We require a confident manager with PFI experience working in secure environments, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering high‑quality work.

This role requires candidates who have previously had CTC and NPPV2 checks, or the ability to pass both checks.

  • Ensure statutory compliance is maintained and evidenced across Lifecycle activities
  • Take the lead on key elements of PFI Handback delivery, specifically through effective Lifecycle planning and execution
  • Support the delivery of client Handback Condition Surveys and remedial works arising from survey outcomes
  • Ensure asset data, records, certifications, and O&M documentation are accurate, complete, and maintained in line with contractual requirements
  • Provide assurance to the senior management team that Lifecycle works materially support Handback compliance
  • Actively support the wider Handback strategy and governance arrangements across the contracts
  • Liaise effectively with clients, Pco representatives, stakeholders, Facilities Managers, and internal EQUANS teams
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure performance, quality, and compliance
  • Ensure contractual obligations are consistently met, evidenced, and auditable
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and handover documentation
