We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruitment Project Managers – Mechanical to join our innovative team in projects based in the UK. The Project Managers – Mechanical will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

What you will deliver?

  • Manage a team to ensure that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
  • Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence
  • Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
  • Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team
  • Support the overall programming and planning of the build
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings
  • Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management
  • Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives

AC Engineer

Equans is looking for an AC Engineer to join our team covering 2 sites in Chelsea & Sutton, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is competitive salary and benefits package. 

 

What will you deliver? 

  • Ensure all PPM’s is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works
  • Reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
  • Plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
  • Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works
  • Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments and used for all tasks undertaken
  • Undertake mandatory training and skill related training as required by the business

Vos missions :

Rattaché au Responsable d’Affaires, vous prenez en charge la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements en CFO en itinérance sur les départements (69,01,38).

Le poste comporte la réalisation d'astreintes (environ 1 toutes les 5 semaines). 

Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront :

  • Préparation technique :

Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative des installations CFO (HTA/BT) de vos différents sites;

Réaliser les travaux associés ;

  • Suivi technique :

Diagnostiquer les pannes et réaliser les dépannages nécessaires,

Remettre en service les installations,

Assurer le maintien de la conformité de vos installations (contrôles, tests, mesures, etc…) ;

Reporter sur l'outil GMAO vos intervention

  • Relation client :

Réaliser les consignations, déconsignations des installations,

Effectuer la traçabilité des interventions et le respect du plan de maintenance,

Proposer des actions visant à améliorer la qualité du produit ou à en réduire son coût de maintien en condition opérationnelle ; 

  • Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement :

Etre en conformité avec les consignes émanant de la politique qualité, hygiène, sécurité.

Votre profil :

De formation technique en électrotechnique, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en maintenance électrique dans le domaine des courants forts (HT, BT, éclairage, IRVE, Photovoltaïque).

Vous avez une forte orientation client, vous êtes polyvalent(e) et méthodique et vous avez toujours été reconnu(e) pour votre pragmatisme. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels de GMAO.

Rattaché.e au responsable d'agence et dans le cadre d'un remplacement, vous prenez en charge la supervision des études d'ingénierie de conception et d'AMOE en électricité courant fort, courant faible, sécurité incendie et contrôle-commande. Responsable d'une équipe de 8 personnes composées d'ingénieurs et de techniciens projets, vos principales missions sont : 

  • Superviser et participer à la réalisation d’études Electricité Contrôle Commande et assurer l'encadrement technique des projets
  • Encadrer et coordonner l'équipe de Techniciens et Ingénieurs spécialisés en électricité
  • Être garant du respect des exigences, des normes et réglementations des solutions techniques présentées dans les livrables
  • Veiller au respect des périmètres techniques et contractuels

Votre profil :

Contexte :  

Dans le cadre de notre croissance continue au sein des activités de la Haute Tension au Service de Transformation d’Energies et Contrôle Commande (STECCN) nous créons un poste d’Ingénieur SCADA H/F.

Rattaché au Service de Transformation d’Énergie et CCN (STECCN), vous aurez l'opportunité de vous expertiser sur des projets techniques dans le domaine de la Haute et très Haute Tension. Vous travaillez en relation avec le responsable de la cellule : SCADA / Automation. 

En tant qu'Ingénieur SCADA, vous serez responsable de la conception, de l'installation, de la configuration, de la mise en service et de la maintenance des systèmes de supervision, de commande et d'acquisition de données (SCADA) pour nos projets énergétiques.

Dans le cadre de vos principales missions :

  • Réaliser des études de spécification et d’architecture des systèmes SCADA
  • Être en contact direct avec nos fournisseurs et partenaires pour la sélection & configuration des équipements SCADA
  • Travailler avec l'équipe projet (Ingénieur Protection, Grid connection, Responsable d’Affaires…)
  • Planifier et participer aux validations techniques, Tests de réception usine (FAT) et Tests de mise en service sur sites (SAT)
  • Participer à l’innovation technique et le développement des projets

Ces missions sont non exhaustives, et pourront être modulées selon les besoins du service.

 

 Basé en région Parisienne ou Lyonnaise – des déplacements en France et à l’étranger sont à prévoir.

General Overview

To assist the Commercial Manager with effective financial management during pre-commencement stage in order to reduce risk and increase target contribution prior to commencement on site.

To play a fundamental role within the site team to ensure the efficient delivery of each scheme. It is also essential that the SQS undertakes financial management and accurate reportage, in accordance with company procedures.

To assist the CM in financial pre-commencement activities such as pricing of works for submission to client, appointment of consultants, initial subcontract negotiations.

To carry out key commercial tasks such as bonus payments, subcontract procurement and management, site measurement, internal and external valuations, Management of change orders, Cost Value reportage, Performance Reviews – all in accordance with the Quantity Surveyors Manual and Training Plan.

Key Accountabilities

  • Updating internal value in line with most recent projected final account.
  • Updating projected cost for the duration of scheme.

Als projectleider fire safety & security bij Equans ben je verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig, binnen (risico) richtlijnen en projectbudgetten realiseren van de overeengekomen projectresultaten.
