We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee our Welding Workshop projects in Zwijndrecht.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects to completion within time, quality, and budget constraints.

Your key responsibilities:

  • plan, execute, and monitor all Welding Workshop projects from initiation to completion
  • develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • allocate resources and ensure efficient utilization to maximize project delivery
  • collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document project objectives, requirements, and risks
  • maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations
  • monitor and report on project progress, including risks, issues, and opportunities
  • ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
  • manage project change requests and ensure timely and effective resolution
  • conduct project post-mortems and identify opportunities for process improvement

What do you need to be successful in this function?

  • bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or relevant field
  • at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the welding industry
  • proficient in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent
  • strong understanding of welding workshop processes, techniques, and technologies
  • proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
  • solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
