Transformation Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Transformation Manager to join our facilities team working on our Greater Manchester Police TFM contract based at Eccles police station in Greater Manchester. This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The role:

• Reporting to the General Manager
• Provide expertise in Change, Transformation and Project Management.
• Responsible for assisting and promoting the design and and delivery of change management interventions to realise business strategy. 
• Demonstrate an assimilated understanding and the benefits of change methods and tools. 
• Working as a member of the wider Mobilisation team there may be crosspollination of tasks (mobilisation, continuous improvement & transformation).
• Liaison with all internal departments (and customers) throughout the life of an initiative from launch, award, implementation through to operational steady-state whilst harnessing the need to report risks, productivity evidence and lessons learned fostering a platform for continuous improvements to sustain the change ethos.
• Support proactive and effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of an organisation

The person:

• Extensive knowledge of FM service provision and excellent customer services skills
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of lean approaches and its benefits.
• An understanding of organisational dynamics and some understanding of business processes, policies is essential. 
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Must have excellent IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
