La Direction Achats de Bouygues Energies & Services du Groupe Equans recherche un acheteur H/F.

Rattaché(e) au responsable des achats métier Infrastructures Extérieures du Territoire, vous aurez en charge un portefeuille achats pour les Agences Infrastructures des régions Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. Vos activités sont ciblées sur l'éclairage public, signalisation, vidéosurveillance, enfouissement-renforcement-extension de réseaux électriques, déploiement de fibre optique, réseaux gaz, réseaux humides (Volume Achats des centres de profit 27 M€ - Couverture achats 20 M€).

Véritable interface entre les fournisseurs, le Groupe et les Opérationnels, vous serez amené(e) à :

- Contribuer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie d'achats en collaboration étroite et forte avec les opérationnels,

- Négocier au quotidien les dossiers achats de fournitures et prestations,

- Gérer le panel fournisseurs : contractualiser les accords-cadre locaux et en assurer le déploiement, le suivi, le traitement des litiges,

- Piloter les résultats économiques, (suivi des dépenses engagées, suivi et recouvrement des bonifications de fin d'année),

- Assurer la veille sur son marché et le sourcing des fournisseurs pour répondre aux besoins des agences,

- Assurer le reporting et le suivi des KPI,

- Collaborer en mode projet avec comme principaux interlocuteurs : clients internes (chargés d'affaires, chefs de centre) fournisseurs, filière achats (catégory manager, Communauté achats IE)

- Accompagner les opérationnels sur les systèmes d'informations Achats

Ce poste est fait pour vous ? 

Vous avez une formation de niveau Bac+5 et une expérience réussie de 2 à 6 ans dans le domaine des achats opérationnels, sur un poste similaire.

Vous êtes rigoureux, curieux. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous avez une aisance relationnelle et rédactionnelle.

Une connaissance des métiers des infrastructures extérieures serait un atout.

Vous maitrisez le pack office.

Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the D.C. Street Lighting (DCSL) – Asset Management Field Inspector (electrical) is responsible for managing critical subcontractors to maintain premier performance and reliability of the Improved Street Lighting System and associated assets meeting the requirements of the PPP agreement while also ensuring ongoing compliance with all regulatory and quality management obligations. The incumbent will supervise subcontractors, ensure value for money and client satisfaction, and constantly promote health and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and efficient execution of lighting maintenance in compliance with the PPP contract.
  • Conduct site inspections daily to ensure workmanship and compliance in accordance with the contract and the electrical codebook.
  • Follow up and perform quality assurance on all subcontractor’s work.
  • Analyze system performance and develop tactics for improvement.
  • Assist in Renewal work to ensure assets are identified for replacement or upgrade just prior to reaching end-of-life.
  • Minimize response times for corrective repairs to operationally critical assets.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable environment, health and safety, and company policies, rules and regulations.
  • Be a vital member of the team, inspiring a team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Develop customer/partner relationships to facilitate effective working relationships with the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), internal clients and other business partners.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and others to create optimal business agreements to deliver maintenance services, including management and oversight of contracts that support facilities and systems.
  • Assist in coordination of resources to ensure that the performance requirements, all key performance indicators, and contractual obligations are met.

Responsibilities on Occupational Health and Safety:

  • Deliver analysis and evaluation of risks inherent to activities under their responsibility.
  • Implement procedures to ensure a safe work environment and ensures regular monitoring.
  • Participate in safety inspections and analyses of occupational incidents and accidents.
  • Assist with the implementation of safety improvements in the workplace.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Is authorized to work in the US;
  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience in operations of streetlight networks is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of both electrical and lighting systems.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in managing similar infrastructures.
  • Mature leadership skills to motivate and effectively support operations.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering on contractual requirements in a customer-centric environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting multiple demands.
  • Solid ability to collaborate effectively and manage relationships with employees, PPP stakeholders, as well as internal and external partners.
  • A valid standard Driver’s License that permits the operation of a vehicle in the District of Columbia.
  • Able to be on-site within two hours of notice.
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Able to utilize with ease Microsoft Office and CMMS (ideally CityWorks platform);
  • Excellent Organizational Skills (planning, goal setting, prioritizing, scheduling) — to handle complex environments and multiple contractual deliverables;

Grounds Operative

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Operative to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth.  This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week 

from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.


The role:

  • Reporting to the Grounds Supervisor.
  • Maintain the hospital grounds to a professional standard including emptying outdoor bins, litter picking and road sweeping
  • Carry out snow clearing
  • Strimming, mowing, weeding, seasonal clearance of fallen leaves and removal of fallen branches
  • Use relevant tools and equipment, drive company vehicles and machinery safely
  • Assist trades staff in maintenance work when needed
  • Assist with stores / move stock and materials
  • Working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday


The person:

  • Previous experience of grounds work is preferred but not essential
  • Good standard of fitness appropriate to the tasks

The Project Engineer – Electrical will be part of the team responsible for managing the construction aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards
  • Assist with co-ordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan
  • Liaise with Statutory Authorities and Local Authorities as directed by the Site Manager in the submission of all Building Regulation cards as required to allow the progress of the project
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports
  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager

  • Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)
  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality environmental and safety requirements

Senior Technical Services Manager

Equans is looking for an Senior Technical Services Manager to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week.

The Senior Technical Services Manager will report directly to the Account Director.  You will lead, motivate, support, and provide direct guidance to the Site Facilities Managers, Supervisors and operatives in providing the technical service delivery across all the CCEP sites across the UK.

Ensure delivery of effective and efficient maintenance services encompassing mechanical, electrical, building fabric and small project management. Core elements will include management of the National Electrical Testing and Inspection Team, Health & Safety, communication between the internal technical team and client contacts on day-to-day activities, owning statutory and mandatory compliance.

The role holder will support in the procurement, setting to work and monitoring of key service providers, ensuring inspections, maintenance, testing, verification and repairs are carried out to the correct standard and corrective actions are raised and completion documentation received and verified in accordance with statutory and regulatory compliance.

What will you deliver?

  • Provide assurance of contractual and statutory compliance, identifying areas of technical risk, and ensuring these are highlighted and solutions sought and train our staff in compliance management best practices.
  • Ensure defined policy and procedures are adopted by the business, to evidence compliance with all engineering standards including Legislation, ACOP, British, European and International Standards and industry best practice inc SFG20.
  • To work closely with operational and other business teams to put in place the appropriate standards, systems, processes and ways of working, to deliver excellence in all engineering disciplines.
  • Ensure Equans safe systems of work, in line with contract specification and recognised codes of practice and carry out the duties of Authorised Person, as designated, in accordance with Company standards for the multiple systems designated to you (following training, assessment and formal appointment)
  • Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented across both Equans and subcontractors’ activities and are regularly reviewed.
  • Manage compliance and ensure it is fully up to date from respective Facilities Managers/supervisors.
  • Manage and oversee external sub-contractors and professionals following company contractor management processes
  • Ensuring that contractor and the in-house engineering team are competence checked and they are appointed as Competent Persons.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships and liaison with internal/external stakeholders, i.e. Facilities and Utilities Manager, Senior Engineering Manager, Senior Operations manager, site delivery team
  • To always observe statutory and other relevant requirements, in particular those relating to the Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations and Electrical IEE regulations, PSSR and H&S Guidance notes.
  • To carry out any other such reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post as may be required
  • Supporting FM’s interface between client communications and providing Technical/ contractual backup.
  • Working with direct reports to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective teamworking, and support to colleagues. – Ensure safe systems of work are in place and always used.

Who are we looking for?

  • Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeship
  • HNC/ONC/C&G or equivalent in relevant mechanical/electrical/building engineering discipline.
  • Proven management experience of Hard FM teams.

  • Technical Skills: NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in mechanical systems, including DHW, LPHW, CHW, and ventilation systems. Previous pipefitting and steam system experience is a plus.

Mechanical Engineer

Equans is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team on site in Westminster, London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £40,000 - £45,801 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.

A role has become available on a prestigious government facilities management contract for a mechanical engineer. The role is a for a day shift engineer, working 8 hours each shift 09:00 – 18:00, with some flexibility to meet requirements.

What will you deliver?

  • The successful candidate will be required to have proven previous experience of planned preventative and reactive maintenance and their primary task will be to perform works on mechanical systems; including plumbing, air conditioning, pressure systems and will be required to assist the team with building fabric and electrical systems
  • Effectively performing maintenance of a range of assets, through following a PPM schedule and ensuring compliance in a flexible and efficient manner
  • Manage any reactive tasks that get raised, from diagnosis through to sourcing parts and on to completion
  • Working as first line response to any reactive call-out, ensuring that you are always working safely and to the Approved Codes of Practice for the relevant service you are carrying out
  • Working with various different parties, including specialist subcontractors in order to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients. You must be able to demonstrate that you are aware of best working practices and that you are following them at all times
