Rattaché(e) au Responsable d'Affaires, vous gérez les petits travaux liés à l’activité maintenance de notre agence, auprès de nos clients dans les domaines industriel (60%) et tertiaire (40%) sur le secteur du 21-71-39-52.
Vous apportez votre expertise et votre savoir -faire sur les aspects techniques et managériaux de vos affaires.
Plus précisément :
Vous accompagnez les Responsables d’affaires dans les études d’exécution,
Vous êtes en charge du chiffrage du projet,
Vous managez une équipe de 4 monteurs,
Vous gérez la logistique des chantiers (achats de fournitures, négociations fournisseurs …),
Vous pilotez et suivez le chantier (respect des délais, de la productivité),
Vous vous assurez du respect des règles de sécurité,

Vos missions principales :
Organisation et suivi administratif
- Mettre à jour le planning du personnel (visites médicales, convocations, absences, stages, astreintes).

Gestion documentaire et support administratif
- Suivre les modifications, l’évolution et la traçabilité des documents (PDP, courriers, comptes rendus, modes opératoires, bilans d’activité) et assurer leur classement.
- Préparer les courriers, formulaires et comptes rendus de réunions.
Interface clients et sous-traitants
- Gérer les accès au site nucléaire et les demandes de formations nécessaires.
- Vérifier la conformité des sous-traitants (formalités d’accès, habilitations, agréments, PDP).
Support aux activités contractuelles :
- Réaliser les démarches administratives nécessaires pour les activités du contrat.
- Veiller à la validité des documents et au respect des procédures.

Operational Division Director
Wat als jij de sleutelfiguur wordt die zorgt voor de operationele efficiëntie binnen onze divisie, waardoor projecten succesvol en binnen budget worden afgerond?
Wij zoeken een Operational Division Director.
In deze rol volg je de operationele activiteiten van de projecten op binnen de gehele divisie – multitechnieken in nauwe samenwerking met de Division Manager. Hierin draag je actief bij aan het formuleren en uitvoeren van de operationele strategie van de divisie binnen de algemene strategie en langetermijndoelstellingen van Equans.
Je leidt en ondersteunt de verschillende project teams in het behalen van hun projectdoelstellingen en je begeleidt de departement managers in hun dagelijkse operationele en reportingsverantwoordelijkheden.
Je werkt vooral samen met de department managers, contract managers en Business Controller. Ook stuur je de operationeel ondersteunende/administratieve diensten aan op divisieniveau en werkt op hun operationele efficiëntie.
Je kan werken vanuit onze verschillende vestigingen (Aartselaar, Wetteren, Lummen, Nivelles), maar je verplaatst je over heel België voor meetings en site visits.
De job?
- operationale verantwoordelijkheden: met de departement managers, de project managers en de Operationele Support-verantwoordelijken volg je de paramaters op wat betreft:
- HSE: je bent een voorbeeld op het gebied van veiligheidscultuur en draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor het ten allen tijde respecteren van de veiligheidsprocessen en -procedures
- financiële opvolging: je garandeert een continue en correcte financiële opvolging van de diverse projecten. Je volgt nauwgezet de maandelijkse projectbesprekingen met de Business Controller, de Project Manager en Department Manager en stuurt bij waar nodig
- contractuele opvolging: je hebt een grondig zicht op de contractuele vereisten en risico’s. Indien nodig en in overleg met de project managers, department managers en Contract Manager, neem je deel aan de contractuele bespreking met de klant/leveranciers/onderaannemers
- opvolging van planning/voortgang van de diverse projecten: je hebt een totaalzicht op de huidige en toekomstige planning van de projecten, stuurt bij waar nodig en waakt over het efficiënt beheer van de beschikbare resources met de project D-directors en department managers
- op vlak van operationeel project management zorg je ervoor dat over de ganse divisie heen een uniform proces bestaat, dat continue gemonitord en bijgestuurd wordt waar nodig
- commerciële verantwoordelijkheden:
- je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt goede banden met belangrijke klanten, cliënten, partners en belanghebbenden, vooral vanuit het operationele oogpunt
- je overlegt regelmatig op divisieniveau met de sales-organisatie omtrent de strategie en het tendering proces voor de projecten
- je valideert samen met de operationele teams de prijszetting voor de verschillende projecten
- beheer van de niet-operationele, ondersteunende activiteiten in de divisie:
- dispatching, logistiek beheer, administratief beheer
- je garandeert de goede werking van deze ondersteunende diensten
- je werkt actief op de Operational Excellence van deze diensten: je analyseert interne operationele processen en identificeert gebieden waarop verbetering mogelijk is
- team management:
- management van het team van project directors (direct reports)
- management van de department managers (direct reports m.b.t. operationale activiteiten)
- management van het team van de ondersteunende, niet-operationele diensten (dispatching, logistiek beheer, administratie)

Summary
The Technician II, Maintenance will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will also support troubleshooting, investigations and reliability engineering for GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment. This position will be the first responder to equipment issues and must follow through to ensure resolution by either self-performing the work or directing the activities of service providers.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities including simple calibrations as directed by schedule on all process equipment and systems, with established procedures and/or approved practices. Lead efforts in developing remediation for follow-up and emergency work.
- Troubleshooting on equipment and systems, including development of remediation activities for issues with multiple systems and equipment and repair malfunctioning equipment. Work with equipment owners/engineers and direct the performance of work by equipment vendors.
- Maintain cGMP records, both paper based and electronic.
- Understand Asset Management and routine reliability concepts.
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of manufacturing and support systems/equipment such as autoclaves, washers, TFF, Chromatography Columns and skids, mixers and stainless tanks.
- Lead performance of maintenance activities and small projects.
- Provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis. Support regular 24-7 operation of facility and respond to facilities issues as needed.
- Maintain Qualified Trainer qualifications on OJTs assigned. Develop OJT records.
- Ensure that spare parts, tools and equipment are available to complete all assigned tasks.
- Manage contract service providers; including scheduling, training on required SOP’s, coordination and ensuring all work and documentation is performed in accordance with cGMP requirements.
- Administer and perform hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entry.

Summary
Command Center, Utility Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the maintenance and operation of utility systems within a facility. They are responsible for operation and monitoring of equipment throughout campus. The technician must possess extensive knowledge and experience in utility systems, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Regularly monitor BMS and CMS dashboards and control systems to detect and respond to alarms, irregularities, or fluctuations in building conditions (e.g., HVAC, water systems, critical utilities).
- Promptly investigate and resolve alarms or anomalies in equipment operation, escalating issues as needed to minimize downtime or discomfort.
- Maintain accurate logs of calls, alarms, incidents, and resolutions, and acknowledge as required within cGMP systems.
- Operate equipment within the BMS to support preventative maintenance and end user needs. Acknowledge any alarms created by the maintenance activities and document appropriately following cGMP regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of utility systems to identify potential issues and develop preventive maintenance plans.
- Troubleshoot complex problems with utility systems and equipment and provide technical expertise to resolve issues.
- Support the maintenance team with basic troubleshooting and minor repairs as required to maintain optimal facility operations.
- Collaborate with other facility and maintenance staff to report issues and ensure efficient coordination for system repairs or improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to oversee repairs, maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory.

Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Seaham, County Durham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.

What will you deliver?
- Responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of repairs and maintenance at Anchor sheltered, retirement and Care Homes for the over 55s
- This role involves overseeing the site team with conjunction with the Delivery Manager
- The Site Manager is accountable for monitoring daily repairs for further works, including ordering materials, monitoring progress of repairs ensuring that KPIs are met in compliance with all relevant regulations
- Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Maintain strong relationships with client other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the repairs process
- Address any concerns or requests promptly
- Make decisions to keep repairs on track, escalating issues to the delivery manager when necessary
- The role of a Site Manager involves advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously
- Good understanding of repairs and maintenance contract, technical expertise, and the ability to measure for component installation, window, doors, glazing kitchens and bathrooms

Who are we looking for?
- NVQ4 or equivalent qualification in maintenance
- Professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS card)
- First Aid certification and relevant health and safety qualifications
- Proven experience in a site supervisor or manager role within the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing subcontractors and site operatives
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in resolving complex on-site issues

Dit ga je doen als Business Consultant EV
Samen met commercie vorm je een krachtig team waarmee jullie bestaande en nieuwe klanten bezoeken en adviseren met vraagstukken op het gebied van elektrisch rijden. Van personenauto’s tot trucks en zwaar bouwmaterieel. Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf dus ook bij het:
- uitvoeren van studies voor deze klanten gericht op de impact van elektrisch rijden op hun bedrijfsvoering en energiehuishouding
- gericht adviseren hoe de klanten dat kunnen optimaliseren
- conceptueel uitwerken van de benodigde techniek samen met collega’s van engineering zodat commercie een passende aanbieding kan doen
- realiseren van het commerciële plan met de focus op EV oplossingen, daarbij ontwikkel je proposities, processen en standaarden en dat stem je af met je commerciële collega’s
- actief delen van kennis in de vorm van presentaties en workshops, zowel bij de klant als op evenementen, zo ben je hét visitekaartje op het gebied van EV namens Equans

Ons team binnen de business unit Duurzame Energie & Netten is toegewijd aan de energievoorziening van de toekomst.
