Equans is looking for an Car Park Supervisor to join our team in Burnley on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Prepare and produce monthly Car Park reports to the agreed time frames.
- Issuing of Staff parking permits.
- Monitoring Pay & Display machines.
- Update PCN cancellations.
- Prepare and produce Staff Car Parking Permits, enter Change of Details on Data Base. Updating Staff Leavers on Data base.
- Prepare monthly Staff Shift Rota, authorise holiday requests.
- Prepare and produce Monthly Pay & Display payments (Loomis Report).
- Update Monthly KPI’s and Sickness Reports for the Car Park Team.
- Monthly Stock Take (permit holders, permit templates, Pay & Display machine batteries) Staff Monthly Hours, Monthly overtime.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Reporting Pay & Display machine faults to contractor and producing clear reports highlighting down time submitted to the line manager.
- Assist with regular patrols and inspections of Car Parking areas and access routes.
- Operation of Car Park equipment Pay machines etc…
- Reporting of Incidents and Complaints in written format to line manager.
- Follow the ELHT Car Parking Policy (only deviating via written instruction).
- Submit daily the Fire Marshall observation sheets.
- To carry out any other reasonable management request.

Who are we looking for?
- Experience in managing parking facilities, including overseeing day-to-day operations
- Strong customer service experience, dealing with complaints, inquiries, and providing support to customers
- Prior experience in supervising or leading a team, which involves scheduling, delegating tasks, performance monitoring, and ensuring staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Training and mentoring staff, ensuring that everyone understands their roles and provides quality service.
