What will you do?

As a Project Manager, you are the cornerstone of the project. You will ensure the planning, execution, and oversight of projects with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction. Your tasks include:

  • project planning: lead the project and coordinate with all stakeholders such as engineering, operations, and suppliers. Develop detailed project plans with clear deliverables and milestones, and adjust them as necessary
  • risk management: anticipate potential risks and take effective measures to address them. In case of issues with resources, budget, or timeline, directly consult with the client for solutions
  • financial management: prepare the project budget, manage expenditures, and report on the financial progress of the project
  • commercialization: translate technical solutions into commercial opportunities, ensuring that products and services meet customer needs and are strategically positioned to create market value and maximize profit
  • technical knowledge: have sufficient technical knowledge to discuss common mechanical and electrical standards such as PED, ATEX, etc.
  • trust: foster transparency and reliability, create an open space for discussions within the project team
  • collaboration: share knowledge and motivate the team to achieve project goals (planning, quality, safety, expenses, and income). You will report to the Section Manager

Make a difference at Equans with your skills:

  • you have a technical engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • you have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
  • you are skilled in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent software
  • you possess commercial skills, are communicative, and result-oriented
  • you have a strong hands-on mentality and approach problems practically
  • you work autonomously but also excel in teamwork
  • planning, organizing, and coordinating come naturally to you
  • you have a thorough knowledge of Dutch and English

The Section Skids & Modules Construction includes a comprehensive range of activities, going from engineering, assembly to integration of standalone or combined modules divided into the following categories:

  • skids and containerized packages
    • for compressor, pump, and/or high-pressure injection applications
    • as functional units within sustainable energy chains (battery units, gas mixing skids, hydrogen compression and storage, energy recovery systems)
  • complete analysis systems for monitoring critical liquid and/or gas flows
