Equans is looking for a Site Excellence Lead to join our team at Torness Nuclear Power Station, Dunbar on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?

Liaising with stakeholders to carry out walk downs, audits and register improvements to site excellence processes such as laydowns, leak management and housekeeping

Holding senior managers and team leaders to account for their roles in site excellence, and offering support to help drive site excellence standards

Gather and input data, analyse, and present data from various sources for use in management information reports on housekeeping, plant tours and laydown areas

Raise condition reports highlighting failures/concerns regarding good housekeeping/plant walkdowns

Improving and simplifying existing site processes

Support colleagues with day-to-day activities to ensure that deadlines and standards are met, and commitments are honoured

Who are we looking for?

Good time management skills: able to take responsibility and to work independently and flexibly to prioritise workloads, work to deadlines and meet targets – whilst maintaining an assertive, confident, and diplomatic approach to staff/contractors

Able to form and maintain good working relationships at all levels internally and externally

Good knowledge of MS Office programs, including Word & Excel

Confident communicator

Previous administration experience, minimum 2 years

Experience of Health and Safety Regulations (Desirable)
This role includes a DS Basic check therefore ability to pass is essential.
