Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Asset Management Specialist will prepare, plan, maintain and communicate work schedules, maintain asset management databases, and coordinate inventory of materials. They will also coordinate work activities with the Maintenance Subcontractors and internal departments when dispatching work assignments. Monitor work progress and ensure contractual compliance of all Asset Management Work. Develop and implement quality control programs.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of organizations, other levels of government and stakeholders.
• Understands and analyzes contract requirements to ensure contractual compliance and identify resources needed for work.
Analyze and assess data in order to identify trends, areas of concern, and potential impacts upon planning initiatives, as well as to support decision making and future planning initiatives.
• Works with Operations Manager to compose standard number of Maintenance Subcontractors schedules based on assigned contracts and needs in a way that meets schedule requirement while minimizing excess compensation.
• Manage and monitor the Asset Management Information System (AMIS) including dashboards, on time delivery of repairs and inventory of materials. Ensure professionalism and personal accountability for time management, quality control, troubleshooting of project work, and meeting timelines and budgets.
• Delivers on Daily, Weekly and Monthly asset management reporting from the AMIS database
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external team-members.
• Problem solves with EQUANS team members to brainstorm issues, establish best practices, new approaches and provides support in filling shifts.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency, flexibility and a positive approach to problem solving within a fast-paced environment.
• Enters schedules into company database and distributes as necessary within established deadlines. Provides various reports to management as requested on a timely basis and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Project Manager
Equans is looking for a Project Manager ( PFI & Education ) to join our team in Burnley on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Lifecycle and Variations Project Management, ensuring all Projects are managed, operated and completed with uncompromised efficiency, on time and to budget.
- Liaison with all relevant parties involved with Projects, including working with the Client to interpret and develop a brief/scope of works in order achieving sign off prior to works commencement, planning, during the works and through to completion.
- Full financial responsibility for circa £1.5M in revenue.
- Follow the Company and on-site Developments process ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared/completed including the provision of costs, programmes, risk analysis, PPP works documentation etc.
- Ensure all Project files are maintained to provide a fully auditable administrative trail in line with ISO accreditation.
- Produce an overall plan for works (including design, procurement, PPP pack review and sign off, works/construction, commissioning, training etc) for the Project to ensure the completion date is achieved and without incident.
- Procure competent Contractors to carry out the design, works/construction and commissioning of the proposed development.
- Monitor the progress of the design, works/construction and commissioning activities and action accordingly to ensure the works are completed within the time, budget, and safety and to the required quality.
- Liaison and management of the performance of preferred suppliers/subcontractors to include controlling, scheduling and coordinating sub-contractors working on site, ensuring all Company and on-site procedures are followed such as Inductions, CRB clearance, competence etc.
- Carry out Project review meetings in line with Project Management good practice.
- Remain customer focused at all times. Deliver value for money and ensure the agreed profit percentage is made on all Projects.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations and Performance Manager to oversee the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations for our global pharmaceutical client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong acumen in finance and contract management, with a proven track record in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring contractual deliverables are met. This role will be critical in maintaining high standards of service quality and operational efficiency across multiple international locations.
Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contractual requirements.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to senior management and the client, highlighting areas of improvement and successes.

Part time Afternoon Cleaner
Equans is looking for a Part time Afternoon Cleaner to join our team in Caernarfon Crown Court, LL55 2DF on a permanent basis working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £11.79 per hour and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

Contexte :
Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons : Mécanicien.ne Monteur.se - Metteur.euse au Point en Alternance (H/F/X).
Vous intégrerez le Pôle OT d’EQUANS Digital : 550 collaborateur.rice.s – 80 M€ de chiffre d’affaires.
Plus particulièrement, vous rejoindrez SEA PRODUCTIQUE, notre entité spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication d'équipements, de process et de services pour l’industrie.
Au quotidien, vous évoluerez au sein de notre atelier, sous la supervision de votre tuteur Jérémy. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les autres services afin de mener à bien chaque projet.
Vos missions :
- Réaliser des travaux de démontage, montage et assemblage d’équipements mécaniques tels que des robots ou des automates
- Effectuer les essais et les réglages nécessaires
- Assurer la mise au point et la mise en service des installations
Votre profil :
- De formation BTS Conception de Produits Industriels ou équivalent
- Un attrait pour le secteur industriel et en machines spéciales
- Vous aimez la mécanique

Technicien Projet : Chiffreur / Métreur (H/F) - Axima Sécurité Incendie
Poste basé à Bouguenais (44)
Expertise et proximité pour EQUANS France, leader des services multi-techniques Axima fait partie de l’entité EQUANS France. Elle conçoit des solutions globales et performantes dans le domaine du Génie Climatique, de la Réfrigération et de la Sécurité Incendie pour accompagner la transition énergétique et numérique des bâtiments, des environnements et des process de ses clients.
Leader en protection et prévention incendie, notre Pôle Sécurité Incendie accompagne ses clients au plus près de leurs installations et équipements de sécurité, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.
Vos missions :
Dans le métier de la Protection Incendie, vous découvrirez comment accompagner les clients dans leur organisation et leurs process pour pérenniser leurs biens (bâtiments, outils de production, etc.).
Vous serez sous la supervision du Responsable développement des risques spéciaux et en collaboration avec les équipes de l‘agence du service projet et technique.
Vous mènerez les études projets d’installation de protection incendie automatique à eau, mousse, brouillard d’eau, gaz pour réaliser le chiffrage et la constitution de dossier de remise d’offre de nos chantiers à venir.
Vous pourrez être amené à aller sur les sites (ponctuel) afin de faire des relevés d’installation.
Vos missions s’articulent autour des activités suivantes :
- Analyser les dossiers sur le plan technique et administratif,
- Réaliser des schémas de principe et dimensionner les installations,
- Chiffrer et établir des devis,
- Consulter les fournisseurs,
- Valoriser le projet.
Votre profil :
Ce qui nous plaira le plus chez vous ? C’est vous-même ! Alors bien évidemment on vous préférera :
Issu d'une formation technique (CAP à Bac +5) en génie climatique/thermique, CVC ou dans le domaine du bâtiment.
Surtout, votre intérêt aux métiers du bâtiment et vos connaissances en hydraulique (fluide) avec des aptitudes en lecture de plan.
Une expérience réussie dans la conception de projet dans le bâtiment notamment dans l'élaboration d'offres techniques conformes.
Vos qualités personnelles telles que l’autonomie, la rigueur et l’aisance relationnelle avec les clients.
La connaissance du domaine de la Protection Incendie par Sprinkler, mousse, brouillard d’eau, gaz etc…

INEO NUCLEAIRE (filiale du groupe EQUANS), est une entité de 1100 collaborateurs spécialisée dans les Projets, les Travaux et la Maintenance d’installations électriques dans le secteur Nucléaire en France et à l’International.
Notre Activité Grands Projets recrute pour son activité internationale un(e) :
Ingénieur Chiffrage H/F
Basé à Lyon quartier Gerland (69) proche métro – tram
Dans le cadre du projet Hinkley Point C, vous aurez à assurer les missions suivantes :
- Appréhender, comprendre et maitriser le scope technique et contractuel du projet
- Comprendre et analyser les besoins du client.
- Définir la faisabilité technique de toute modification contractuelle, analyser les risques techniques et financiers pour l’entreprise.
- Réaliser l'analyse technique des données d'entrées, des réponses aux questions techniques et aux instructions de modification du scope et en définir les impacts
- Participer à la rédaction des chiffrages en coordination avec les responsables études et qualification (études, tests de qualification, laboratoire, sous-traitance de note de calcul etc.)
- Assurer la coordination des chiffrages des lots électricité, mécanique, modélisation 3D et qualification et sélectionner les méthodes et les moyens à mettre en œuvre
- Faire établir des devis
- Participer à la rédaction des offres de prix, avec concaténation des chiffrages, impacts planning, listes des hypothèses, devis etc.
- Concevoir et rédiger la proposition commerciale (solutions techniques et financières).
- Rédiger le mémoire technique de l’offre (planning, moyens humains et matériels, modes constructifs, disposition hygiène et sécurité, protection de l’environnement…).
- Animer des workshops et des réunions de suivi hebdomadaires des chiffrages
- Participer au suivi des chiffrages (mises en place de trackers, etc.)
Votre profil ?
Vous êtes issus d’une formation technique et vous avez une première expérience en gestion de projet (planification, chiffrage…). Ce poste nécessite de la réactivité afin de respecter les jalons de chiffrage et de la rigueur afin de suivre l’ensemble des demandes.
Vous recherchez un poste vous permettant d’être un acteur clé sur la partie contractuel du projet en garantissant le chiffrage des demandes de notre client, en collaborant avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes du projet.
L’ensemble des documents du projet étant en anglais, il est nécessaire d’être à l’aise avec la lecture et l’écriture de cette langue.
