Are you up for the challenge of managing and optimizing the full end-to-end process for E-Mobility operations? Your role will include:
- drive operational excellence with a cross-functional group of internal stakeholders, including HSEQ, design, project coordination, and installation partners
- define and implement operational processes and milestone objectives to enhance efficiency
- develop metrics and tracking methods to ensure progress and timely achievements
- enhance and create processes for delivering orders to installation while improving safety, quality, and customer experience
- manage workflows between internal teams, external subcontractors, and hardware suppliers
- synthesize market forecasts into installation capacity plans
- anticipate customer and field operation’s needs, proposing proactive solutions to obstacles
- develop a governance system that fosters transparency and accountability in project execution
- identify and track key operational performance metrics
- provide narrative memos to executive leaders, highlighting progress, challenges, and actionable insights
The Electric Vehicle Operations Manager is a service-focused role that is foundational to delivering Equans’ promise of leading field installation quality and customer experience, while maximizing opportunities for scalability and efficiency.
Make a difference in this role by bringing the following to the table:
- bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, project management, engineering, or a related technical field
- 6+ years of experience in operations, lean manufacturing, customer service, or project management
- strong background in home energy storage or renewable energy
- experience with electrical contracting or EVSE installation operations
- passion for customer satisfaction, sustainability, and energy transition
- genuine curiosity and interest in E-Mobility, sustainability and energy transition
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) and mobile technology
- “let’s do it!” mentality, with strong positive attitude
- excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- leadership skills, including decision-making, negotiation, critical problem-solving, and collaboration
- proven ability to work as a project team leader and innovator is a must, with a service-oriented “hands-on, roll your sleeves up” work ethic
