VIE Project Financial Controller (m/w/d)

Looking to boost your career within a company engaged in the design and construction of solar farms and High Voltage (T&D) infrastructure? Join us as a V.I.E. Project Financial Controller in Germany.

Your Mission:

As part of an energy infrastructure construction project in Germany, the V.I.E. Project Financial Controller participates in the economic, financial, and administrative management of a high-voltage power line construction project.
A true partner of the operational teams, you will contribute to cost control, cash flow optimization, and compliance with the Group’s financial policies. You will be a key contact for project management on all matters related to management control, finance, and compliance. You will work under the supervision of the local Financial Manager and Project Manager, in a demanding, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities:

Budgetary Control & Management Accounting

  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of project management control (tools, configurations, procedures, reporting, and KPIs).
  • Prepare the initial project budget and budget revisions.
  • Prepare monthly reports using Excel, SAP, and other internal tools: budget tracking; performance indicators; forecast results.
  • Monitor project commitments and expenses: supplier orders; subcontracting; site expenses.
  • Implement and oversee the monthly tracking of equipment stocks with site teams.

Financial & Contractual Follow-Up

  • Participate in client invoicing and follow-up on project collections.
  • Contribute to processing and tracking payments to suppliers, subcontractors, and other project expenses.
  • Monitor the project’s cash flow.
  • Participate in implementing and improving the project’s administrative and financial procedures.

Accounting & Administration

  • Participate in the monthly accounting closings of the project.
  • Participate in the ERP migration project scheduled for 2027 and associated cross-functional tasks.

Your Profile :

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Audit, or Business School.
  • Initial experience in management control, audit, accounting, or project finance gained through internship, apprenticeship, or first job.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Interest in industrial, construction, or large international project environments.

 

Languages

  • Fluent French, Professional English.
  • German proficiency is a plus.
