We are seeking an experienced Senior ITSM Process Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and overseeing IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, ensuring organizational adherence to governance, and providing expert guidance a.o. in software asset management (SAM), service portfolio management (SPM), inventory management, and invoice reporting.

Your main activities will be:

  • Governance Establishment: Develop and implement robust governance frameworks for ITSM processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational objectives.
  • Process Oversight: Monitor and enforce adherence to ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between IT and other business units, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and align ITSM processes with organizational goals.
  • SAM and SPM Expertise: Lead the establishment and enhancement of Software Asset Management (SAM) and Service Portfolio Management (SPM) practices, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
  • Inventory Management: Drive initiatives for maintaining accurate IT inventories, overseeing hardware and software assets, and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Invoice Reporting: Collaborate with the service teams to ensure accurate and transparent invoice reporting of the service catalogue
  • Roadmap Implementation: Ensure that ITSM implementations align with the strategic roadmap, providing insights and guidance for successful execution.

Your profile as an ITSM Process Manager:

  • Proven experience in ITSM process management, with a focus on governance and compliance.
  • Strong expertise in Software Asset Management, Service Portfolio Management, and related processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, frameworks, and standards (ITIL, LeanMGT, etc.).
  • Experience in advising and supporting teams (SLS) and (SIDE) partner in implementing ITSM processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize resource utilization.

Further requirements:

  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus.
  • You are hands-on, autonomous, result oriented and open-minded.
  • You work at least 50% on site (Brussels) and are willing to travel.
