In our Strategy, Sustainability & Quality Graduate Program, you will work closely with different business functions and gain hands-on experience in strategic development, sustainability, business transformation and quality management.Throughout the three-year program, you will take on real responsibility, contribute to cross-functional projects and gain exposure to senior management. Your rotations can be shaped according to business needs and your interests, preparing you for a future managerial position within Equans Switzerland.AufgabenStrategy – Contribute to the development of corporate and business unit strategies, market analysis and business intelligence initiatives.Sustainability – Support the implementation of our sustainability roadmap and help track progress towards key sustainability objectives.Business Performance – Support business transformation, process improvement and change management initiatives across different functions and business units. Die Arbeitszeiten sind von Montag bis Freitag, jeweils ab 14:00 Uhr.
