Project Site Coordinator – Rail/Catenary

Alongside your colleagues, you will ensure the safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of projects for clients such as De Lijn, MIVB, Infrabel, and Tuc Rail. Ready to take the reins?

Your role involves planning and coordinating the practical aspects of projects while carefully monitoring income and expenses:

• you review implementation plans for feasibility and prepare technical sheets
• you organize materials, manpower, and tools for the project site, preparing work packages and material lists
• you track progress and escalate issues when needed
• you monitor deliveries and suppliers
• you request quotes, negotiate, manage subcontractors, and inspect work quality
• you ensure that work quality meets standards for the next project phase
• you develop implementation procedures based on task-risk analyses
• you are frequently present on site (during the day, evenings, and occasionally on weekends), ensuring work is performed safely
• you carry out necessary site measurements
• you maintain and monitor machine repairs for your projects
• you assist in preparing and calculating quotes

What makes you the ideal candidate?

• you have a bachelor’s degree or industrial engineering diploma, or equivalent experience
• you are proficient in Office 365: Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook
• safety is always your top priority
• you are flexible and can adapt to unexpected events on site
• you are fluent in Dutch and have a basic knowledge of French
