1. POSITION & RESONSABILITIES

The Product Lead’s mission is to develop the Engineering vision and roadmap, to define the type of group products to be supported with a good knowledge of BUs’ needs and ensure efficient platform development with good communication with suppliers and BU’s. 

2. MISSIONS

  • Strategy and platform management
  • Develop the platform vision, perform market surveys
  • Develop a good knowledge of platform users / customers in the BUs and their needs
  • Develop services to BU’s
  • Identify user expectations and the benefits that the platform will bring them
  • Define platform roadmap and carry out preparatory strategic studies on future versions.
  • Definition and coordination of the platform governance
  • Prioritize actions and guiding team members
  • Share this vision with teams and stakeholders
  • Prioritization by business content value
    • Define and prioritize all user stories within the Product Backlog
    • Maintain the Product Backlog and continually seek to maximize business value for BUs and users.
  • Interface between business and technical teams
    • Present user stories to the BU’s and suppliers
    • Contribute to (agile) meetings with the development and support
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between all stakeholders
    • Organize webinars or user-meetings on specific Engineering related topics
    • Build a strong user-community where best practices can be shared and new ideas discussed
  • Test & Delivery
    • Accept or refuse the “Stories” implemented
    • Carry out or organize the progress of the user/Business tests of the version
    • Validate the new versions and ensure the non-regression
    • Keep Service catalog up-to-date

3. EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years professional IT and product owner experience.
  • Certification is a plus (Safe or agile oriented)
  • Experience in a decentralized and/or international company or organisation is a plus

 4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

  • Team Project Management
  • In-dept knowledge of Autodesk products and usage
  • In-dept knowledge of AVEVA products and usage
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to prioritize requests to manage
  • Ability to find innovative solutions
  • Ability to monitor Project progress; budget, staffing, deadline, quality
  • Communication & Fluent in English
