Nous souhaitons consolider notre équipe d'Assistante en intégrant un(e) Assistant(e) d'Exploitation, sur l'un de nos sites emblématiques situé à Paris 15ème.
Rattaché∙e à l'Assistante de Direction, vos principales missions :
Sureté :
- Préparation des demandes d'accès du site (visite, badge et suivi) - 300 par mois
- Renouvellement annuel des accès du site
- Santé Sécurité (en relation avec le responsable QHSE)
- Gestion et suivi des habilitations des collaborateurs du site
- Gestion des 1/4 heure sécurité, des accueils sécurité et audits de certification
- Gestion des habilitations des sous-traitants
- Plan de prévention et annexe sécurité
Administratif :
- Rédaction des contrats de sous-traitance pour les exploitation et GER
- Gestion des courriers arrivés/départs
- Gestion des congés, arrêts maladies, transports, IDF
- Gestion de l'organigramme
- Affichage obligatoire papier et numérique
- Gestion arrivée/départs des collaborateurs (commande de matériel info)
- Organisation d'évènements (réunion annuelle des sous-traitants, réunion annuelles des techniciens)
- Commande de fourniture et prestation sous l'outil BYES
- Gestion des réservations des salles de réunion
Exploitation :
- Assister l'équipe exploitation au quotidien
- Elaboration et suivi des plannings des techniciens des techniciens, des techniciens postés et des astreintes techniciens/managers (congés/formation/visite médicale)

Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience en qualité d’assisant∙e d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
Vous maîtrisez le pack office (Word et Excel) et êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques

Votre challenge à nos côtés :
La Direction SPV Management assure la présidence et la gestion d’une trentaine de Sociétés de Projets (SPV) qui portent des Contrats de Partenariat et/ou de Concession signés avec la Personne Publique en Partenariat Public-Privé dans les secteurs de la Santé, de la Justice (établissements pénitentiaires), de l’Enseignement et l’Education, de l’Intérieur (site de Balard, gendarmeries, commissariats) et d’autres actifs spécifiques (zoo, cité municipale,…).
Chaque SPV a un rôle majeur vis-à-vis des parties prenantes du contrat : le Client (Public), l’Exploitant, les Banques (prêteurs) et les Investisseurs (actionnaires). Elle est garante du respect des engagements contractuels de chacune des parties ainsi que du suivi juridique, opérationnel et financier de chaque opération.
Nous recherchons pour rejoindre le Pôle Financier, un∙e Responsable Administratif et Financier, dont le rôle est d’assurer le suivi financier courant des SPV sous sa responsabilité :
Vos missions :
- La réalisation du Contrôle de gestion opérationnel et financier
- La production des budgets prévisionnels et actualisations
- Les arrêtés comptables
- L’élaboration et la mise à jour des plans d’investissements
- L’établissement des loyers courants et financiers
- Le suivi du financement et de la trésorerie
- La mise en place des outils et des procédures de suivi financier propre à chaque investisseur notamment les modèles financiers et la relation avec les banques prêteuses
Une fois ces principales missions maîtrisées, vous pourrez élargir vos responsabilités dans les domaines juridiques, contractuels et assuranciels :
- La relation avec les divers représentants du client
- La mise en application du contrat à l’égard des partenaires
- Le suivi des obligations contractuelles
- Le suivi des indicateurs liés au contrat
- La déclaration et le suivi des sinistres
Les atouts de ce poste :
Votre position centrale de Chef d’Orchestre vous permet d’appréhender et de comprendre les enjeux et les intérêts des différentes parties prenantes aux contrats.
Vous êtes un réel appui aux mandataires des Sociétés de Projets sur les aspects financiers.
Et si on parlait de vous ?
Vous avez une expérience, minimum 4 ans, dans le domaine de la Finance et du Contrôle de Gestion ; la connaissance de l’Exploitation-Maintenance ou des Marchés Publics est un plus.
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel, si vous avez déjà utilisé SAP c’est encore mieux.
Vous êtes doté d’un excellent relationnel et êtes à l’aise aussi bien en communication écrite qu’orale.
Votre rigueur, votre sens de l’analyse et du résultat sont de sérieux atouts pour identifier les points de tension et trouver des solutions.

Wat als je actief kon bijdragen aan het beheer en de organisatie van het magazijn in de kerncentrale van Doel?

Our client, seeks a dedicated and experienced Risk Control Engineer to manage the engineering and operational activities at their London Branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems, focusing on Health & Safety, building services, and high-voltage operations.
Position Overview:
The Risk Control Engineer will oversee the operations of all engineering and building systems, ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of all assets within the site. With a focus on high voltage (HV) operations, the role requires an experienced professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and an ability to manage risk and compliance effectively. You will be the appointed Authorised Person (AP) for LV/HV operations during your shift, ensuring operational continuity and health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise & Coordinate: Lead and manage a team of site technicians, allocating tasks and providing technical support in the completion of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive works.
- HV/LV Operations: Act as the Authorised Person for LV/HV operations, including switching activities, isolations, and emergency interventions. Prepare and oversee the completion of Safety Switching Programmes and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs)/Method Operating Procedures (MOPs).
- Operational Control: Monitor and operate critical systems (HV, UPS, generators, air conditioning, lighting, etc.) efficiently and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Permit to Work (PTW) System: Ensure all work permits, risk assessments, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place for specialist service providers and other maintenance activities.
- Incident Management & Reporting: Report incidents in line with escalation procedures, maintaining detailed records of activities, timekeeping, and compliance with SLAs.
- Quality Control: Inspect and sign off on contractor work to ensure service levels and quality are met, escalating issues as necessary.
- Shift Handover: Maintain effective shift handovers, ensuring clear communication on plant status, ongoing tasks, and operational issues.
- Leadership & Staff Development: Motivate and direct the team to achieve high standards of service delivery while ensuring ongoing training and development in line with operational needs.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in building services and engineering operations.
- LV/HV Authorised Person experience (with valid certification highly desirable).
- City & Guilds (C&G) Electrical Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations certification.
- Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of critical systems including UPS, generators, air conditioning, and high-voltage equipment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring productivity and safety.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of staff and contractors.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, building codes, and risk management protocols.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach to managing operational risks and ensuring continuous service delivery.
Desirable Qualifications:
- C&G Mechanical Level 3 or equivalent (desirable).
- C&G 2391 Test & Inspection or equivalent (desirable).
- Knowledge of additional systems such as water treatment, refrigeration, and fire suppression.
- Experience with creating and reviewing safety switching programs and emergency operating procedures.

Assistant Estimator
EQUANS are recruiting for an Assistant Estimator to be based in Manchester. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
To work with the Senior Estimator to establish an accurate cost of a variety of tender bids prior to adjudication within the region of £500,000.00 - £3,000,000.00.
To understand, implement and adhere to the company SHEQ policy/strategy.
The post holder must be qualified or working to HNC/HND/Degree level in Building / Quantity Surveying. Some experience within Construction Estimating or Quantity surveying would be advantageous, but this is not a requisite and training will be provided to bring the post holder up to the required standard for this role.
The post holder will be expected to have a sound understanding of general construction methods and be able to read and understand drawings and specifications.
The role will involve working in the following sectors: Refurbishment, Capital Works, Education & Public Buildings and Decarbonisation
Key Accountabilities
- Take ownership of tender, reading through & understanding the tender documents
- Allocate sub-contract packages and send out to the market for competitive pricing
- Visit sites undertaking measures and assessing tender issues i.e. access
- To ensure subcontract quotations have been collated and checked for compliance prior to use
- Compile sub-contractor comparisons and ensure all back up quotes are uploaded to Sharepoint
- To price the remaining elements of any scheme using current competitive rates
- To ensure all tender documentation has been collated in sufficient time for the adjudication to be undertaken
- To amend pricing element of tender documentation as agreed during the tender review and submit tender by due date and time
- To ensure that supporting tender documentation has been completed correctly and returning with priced tender documentation by due date and time
- To ensure a non-confrontational approach with any Internal and external clients at any time
- To ensure discipline and professional standards are maintained
- To comply with the competition law compliance guidelines
- Ensure that you are cognizant of associated risks applicable in carrying out your role and the proper measures are adopted to manage, control and minimize any risks which may apply to your daily duties

Plumber - Multi
Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Plumber to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working in Partnership with Birmingham City Council on their repairs and maintenance contract on social housing. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
General Overview
The Multi-Skilled Plumber is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing and associated systems within residential and commercial properties managed by the company. This role combines expertise in plumbing with skills in related trades such as heating systems, minor electrical work, and general maintenance tasks to ensure properties operate efficiently and safely.
What will you deliver?
- Conduct inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, replacing faucets, and repairing toilets.
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, fittings, and appliances according to specifications and regulatory standards.
- Assist with general maintenance duties as required, including carpentry, painting, as well as patch plastering as required.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Any other reasonable management request.

Who are we looking for?
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Valid CSCS / JIB card.
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in Construction
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing
- Full UK driving license.

Voor onze opdrachtgever, het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, onderhouden we alles op het gebied van laagspanning. Van verdeelinrichtingen en gebouwinstallaties tot noodstroomaggregaten en noodverlichting. Onze technici lossen storingen op aan de gebouw gebonden installaties bij de Defensie locaties.
Als werkvoorbereider bij Equans verzorg je de complete voorbereiding van projecten binnen de utiliteitsbouw. Denk hierbij vooral aan onderhoud, vervanging of uitbreiding van (energie)installaties. Jouw takenpakket als Werkvoorbereider is breed en je werkzaamheden komen voort uit storingen, preventief onderhoud en aanvullende klantwensen. Je bent verantwoordelijke voor het op tijd en juiste wijze verzorgen van materiaal en materieel, vraagt offertes aan bij toeleveranciers, houdt de projectadministratie bij, stelt planningen op en bewaakt de kwaliteit en de kosten van uiteenlopende projecten. Daarnaast hou je je bezig met calculeren/offreren, het opnemen van werkzaamheden en het aansturen van monteurs. Je werkt intensief samen met andere disciplines en coördineert de werkzaamheden samen met je team. Hoe groot een project ook is, als werkvoorbereider ben jij de adviseur voor klanten, leveranciers en collega’s.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie ben je proactief, heb je verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ben je bekend met het werken in een dynamische omgeving;
- beschik je minimaal over een afgeronde mbo opleiding richting elektrotechniek of soortgelijk
- je beschikt over meerdere jaren werkervaring in een technische omgeving
- ben je communicatief vaardig op alle niveaus
- plannen en organiseren gaat je goed af en je weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen

- Activité interphonie, vidéosurveillance, contrôle d'accès : en travaux et en maintenance
