Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Chef d’équipe électricien industriel H/F pour rejoindre notre agence du Havre (76), spécialisée dans les métiers de l’électricité industrielle, de l’instrumentation et de l’automatisme.
Votre mission :
En tant que Chef d’équipe électricien industriel H/F, vous supervisez une équipe de Monteurs électriciens et assurez la réalisation des travaux jusqu’à la mise en service des installations.
Placé sous la responsabilité du Conducteur de travaux ou Chef de chantier, vos missions principales sont les suivantes :
- Préparation des interventions : Organiser les interventions chez les clients en assurant l'inventaire du matériel et des équipements nécessaires à l'exécution des travaux, et la gestion documentaire associée.
- Exécution des travaux : Réaliser les travaux électriques (pose de chemins de câbles, câblage d'armoires électriques, mise en œuvre de matériel d'instrumentation) en respectant les règles de l'art, le planning, et les contraintes des clients.
- Gestion d'équipe : Coordonner et superviser le travail de votre équipe (3-4 personnes), qu'il s'agisse de personnel interne ou d'intérimaires, en veillant à la sécurité sur le chantier.
- Contrôle et mise en service : Effectuer les tests électriques, assurer la mise en service sur site, et vérifier la qualité d'exécution des travaux.
- Suivi et communication : Rendre compte de l’exécution des travaux à votre hiérarchie, assurer la traçabilité des interventions, assurer le relationnel client de proximité en étant force de proposition auprès de ce dernier.
- Qualité et sécurité : respecter et veiller à la bonne application des procédures Qualité Sécurité Environnement, réaliser des briefings et causeries sécurité, alerter la hiérarchie si nécessaire.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation technique spécialisée en électricité industrielle et disposez d’une expérience confirmée d'au moins 8 ans en tant qu’Electricien industriel / Chef d’équipe acquise dans des environnements industriels variés.
Vous possédez de solides compétences techniques :
- Lecture et compréhension des schémas et plans électriques.
- Maitrise du câblage d’armoires électriques.
- Connaissances de l’environnement process, du matériel actuel, des normes électriques et des procédures des consignes de sécurité.
- Des compétences en électromécaniques sont un atout supplémentaire pour ce poste.
Vous faites preuve d’un esprit d'initiative et d'une grande adaptabilité pour gérer les imprévus. Votre curiosité et votre rigueur, associées à une excellente organisation, vous permettent de vous adapter rapidement aux situations changeantes tout en favorisant l'esprit d'équipe et des relations de communication efficaces.

Vous êtes rattaché∙e au Manager de site et intégrez une équipe de 5 personnes.
Votre quotidien est rythmé par les missions suivantes :
- Ouverture et fermeture du site : Assurer l’ouverture le matin et la fermeture en soirée.
- Gestion des salles de cours et amphithéâtres :
- Vérification des équipements (mobilier en place, éclairage, feutres disponibles, etc.).
- Ouverture et fermeture des salles selon le planning établi.
- Mise en place de mobiliers divers sur demande spécifique.

Votre planning correspond à une organisation de 37 h semaine et réparti de la manière suivante :
- Lundi au jeudi : de 7h à 15h30 ou de 13h30 à 22h.

Area Facilities Manager
Equans is looking for a Area Facilities Manager - East Midlands to join our team at HMCTS This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a Competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver
To manage the efficient delivery of both Hard and Soft Service to meet Contractual and Company requirements. Proactively engage with the client to provide a one-point contact for all service delivery ensuring internal and Client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met while operating within the framework of the contract.
General Overview:
• To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups.
• Line management responsibility for both a Technical Supervisor and Facilities Supervisors in the delivery of both Hard and Soft Services.
• Management of a Mechanical and Electrical bias workforce and other sub-contracted M&E services.
• Management of commercial soft services workforce and sub-contracted horticultural, pest and waste services.
• Training, development and performance review of direct reports (including succession planning)
• To work with the relevant operational leads to ensure the service delivery across the full range of services is continually improving.
• To contribute to the financial performance of the contract particularly around operational efficiency and subcontract procurement.
• To ensure compliance with company procedures for the effective planning, organisation, control, monitor and review of the services by analysis of the relevant data.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge at all times.
• Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, suppliers and sub contractors.
• Clear and effective communicator with professional personal presentation.
• Organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
• Carry out any other reasonable management request.
This will be a mobile role covering multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided therefore a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential.
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

As part of its new organization and the global challenges facing Equans in the field of cybersecurity, the IT Department of Equans is looking for a Product Owner Integrations, within the SLS Digital Platforms.
This is what you will do as a Product Owner Integrations
The Product Owner’s mission is, together with the DevOps integrations team to develop the Integration (Mulesoft) platform’s strategy. The integration platform connects all kind of systems and is in the critical path of many business processes.
You will collaborate with the team and the stakeholders to deliver worldwide efficient and good quality of integration flows including maintenance.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for the following activities;
- developing the platform vision and performing market surveys
- developing a good knowledge of platform users / customers and their needs
- identifying user expectations and the benefits that the platform will bring them
- defining platform roadmap and carrying out preparatory strategic studies on future versions
- definition and coordination of the platform governance
- organizing the team to be able to perform intake, build and maintenance of integration flows
- setting priority on business (customer) demand based on transparent guidelines
- contributing to (agile) meetings with the development and support
- facilitating communication and collaboration between all stakeholders
- building a strong user-community where best practices can be shared and new ideas discussed
- develop and maintain the Integration platforms Service Catalog, including pricing
- contribute in further development of the SLS Digital Platforms

Experience
- 10+ years professional IT and product owner experience
- certification is a plus ( Safe or agile oriented)
- experience in a decentralized and/or international company or organization is a plus
- proven experience in a Product Owner role within a Mulesoft Anypoint environment
