Office 365 Architect (M/F – any location)

As part of EQUANS’ journey to become an autonomous organization, we are building a new IT Operating model, in which we work as a global organization to deliver some of our core IT components.
As a group we have defined a number of Shared Line of Services (SLS) which deliver services globally across all business units.
The SLS Digital Workplace (DWP) encompasses the functions of tooling, identity and access management, workplace architecture, workplace services, Microsoft 365, and user
adoption.

As our O365 architect, you will:
• Scope and define O365 collaboration projects with business
• Define and implement O365 based collaboration solutions
• Perform technical lead in big projects, project lead in smaller projects
• Contribute to migration activities for SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform
• Implement automation solutions based on Azure functions & API’s
• Define and document governance policies, procedures & guidelines
• Provide 3rd /4th level expertise in operations, supporting our offshore teams on complex
cases

• O365 design & architecture
• PowerShell scripts, Azure functions
• Technical and development specifications
• Governance policies, design documents & procedures
• Microsoft teams & Teams telephony solutions
• Power Platform solutions
• Migration solutions (merger & acquisition)

Who are we looking for? Your experience and skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with O365 advanced collaboration scenarios
