Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our facilities team at the University of West London in Ealing. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To provide an effective, professional administration support to operational / FM team
- To advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements and check validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices
- Prepare, process and submit invoices to the client for work undertaken, monitor payments of invoices and take recovery action as necessary in accordance with standard procedures.
- Assist with the preparation of correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations and other documents as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Assist with asset management, invoicing and purchasing
- Working 40 hours per week, from 08.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday
Who are we looking for?
- Previous administration experience and good IT skills (able to use emails, management systems, databases, Maximo/CAFM, etc.) is essential
- Financially and commercially astute with experience of handling purchase orders, etc.
- Excellent administration skills
- High level of customer service skills and a good telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have a flexible approach to working, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
