EQUANS are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to be based at Callflex Business Park, Wath upon Dearne. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week to cover a period of maternity leave (12 months). On offer is a salary banding of £23,400 – £28,000 per annum dependant upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.

You will maintain effective procedures and processes to ensure accuracy of salaries, statutory payments and reporting in line with agreed SLAs. As a Payroll Administrator you will process payroll for the Regen population and provide high-quality administrative service. 
 
As a member of our Shared Services team, you will have the ability to work flexibly from our office space at the Callflex Business Park for 2 days each week, with 3 days at home. Please note before applying: the working hours are Monday to Thursday – 8.00 to 4.30 – 1 hour lunch Friday 8.00 to 4.00 – half hour lunch.

What will you deliver?

    • Liaising with Site Based Employees to collect timesheets.

    • New Starters /Leavers.
    • Calculating Travel Payments.
    • Standard payroll Imports.
    • Calculating and balancing both weekly and monthly payrolls on a rotation basis (150 weekly and 2300+ monthly employees).
    • Producing payslips/P45s/P60s.
    • RTI Submissions.
    • Auto Enrolment Pension Assessments.
    • Producing costing reports for Management Accounts team.
    • Processing employee absences in line with entitlements, legislation, and company policies.
    • BACS and manual payments.
    • Updating information into HRnet system.
    • Provide support to line managers and staff in relation to payroll queries.

Who are we looking for?

    • Payroll experience Essential minimum of 2 years – Miracle Pay is the current payroll system.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.
    • Knowledge of CIJC Working Rule Agreement preferred not essential.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Keen attention to detail / high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong organisational skills.
    • Ability to work on own as well as part of a team.
