- Suivre l’avancement du chantier et mettre en place les actions correctrices nécessaires
- Veiller au respect du planning et des délais
- Assurer l’interface la liaison avec le client et les différents intervenants
- Informer le Responsable d’affaires sur les éventuels travaux supplémentaires demandés par le client
- Encadrer la sous-traitance
Déplacements à prévoir sur le périmètre.
Vous êtes notre candidat(e) idéal(e) si :
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme dans le domaine électrique et avez au minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans les réseaux électriques ;
- Vous êtes autonome et doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel ;
- Vous possédez le permis B ;
- Vous êtes force de proposition pour améliorer la production, les conditions de travail par des solutions techniques

Craftsman (Joiner)
EQUANS is looking for a Craftsman (Joiner) to join our team in Halifax on a permanent basis at Calderdale Royal Hospital. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
To undertake a proactive role to carry out maintenance, repairs and inspection of the building fabric, joinery services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
Impact:
Deliver a safe, happy & compliant hospital environment to provide the best possible patient experience. Minimise penalty deductions by responding in a timely manner to all maintenance issues in accordance with the requirements of the Concession / Project Agreement.
Ensure there is minimum disruption to wards and departments throughout the site whilst carrying out works.
Complexity:
Complete allocated Reactive & Maintenance tasks with in timeframes required by the contract. Work collaboratively with other Equans staff members as well as our Service partners. All within a challenging but rewarding healthcare environment.
1. Carry out maintenance, repairs, testing and inspection of building, joinery services, associated systems, plant and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures.
2. Carry out duties in accordance with safe working practices within statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines.
3. Respond in a timely manner to breakdown requests
4. Ensure that there is minimum disruption to the Wards and Departments whilst carrying out work.
5. Collaborate and co-operate with the Trust, partners and colleagues to deliver a customer focussed service
6. Where instructed, carry out minor repairs to the building fabric to ensure the safety and security of the Trust’s premises, patients, staff and visitors.
7. Carry out installation work involved in minor upgrading and adaptation works.
8. Demonstrate flexibility in undertaking tasks with other trades and contractors.
9. Safely operate all types of access equipment, hand and power tools in accordance with health & safety and manufacturers' guidelines.
10. Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment and adherence to health & safety and infection control procedures
11. Respond in a safe manner to the effects of bad weather, eg. Snow clearing, gritting, flooding, high winds, etc.
12. Maintain records as appropriate.
13. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
14. Undertake training where necessary to learn other skills and to maintain and develop the requirements of the service.
15. Participate in emergency Standby rota.
16. Liaise and undertake duties at other EQUANS projects as directed.
17. Implement Infection Control requirements through information, instruction and training.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
Hold an NVQ in Joinery other similar qualifications will be considered for the right candidate. Experience in a Healthcare environment or experience working in similar contractual arrangement.

Als Projectleider bij Equans is geen dag hetzelfde. Afwisseling en uitdagingen kenmerken de functie. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, coördinatie en realisatie van complexe, vaak multidisciplinaire nieuwbouw en renovatieprojecten bij mooie opdrachtgevers binnen de industriële sector (energiebedrijven, waterschappen, stadsverwarming, etc.). SERVICES INDUSTRIE NOORD
De unit Services Industrie Noord draait momenteel een omzet van circa 60 miljoen en circa 260 medewerkers werken in de marktsegmenten Olie&Gas, Chemische Industrie, Duurzame Energie & Netten (DE&N), Water en Datacenters. Traditioneel zijn de segmenten Olie&Gas en Chemie het sterkst vertegenwoordigd. DE&N, Water en Datacenters zijn relatief nieuwe segmenten waar we veel perspectief in zien.
Qua dekking zijn we in de noordelijke provincies sterk vertegenwoordigd (o.a. met Chemiepark Delfzijl en de Eemshaven) en is onze positie in Drenthe en Overijssel relatief klein. Het huidige organisatiemodel is een mix van regionale technische dienstverlening en specialismen.
Naast de technische dienstverlening en projecten die we in deze provincies uitvoeren, beschikken we ook over een aantal specialismes. Het servicebedrijf in Nieuwe Pekela kan vanuit de eigen werkplaats de gehele regio bedienen op het gebied van statisch werk en met name rotating. PLAATS IN DE ORGANISATIE
De Business Profit Center (BPC) Manager Services Industrie Noord rapporteert aan de Algemeen Directeur van Equans Noord-Nederland en maakt onderdeel uit van het managementteam. Geeft sturing en leiding aan een organisatieonderdeel van ongeveer 260 medewerkers en leidt het businessteam van de unit. De businessunit werkt vanuit de vestigingen in Farmsum, Leeuwarden, Roden, Nieuwe Pekela, Emmen, Zwolle en Hengelo.
DE OPDRACHT
De opgave binnen de unit Services Industrie is groot. In 2024 hebben we gemerkt dat Olie&Gas en Chemie in Nederland het lastig heeft. Investeringen op het gebied van services is bij deze industrie veelal commodity-gedreven; als verlengstuk van de technische dienst leveren wij ‘handjes’. Deze combinatie maakt dat ons rendement in deze segmenten al jaren onder grote druk staat. Het is nodig op te schuiven in de waardeketen bij deze klanten om ze te helpen om met beperkte middelen effectief te zijn in de verduurzamingsopgave. Het vraagt een sterke focus op verbetering van het klantrendement door middel van voornoemde opschuiving.
Daarnaast zien we de afgelopen jaren relatief nieuwe segmenten opkomen waar onze toegevoegde waarde qua servicewerk beter rendeert. Dit zijn de marktsegmenten Duurzame Energie & Netten, Water en Datacenters en hierin hebben we inmiddels een positie verworven. Deze segmenten hebben een grote potentie in verdere groei qua volume en rendement. Dat vraagt wendbaarheid, snelheid, doorzettingskracht en het over de eigen grenzen heen acteren om de opgave binnen de traditionele industrie te veranderen en de nieuwe segmenten uit te bouwen. Intern is de opgave om een wendbare, kwalitatief sterke organisatie te bouwen die nodig is om invulling te geven aan de externe opgave.
Tenslotte is de samenstelling van de unit relatief nieuw. De afdelingen Technische Inspecties (TIS) en Industriële Automatisering (IA) zijn per 1 januari 2024 toegevoegd aan de unit. Tevens zijn in 2024 de service-engineers opgenomen en zij zijn verspreid binnen de afdelingen toegewezen. TIS en IA vragen aandacht om verder te integreren en te positioneren binnen Equans Noord-Nederland/de Industrie. Het service-engineeringsprofiel dient verder uitgewerkt te worden.
De unit Services Industrie Noord-Nederland is in beweging en veel opgaves zijn de afgelopen jaren blootgelegd. Het is nu zaak verder richting te geven en snelheid te creëren om deze uitdagingen het hoofd te bieden. Het is jouw taak om hierin een leidende rol te spelen. Daarnaast is het belangrijk om visie te tonen en hierin de organisatie mee te nemen, te stimuleren en te verbinden.

Jouw impact
- je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de commerciële en financiële doelstellingen van onze businessunit met een omzet van ongeveer €50 tot €75 miljoen
- je geeft indirect leiding aan ongeveer 260 medewerkers, waarbij je focus ligt op het inspireren en empoweren van je team
- je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategische speerpunten die aansluiten bij de strategie van Equans (‘als één Equans naar 3x10’, uitgewerkt in onze 5 pijlers: employer of choice, partnerships, Equans way of working, proposities en cultuur)
- je optimaliseert de huidige organisatie zowel organisatorisch en als qua bemensing van sleutelposities als het effectiever en efficiënter uitlijnen van de operatie
- je geeft richting aan de langetermijnvisie met oog voor business development en innovatie, verschuiving van onze positie in bestaande marktsegmenten en het versterken van onze positie in nieuwe marktsegmenten
- je bouwt huidige partnerships uit en weet nieuwe samenwerkingen te realiseren
- je bent onderdeel van het managementteam en werkt nauw samen met andere managers om de operationele activiteiten in Noord-Nederland te leiden
- je brengt eigenaarschap, daadkracht en commercieel denken om het managementteam van Equans Noord-Nederland en het businessteam Services Industrie naar een hoger plan te tillen

Opleiding en ervaring
- een afgeronde WO-opleiding, aangevuld met relevante bedrijfskundige kennis
- minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring
- ervaring met het werken in een matrixorganisatie en aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams
- een natuurlijk talent voor het verbinden van mensen en het creëren van een positieve teamcultuur
- een innovatieve mindset en het vermogen om verandering te managen in een traditionele omgeving
- sterke financiële, bedrijfskundige en juridische kennis
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans is een pre)
- een flexibele en veerkrachtige persoonlijkheid, met de ambitie om jezelf en de organisatie continu te verbeteren
