Equans is looking for a CAFM Data Coordinator to join the team in Stoke on Trent on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The CAFM Data Coordinator is a role focused on supporting operations and projects to maximise the benefits of the Maximo system on the HMCTS contract. Ownership of the HMCTS contract CAFM data including day-to-day support for operational Managers, project teams and CAFM team.
What will you deliver?
- Understand and coordinate the CAFM data change control process between the business CAFM Business Partners and the Operational delivery within contract
- Owner of the core contract Asset, PPM and Scheduling data within Maximo
- Responsible for control, management, and completion of any HMCTS Maximo updates from operational or project sources where bespoke or manual updates are required
- Assist in the implementation of data improvement opportunities as advised by the CAFM Business Partner
- Ad-hoc reporting as required by the Operations or project Teams
- Adhere to and implement corporate and sector CAFM specific policy and procedures
- Identify CAFM system improvements, detailing the requirements to the CAFM Business Partner. These consist of manual updates to:
- Asset details, Descriptions, Classifications, Job Plan allocation and associated technical needs under the support / guidance of the Technical Operations Manager
- PPM scheduling requirements including multi frequency requirements from the SFG20 task needs
- Update to Due Dates and associated scheduling needs
- Update Skillsets, leavers, new starters and their interaction with the scheduling needs
- Control the localised update of adhoc change management needs against all the above
- Support CAFM Business Partner in the testing and implementation of CAFM system improvements

Who are we looking for?
- Experience working on Maximo or similar CAFM data system
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills in data manipulation
- Experience communicating with business stakeholders at all levels
- Experience of Helpdesk Operations and Commercial Understanding of Contracts
