Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Technicien Dépanneur Frigoriste Froid Commercial (H/F), rattaché(e) à l’agence de Beauvais.
Rattaché au Responsable SAV, votre mission consiste à assurer la maintenance préventive, curative ainsi que les dépannages des équipements frigorifiques en autonomie, pour le compte de nos différents clients (grandes et moyennes surfaces, entrepôts, agroalimentaire). Vous assurez également le réglage des installations.
Débutant ou expérimenté, vous intervenez techniquement chez nos clients dans le cadre du respect des contrats de maintenance et dépannages.
Vous manipulez les fluides frigorigènes dans le respect des normes en vigueur, et êtes capable d’intervenir sur les réseaux hydrauliques ou aérauliques, ainsi que sur les circuits et/ou armoires électriques (simples ou avec automates).
Vous contribuez à garantir la satisfaction de nos clients dans le respect des engagements contractuels (temps, délais, qualité de service).
Des astreintes périodiques sont à prévoir.
Idéalement issu d’une formation technique spécialisée en Réfrigération ou Génie Climatique (Bac à Bac +2, tel que Bac Pro TFCA, IFFI, BTS FED…), vous possédez une première expérience significative sur un poste similaire dans laquelle vous avez su démontrer une réelle capacité à entretenir une relation de confiance avec vos clients.
Votre autonomie, votre rigueur, ainsi que votre capacité d’adaptation, atouts nécessaires sur ce poste, vous permettront de vous épanouir dans vos missions.

Jouw rol als Software Architect
Als Software Architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- het ontwerpen van schaalbare en herbruikbare onderdelen voor de softwareoplossingen voor onze klanten

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Als Software Architect bepaal jij de lijnen waarlangs onze oplossingen worden ontwikkeld. Jouw dag is een mix van strategisch nadenken en technisch begeleiden. Wat dit precies inhoudt:
- je start de dag met een overleg met het ontwikkelteam, waar je jouw inzichten deelt en technische uitdagingen bespreekt
- je analyseert klantbehoeften en vertaalt deze naar haalbare technische oplossingen en architecturale blauwdrukken
- je evalueert en selecteert technologieën en tools die bijdragen aan de duurzaamheid en schaalbaarheid van onze oplossingen

Sub Contractor Manager
Equans is looking for a Sub-contractor Manager to join our team in Hartlepool on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role holder will coordinate subcontractor activities on site. By setting and maintaining a high standard of SHEQ compliance from all subcontractors who operate on behalf of Equans at Hartlepool Power Station.
What will you deliver?
- Manage Equans SMOC process and ensure any subcontractors working on site are fully approved on SMOC with relevant SMOC documentation in place.
- Conduct subcontractor inaugural meetings with subcontractors before work can commence. (Every annual)
- Oversee / manager any subcontractor supervisors/field supervisors, ensuring supervision is meeting expectations. (Suitable setting to work, pre job brief, spot checks etc)
- Meet/greet subcontractors working on behalf of Equans on day of work.
- Update subcontractor manager board
- Conduct a robust setting to work and pre job brief with subcontractors working for Equans. (Where required)
- Review subcontractor RAMS prior to work and review on day of work with subcontractors ensuring subcontractors understand their RAMS/SSOW and sign off stating they understand and will follow their RAMS when working.
- Ensure any high risk works subcontractors undertaken are approved to complete by local ISM, ensuring local ISM has reviewed and approved subcontractor RAMS prior to task commencing.
- Supervise and oversee works in the field by completing regular spot checks on subcontractor working. (active supervision)
- Liaise with operations manages/supervisors planning subcontractor works and build strong relationships with teams to support subcontractor works.
- Review subcontractor performance on regular basis and feedback to operation managers and local ISM on any Health & Safety concerns/issues.
- Core focal point for site overseeing contractor management on day-to-day basis.

What will you deliver?

EQUANS is looking for a Design Manager to join our Team in Hatfield. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.
The main purpose of this role is to lead design from pre-construction through to construction, taking full technical responsibility for allocated projects. The Design Manager will also provide full design and technical support during the tendering process.
Experience in leading the design of major refurbishment, fire remediation, and re-cladding of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) is advantageous.
This role may include line management of an Assistant Design Coordinator, Design Coordinator, or Senior Design Coordinator.
What will you deliver?
Design and Technical Responsibilities:
- Lead consultant and survey tendering and procurement.
- Conduct thorough design risk appraisals to support tenders.
- Review Employer's Requirements (ERs) and contribute to Contractor’s Proposals.
- Develop robust design and preconstruction programmes for tenders.
- Lead client meetings during bid and preconstruction phases as required.
- Manage consultant and survey appointments, ensuring scope and terms align with project needs.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with consultants.
- Ensure design fee budgets are managed effectively and within scope.
- Obtain consultant design programmes and integrate them into a single detailed design delivery programme.
- Track and report progress against design delivery programmes.
- Chair design team meetings and communicate clear expectations for deliverables.
- Monitor consultant performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design information.
- Review all design information for compliance with contracts, buildability, cost-effectiveness, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor design changes and manage change control processes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with the Commercial Team for cost validation.
- Lead the resolution of design and technical queries to support preconstruction and project teams.
- Liaise with Clients and Key Stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with all Statutory Matters including Building Regulations, Building Warranty, and Planning Conditions.
- Work closely with the Principal Designer (BR) to meet statutory requirements under the Building Safety Act.
- Obtain any required licenses, permissions, or approvals for project execution including but not limited to Highways and Drainage Section Agreements, Rail, Waterways, Crane Oversailing, Street Works, Temporary Crossovers, etc.
- Lead design reviews and client presentations
Process Improvement and Team Development:
- Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to Design Coordinators.
- Contribute to the motivation and professional development of the design team.
- Stay informed on industry updates, regulatory changes, and new product developments.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within the design team, including BIM implementation and digital design review processes.
Safety:
- Ensure all design information complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work closely with the Principal Designer to meet statutory requirements under the Building Safety Act.

Dit ga je doen als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek Industrie
Als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek Industrie ga je deel uitmaken van het Klant Specifieke Werkzaamheden (KSW)-team industrie op het Chemelot terrein. Dit team richt zich op onderhoudswerkzaamheden in projectvorm in de industrie. Dit zijn vooral multidisciplinaire onderhoudswerkzaamheden voor klanten zoals Sabic, Vynova, Sitech en USG op het Chemelot terrein. Binnen deze projecten ben jij samen met jouw collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de juiste installatie van elektrotechnische installaties.
Als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek Industrie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor:
- zelfstandig installeren van alle voorkomende elektrotechnische installaties waarbij je rekening houdt met de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, klanteisen en kwaliteitsnormen. Deze werkzaamheden voer je uit onder leiding van een uitvoerder of chef-monteur
- begeleiding van monteurs, aankomend monteurs en BBL-leerlingen door het geven van aanwijzingen en uitleg over de werkzaamheden. Daarnaast coach je hen monteurs en help je bij het leertraject
- zorgen voor een opgeruimde en schone werkplek. Daarnaast maak je efficiënt gebruik van materiaal en gereedschap

Jij komt als Eerste Monteur Elektrotechniek Industrie te werken binnen de afdeling KSW op ons kantoor op het Chemelot terrein in Geleen. Deze afdeling bestaat uit verschillende teams met allemaal een eigen specialisme en vakkennis. Jij werkt samen met een team van ongeveer 10 elektrotechnische collega’s in de uitvoering. Daarnaast werk je samen met een vast team op kantoor zoals projectleiders en werkvoorbereiders.

Business Developer Carbon Shift
We kunnen er niet meer omheen. Klimaatverandering is een dagelijks onderwerp en de druk om te verduurzamen wordt met de dag groter. Wil je hier een bijdrage aanleveren? Het zou zomaar eens jouw volgende uitdaging kunnen zijn als Business Developer bij Equans. Zet jouw technische expertise in en help ons bij de energietransitie.
Dit ga je doen als Business Developer
Samen hebben we als doel om Equans Zuid Nederland succesvol te positioneren als kennisautoriteit & betrouwbare businesspartner die vooroploopt in de energietransitie én in de ontwikkeling van innovatieve technologische en duurzame producten & diensten. Dit doen we door het overeenkomen van langlopende contracten bij klanten die zijn gericht op de realisatie van duurzame (energie)oplossingen binnen de utilitaire en industriële omgeving.
Samen met je collega's (energieconsultants en Business Developers) creëer je business development oplossingen voor energetische vraagstukken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject van klantvraag tot contactvorming. Je benadert (potentiële) klanten, bespreekt en concretiseert, in samenwerking met consultants ideeën & mogelijkheden alsook de behoeften aan vernieuwende oplossingen. Je werkt aan de hand hiervan ontwikkelplannen uit voor (strategische) opdrachtgevers waarin alle deliverables zijn uitgewerkt.
Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf. Dus ook bij het:
- samen met de klant zorgdragen voor de verdere uitwerking, aanpassing of aanscherping van de ontwikkelplannen. Je vertaalt ontwikkelplannen in een contract en regisseert, in samenwerking met consultants, een proces dat uiteindelijk leidt tot concrete business.
- maken van interne- en externe business cases
- bewaken van de voortang van de complexe business development trajecten op gebied van techniek, finance en legal
- managen van het afbreukrisico
- deelnemen aan diverse netwerken en samenwerkingsverbanden
- evalueren van de opgeleverde producten & diensten met de opdrachtgever en regisseren van het proces dat hoort bij de doorvoering van de gewenste modificatie
- onderhouden van contact met andere Equans bedrijven om op de hoogte te blijven van ontwikkelingen en informatie uit te wisselen
