We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager (TFM) to manage our FM team at JC Decaux’s office based in Paddington.  This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours p/week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

The role:

  • Reporting to the Contract Manager
  • Responsible for all operational activities  and assets within the site, to develop operational solutions for all Hard and Soft FM issues with defined client interface and reporting skills. 
  • Manage the daily performance of services and incorporate a detailed understanding of service requirements and deductions, utilising the Maximo CAFM system as the integrated operational system
  • Effectively manage and deliver all services and contract based Technical Teams incorporating specialist subcontractors and building fabric services aligning with Maximo and defined operational processes.
  • To maintain a close liaison with the Client FM Function ensuring day to day requirements of delivering the FM contract are met
  • Responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets, compliance with the performance monitoring systems, and continually enforce cost efficiencies
  • To lead in the recruitment, induction and ongoing training, development and motivation of staff
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence of contractual and statutory compliance is adhered to
  • Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday

 

The person:

  • Must have experience of managing service delivery of Hard and Soft Services with experience of managing and developing a team, including HR issues
  • Experience of managing staff and the ability to address challenging situations
  • Previous budget management and responsibility; high level of commercial awareness
  • IOSH or equivalent qualification essential
  • Proven record of excellent customer service
  • Must have experience of managing site compliance
  • IT Literate, knowledge of using Maximo or similar CAFM system essential
