As an OT Cybersecurity Lead Implementor, you ensure that industrial systems remain future-proof and cyber-secure. You translate complex compliance requirements into practical solutions, protect critical infrastructures, and help companies embrace digital transformation safely. As an OT Cybersecurity Lead Implementor, you play a key role in strengthening digital security by:
- implementing cybersecurity compliance (NIS2, ISA/IEC 62443) within industrial networks
- developing digital security strategies and policies to ensure regulatory adherence
- conducting in-depth risk analyses and defining mitigation measures
- preparing and guiding audits with strong documentation and reporting
- advising and supporting the implementation of technical solutions such as network segmentation, patch management, and IDS/IPS, aligned with compliance requirements
- training teams and clients in cybersecurity awareness and compliance requirements
Your digital expertise makes the difference:
- a master’s degree in industrial automation, cybersecurity, or IT
- preferably certifications such as CISM, CRISC, ISA/IEC 62443, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- experience with OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, DCS) and network/security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM)
- in-depth knowledge of NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), ISA/IEC 62443, ISO 27001
- a hands-on mentality to solve operational cybersecurity challenges
- an analytical mindset to detect and proactively address cyber risks
- strong communication skills to convey complex topics clearly
- a methodical and detail-oriented approach in a highly regulated digital environment
- flexibility to collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal cyber teams
