Head of Business Development, Marketing & Strategy (incl. Communication & CSR)

Equans in Brussels is seeking a dynamic Head of Business Development, Marketing, Strategy & CSR to drive our company’s growth.

In this role you craft and implement strategies, lead data-driven marketing campaigns, foster business development, manage communications, and steer our CSR efforts.

Zoom on your key responsibilities:

• business development:
  • shape and challenge Equans BeLux vision & strategy
  • innovate new business models and revenue streams
  • forge strategic partnerships and explore new markets
  • lead M&A evaluations and integration
  • build and maintain key client relationships
  • structure and negotiate deals to drive profitability
• marketing:
  • conduct market research and analysis
  • develop and maintain our brand identity
  • plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • collaborate on go-to-market strategies and product launches
  • track and optimize marketing performance metrics
• strategy:
  • develop long-term strategic plans
  • explore new business models and growth opportunities
  • identify and mitigate potential risks
  • monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions

You report to the CEO.

What do you need to be successful in this function?

• master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field, and/or 10+ years of relevant experience
• experience in business development and relationship building
• experience in corporate responsibility and community engagement
• proven track record in business growth and innovation
• leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
• strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
• strong partnership-building skills
• ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
