We are currently seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to join the team supporting the London Schools contract. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of the premises, while leading a team of Mobile Technicians and Apprentices to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Mobile Technicians and Apprentices, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee the management of OT, holiday planning, sickness cover, and support team training and development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies for all staff and equipment.
- Manage and maintain the contract training plan to ensure all team members stay up to date with necessary skills and certifications.
- Oversee and complete PPMs, ensuring all work is delivered in line with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
- Manage variation costings and ensure these are submitted within the required timeframes.
- Provide guidance and expertise in fault diagnostics, particularly for BMS systems (Trend systems experience is a plus).

- A strong leader with proven supervisory and team management skills.
- A well-rounded, multi-skilled professional in building services with technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and support both the team and our clients.
- A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical Qualification: Electrical 18th Edition (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in building services, including fault diagnostics and team management.
- A solid understanding of health, safety, and training compliance.
- Familiarity with BMS systems (Trend systems experience is a plus).
- Medically fit for manual work, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
