Artificial Intelligence – Business Analyst (any location) (M/F)

Summary of the Role

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Analyst at Equans will be responsible for leveraging AI technologies to drive business insights and process improvements. This role requires a combination of business acumen and technical expertise in AI to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and support the implementation of AI-driven initiatives. The AI Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions, ensuring alignment with Equans’ strategic goals.

Missions

• Business Requirements Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for AI applications.
• Solution Development: Design and develop AI models and solutions that address business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
• Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and integration of AI solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, SLS Data, and business units, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of AI models and solutions, making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users to enhance their understanding and utilization of AI solutions.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for AI projects, including requirements, design, implementation, and user guides.

Ideal Profile

Technical Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or .NET, C#
• AI and Machine Learning: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning models, algorithms and LLM
• Data Analysis: Expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
• Tools and Frameworks: Experience with AI 
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), serverless and distributed systems
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or other LLMs togethers with Azure or AWS platorms are nice to have
