On-site, you are the go-to person: you coordinate operations, ensure quality, and make sure everything runs on schedule. With your HVAC expertise, you turn every project into a success.

What you will do daily :

• supervise technicians and subcontractors on HVAC construction sites
• track deliveries and ensure equipment availability
• conduct quality and safety checks to guarantee compliant installations
• perform administrative tasks related to site management
• motivate your team to meet deadlines and stay on schedule
• maintain smooth and continuous communication with the Project Manager and Engineer

What you bring :

• a technical A2 diploma
• 6 years of experience as a Site Manager
• excellent technical knowledge in HVAC
• the ability to read and understand technical plans
• proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
• strong organizational skills and effective communication
• fluency in French and a good command of Dutch and English
