Overview:

Premises Manager
EQUANS is recruiting for a Premises Manager to join the team in Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School, Islington, London, N1 9QG. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £40,000.00 - 42,000.00 per annum depending on skills and experience and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
As the Premises Manager you will oversee the security, care and availability of the education premises its furniture, fittings and equipment, and mechanical and electrical assets. You will also ensure the physical environment of the premises is satisfactory for users; and to promote the efficient use of the Councils assets to support the educational objectives of the establishment and the activities of other site users.

Apprentice Multi Trade
Equans is looking for a Multi Trade Apprentice's to join our team In Tamworth on a 2 year fixed term basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is apprentice wage and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To assist and carry out project defined multi trade work to a high standard as directed by the Site Manager; including, Plumbing, Carpentry & Painting and Decorating
- Support the site management team in successful project delivery
- Participate actively in structured learning, both on-site and through day-release training with a recognised provider
- The Apprentice Multi Trader supports the site teams in successful delivery of projects, whilst developing personal knowledge of the multi trade roles and responsibilities to progress through the Equans trades structure
- The role is developmental, with structured learning and on-the-job training forming the foundation for moving into the role of a qualified Multi Trader

- Participate actively in structured learning, both on-site and through day-release training with a recognised provider

Development Director
EQUANS is looking for a Development Director to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Development Director to join and lead or Business Development and Bidding function, which incorporates all aspects of the end to end work winning process. As a senior role, you will be part of the North Region SLT. The role will also have line management responsibilities. You will be required to design complex win strategies, themes and solutions with operations, subject matter experts and bid teams for tenders and sales. You will ensure that all commercial and contractual processes are followed in line with group requirements and oversee, prepare and assist in the writing of PQQ / RFI / tender responses in conjunction with bid management. There will be requirement to engage at Equans Group Executive level, and similar experience is required for the role.
What will you deliver?
- Drive growth for TFM/Services, develop national footprint; Local Government and wider Public Sector diversification (SFM alignment), e.g. £15M < annual contract value + scope emphasis on capital projects
- Drive growth for Public Buildings, develop geographical diversification, Local Government and wider Public Sector, civic estate / administrative facilities, maximise internal trading with SFM
- Drive growth for ERL / Regen activity, immediate focus on re-establishing market share in NE/NW and geographical expansion
- Direct Sales and Marketing; recruit / engage door opener and central Strategic Development team, clarify messaging for the 3 workstreams, differentiation/positioning, lead activity to create new, improve/develop existing client relationships (Regen / PB, TFM)

Design Manager
Equans is looking for a Design Manager to join our team in Hatfield. This is a full-time role. On offer is a salary of £65,000- £75,000 depending on skills and experience, company vehicle and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
The main purpose of this role is to lead design from pre-construction through to construction, taking full technical responsibility for allocated projects. The Design Manager will also provide full design and technical support during the tendering process. Experience in leading the design of major refurbishment, fire remediation, and re-cladding of HigherRisk Buildings (HRBs) is advantageous. This role may include line management of an Assistant Design Coordinator, Design Coordinator, or Senior Design Coordinator.

As an IGA Analyst, you’ll play a key role in managing and securing over 95,000 identities and 2,300 applications across a global enterprise. You’ll support the full identity lifecycle: Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), and ensure access rights are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
